KFC Rhuddlan - Castle View Retail Park in Denbighshire

ordered a mighty bucket but was only given chicken strips and wings, no chicken on the bone!!

Stopped in for lunch the restaurant was clean and tidy, a helpful and polite man named mark served us, will come again

Really poor experience at KFC Rhuddlan Today. Lengthy wait for the food. Seemed to be a constant state of confusion behind the counter as multiple orders approx 6 were on trays half filled. This meant food was going cold. When we received our food half of our order was way below serving temp. The line in the kitchen and counter seemed to lack any real leadership. Staff was dismissive of complaint but eventually replaced our order. The only beacon of hope was Mark who is working the restaurant floor. He was polite, apologetic and took the forefront of people's upset, still he remained kind, courteous and made a difference in making you feel valued. Unfortunately this is not something that I would usually see on times eating here. Mark I believe is the most senior in age at this restaurant as well as one of the newest additions. Mark should be looked too by others in this branch as an example of how to get it right

The chicken is good and tasty, and you always know what you're getting ... the best fried chicken about. I love it. Drive thru at KFC Rhuddlan, always a little slow with a bit of a wait, but OK. Service inside is quicker. There is plentyty of parking on site and next to a large Aldi and Morfa Rhuddlan pub. Update...Visited today service very quick. It's such a hit and miss place. Sometimes the food is outstanding, and other times it's abysmal. Service is usually a little poor, and wait times are often excessive for a place that's supposed to be "fast food" I only go here because it's local and has a drive through. If you go here, check your food order is correct before you drive away, as it's often been wrong for me. I can't recommend it, but it can be good sometimes.

I came in and waited about 30 minutes for my food. The place was littered with rubbish, and there was only one person working at the front, clearly overwhelmed. Meanwhile, the manager was running around, being very rude to the team members and not helping at all. The older gentleman at the front was lovely—he apologized sincerely for the wait, and I could understand why, as he was doing everything by himself. I used to love coming here, but ever since the new year, the place has been a complete shambles. Half the time, the food is awful and dry, and I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes even for small orders. I won’t be coming back until the management is sorted out. This place has really gone downhill, and it’s such a shame.

I don’t eat KFC often but this outlet at Rhuddlan has to be the worst possible venue to purchase a meal. If they even eventually manage to get the order correct and they have everything you want you will not find the right contents in the bag - I’ve resorted to stop using the drive thru so I can check the order before leaving. Try and provide a voucher of some sort and the whole Word falls apart like you’re trying to pay with a mystery currency. Should you then get it home it is burnt fries and slimy chicken pieces. The state of the interior eating area provides no confidence in the cleanliness and raising a concern with staff will have you wondering if you even speak the same language. Colonel Sanders must be beating himself soundly with his stick wherever he lies to see what this franchise offers in the Rhyl area - it needs closing for a full management and training overhaul.

Very poor energy and service, poor portions and wrong order

We go most weeks food always good and hot ,a bit of a wait they were very busy could do with more staff on this was about 18.30 pm , but Mark that brings the food and cleans the tablets is Brilliant 👏 always happy and helpful 😀

Driver didn’t have a good bag, pulled the food out of the boot of his car, had to reheat it, wasn’t impressed because I know that with a decent driver the food gets here quickly and stays hot, have had plenty of good experiences before and tonight’s delivery spoiled a good run

The seating area was spotless which made a lovely change, there was a staff member called Mark who was doing a Stirling job, not only keeping everywhere clean but helping customers in such a professional and friendly manner. Mark is a shining example of how other KFC staff should be like.

For months this place has been dirty .the toilets are awful Today however Mark a wonderful man who was cleaning the whole place .it was actually spotless to the point I told Mark that it was nice to eat in a clean place for a change and I do hope they never get rid of him.he non stopped worked

Went away got the items I requested and delivered quickly. Came and took my waste away even after I said its fine I can do irm no trouble he said. What a great example of customer service by Mark. Just watched him now. Always busy. Talking to customers asking if he can help. Cleaning away as he goes. Well done Mark.
