This community cafe is perfect. The windows look out onto a beautiful courtyard, the staff are so friendly and the food is terrific. Today we both had fish and chips which have got quite a reputation locally. The portions were generous and delicious.

Had a snack here recently. Waiting on staff are lovely. Mostly all volunteers. Well done. The food is outstanding. I had the nicest soup ever. The food is all freshly cooked and the cakes are all made by the in house chefs! This place is a must to visit.

Came here today for Christmas Lunch as a party of 20. Well what can I say but absolutely fantastic. Clean and comfortable surroundings. Food was just fabulous, good home made, generous delicious food, served piping hot. Great value for money. Credit to the chef, and the staff were just so lovely. Not a large venue so would recommend booking but well worth it. Happy to know that it supports the St Kentigens Hospice which the cafe sits within the grounds and hospice building. Thank you so much.

Lovely place to meet old friends for afternoon tea. Very friendly staff and volunteers. Nice sandwiches, scones and clotted cream lovely. Black pudding sausage rolls - (not my thing!). The cakes were very good and home baked. The food was served on a miniature picnic table which was cute but bulky and it was difficult to see what was on it. Also made of bare wood - not very hygienic? We had a lovely time and very good value. Highly recommended!!

Visited Caffi Cariad last week with my Mum for lunch. The tables were well spaced out, giving the feeling of a safe place to eat. The two ladies serving were lovely and welcoming, so helpful and chatty. Mum changed her mind after our order was placed, but this was no bother at all. The food was delicious. I had a Bangkok panini and Mum had a bowl of chips. The chips were lovely home-made chips and piping hot, and the panini was so tasty. We'll definitely be returning again. Well done and thank you.

After a walk with friends and our dogs Ilka and Milly in tow we needed some a good hot cuppa a snack and sit down. Riverbanc is one of the friendliest and dog friendly places in town. The warmth of the cafe hits you as soon as you walk through the door and the lovely staff greet you with smiles and a big fuss for the dogs. Ali was straight onto warming ilkas doggy ice cream up for her, her regular treat after a walk. Today us adults had Welsh Rarebit, always delicious, the poached eggs as orange as the sun and so tasty, the club sandwich, always a favourite with Milly and me. Todays top choice was the homemade mince pies! Alison bakes these to perfection every Christmas, buttery and crumble in the mouth. Have a great Christmas guys and gals and keep serving the best coffee and snacks in town. :-)
