The Swan Inn in Denbighshire

Placed an order at 22.05 for delivery which said it would be delivered by 23.30 which was a push but decided to proceed. Waited up until 1am and still no delivery. By this time there was no way of contacting the shop and on the delivery update it stated that it was delivered by 23.15 which it wasn't. Took my payment and had no intentions of delivering the food. What an absolute joke. Never again. We will be visiting the shop for our refund

Worst service and food. Bought a mix Doner where Chips were not fresh, Doner meat was not fresh. I was in hurry and took away food. After reaching home I found all mentioned above. Man who sold the food looks like not missing a chance to sell old food. Will not recommend.

Family run business they are doing all they can to keep it running. Many take these kind of shops for granted unaware of owners devotion.

We stayed here for a stag weekend and the staff were great, the atmosphere was great, and we were super impressed with the food, especially breakfast (veggie brioche - trust me). The hotel was a bit wonky but the beds were comfy, the biscuits were topped up, and the showers were hot. We'd definitely stay again. Thanks Gales!

As you would expect spoons to be. One occasion the fryer wasn't working but gave other options. I was impressed with that.
