We arrived at 550, and our table was booked for 6pm shown to our table all the staff per smart and smiling ,We were given small pots of salted pop corn as we viewed our menus waiter took our drinks order drinks arrived we ordered our food it was all well presented, tasty,steak was cooked rare and medium both perfect 👌

I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment last weekend for a Sunday lunch, and I can confidently say it did not disappoint in any regard. The venue itself is truly a hidden gem. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, it offers a wonderfully inviting atmosphere, with a homely and relaxed vibe that immediately makes you feel at ease. Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to unwind or a cozy spot to enjoy a meal, this place hits the mark perfectly. As for the food, it was nothing short of exceptional. The Sunday lunch was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully, offering a depth of flavor that is all too rare to find. Every component of the meal was fresh and thoughtfully prepared, clearly showcasing a commitment to quality. For anyone who appreciates a well-executed Sunday roast, this is certainly a standout. Finding a venue in North Wales that serves such a satisfying and delicious Sunday lunch can be a challenge, but this place truly exceeded expectations. The Raging Bull burger was lovely, the meat tasted great and had a nice chilli beef topping

We were staying in a cottage close to St Asaph so get a taxi over to the pub to escape storm Bert on the Saturday afternoon. It was my 1st try of Lees beer and in the end I tried 3 or 4 of them. The regulars are friendly and the young lady behind the bar offered me a taste of some of the local beer to see if I liked it before trying pints.

Went to Asaph for 2 days went here for a few drinks and had such a great evening with the landlord and the locals really friendly place great drinks will definitely be going back again

Slow service small portions however Our main issue was with one of the meals and the availability of the dish which we were told was not available only whilst everyone had just received their orders. It ruined the meal throughout. The manager was informed and was very courteous in offering us something else however there was nothing he wanted. We did receive some recompense but if a meal is not available one would expect to be told straight away not whilst the rest of the table are eating theres.

Lovely Sunday lunch. Food really hot. Plenty of vegetables. Deserts good . Service very friendly. Will definitely return.

Sausage roll was warm as expected. Not bad value. Chicken bake was disappointingly cold, therefore poor value and I was looking forward to a November’s day hot slice whilst on the road. I will give this place a miss next time, and I pass frequently.

pleasant girl doing her best but this place rarely has all if any of the vegan options available. At least needs to put a sign up advising this, to save a wasted lunch hour.
