KFC Rhuddlan - Castle View Retail Park in Denbighshire

There was something wrong with my order which was fine given how busy they were a young man was happy to help with the admittedly minor problem. However a short manager who I believe was called Sonali quickly but a stop to that saying we had received our order but with the recipes not working this wasn't possible. The staff were great but this 'manager' was incredibly rude luckily the young man gave me what was missing afterwards bought it over to the table.

Went today 21/12/24.ordered a 3 piece colonels meal andhot wings which was correct.partner ordered a supercharger meal with large fries.brought to our table and no burger.i went to ask and honestly she virtually threw it at me and to top it off it looked like it had been on the floor and just plonked together.i asked her to redo it and the attitude on her! She grudgingly redone it and said is that it then? The only polite gentleman was on the floor clearing tables.he apologised which tbf wasn't his fault.he said its new staff. Anyone can make a mistake but new staff or not with a bad attitude and rude is NOT acceptable.i hope the manager gets to read this and trainyour staff to be polite.i don't know her name but we were there approx 5pm 21/12/24

Been coming here for years, because it's usually less busy than any other kfc. Myself and my partner were here today at around 5pm 21/12/24 , no receipt to prove however, as the till receipt machine had ran out/ broken. Spent just over £22 on our meals, which arrived promptly and piping hot, but, totally incorrect. We immediately argued this point with the server, who tried his best to sort the mistake, but the lady who he approached for help on front desk was less than happy to help, arguing that we had received what we ordered, of course we couldnt prove what we had ordered, as no purchase receipt. bad attitude and multiple incorrect orders including ours, in just half hour. These days you have so much choice as regards takeaway food, why would you treat loyal customers like blind idiots? Will be using somewhere else next time #Mcdonalds

Pick the wrong day to go because the weighted time took forever plus the chicken was over cook

Poor service and made fun out of my colleagues who had a stamma Shaun the KFC staff told him we haven’t got time for you to talk you will have to order in the shop !! This attitude is disgraceful and inappropriate

Extremely long wait time. Over 30 minutes. No apology and poor attitude from the staff overall. No chicken in KFC? Next time I'll go to McDonald's.

KFC, my last review was good, but the experience this time is truly ridiculous. Had to wait 40min+ staff unhelpful and rude. Will avoid in the future.

Ordered 2 beans and got 2 gravy which we don’t like , this has happened before , want a refund for what paid for the beans

Given 3 🌟 for service due to using the drive through, noticed the large family bargin bucket order made was not what I had received apon arriving home. Having noticed the error, I was not in the mood to drive all the way back to correct my order,lesson learned,

Food arrived cold and the driver it says he was on a bicycle account but when he turned up he was delivering in a car instead

it wasn't great about 10 fries a smallest chicken leg and a cold burger i paid for the hash brown but wasn't on it

Ordered a gravy dipping bucket but the gravy was clearly watered down. The whole point of a dipping bucket is to have something nice to dip your chicken in and not brown murky water

Worst KFC ever! Absolute joke of a place, foods always cold and if not cold you get the wrong order.. PLAIN to them means extra sauce salad and cheese! The entire team are miserable rude and very unprofessional.. I'd recommend everyone to not go to this KFC and I hope it gets shut down soon because it lets the KFC brand down!!

I was a bit sad that the meal arrived warm and also noticed an increase albeit a small one , in price

Poor quality food. Hot wings were small, shrivelled and full of gristle. Burger was chewy and crushems came half full. They also refused to make this up when confronted.

Adorably cute, itty bitty little portions which are just perfect for those aspiring to lose weight along with a significant proportion of their wallet's contents. This is therefore a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me with regards fast food. Can't fault the service or quality hence why 2☆ and not 1. Seriously though, if you want "healthier portions" than why would you go to a fast-food restaurant for crying out loud?!? PS Also, just as a warning if you didn't already know: all soft drinks are now apparently sugar-free. We truly live in troubled times...

Called Sunday 12 noon, staff were really polite and helpful. The food was ready within 5 mins it was all great except the chips were only luke warm which was a disappointment, chicken was lovely and moist and the rice and salad were spot on. Considering you were not busy when we arrived I can only guess the chips were ready made sitting waiting to be ordered. Yes I would call again, your staff are so friendly.

There where items missing large beans large gravy and pop corn chicken

Went here this evening. Paid for large but only got regular fries 😡 Chicken pieces also seemed smaller than usual and not hot. No customers there and they can't even get this correct! Theives......waste of money I await the pathetic, insincere generic response I see other have got on here! Avoid this KFC and don't waste your money.

I tried making a complaint the day it arrive and just eat said they would email me they have not emailed me back no cared about my problem. The food was stone cold and I had to throw it in the bin waste of money !!

Vegan burger a complete waste of money, no salad or sauce on it as stated, just a plain burger on a dry bun. Not worth the £7

Remind me not to go to KFC again - £8.49 for this!! Next time I'll go to the Aldi opposite! Absolutely shocking. KFC should be ashamed of themselves. If you're looking for fast food, guys, do yourself a favour and at least go to the McDonald's by Sainsbury's 🙄

Great location but very slow service.

Everything was as good as expected. The Chip and Pin machines were not working, but that is no fault to the restaurant or staff. They were so apologetic and they didn't need to be.

Missing items as always with just eat.

Delivery was great, chicken was was great. Fries very undercooked and minuscule portions plus missing sides and dips. Very much a 50/50 experience.

Good KFC. No ice cream though 😢

Disappointed to find the kids meal doesn’t come with chips as standard as I assumed it would have, and the buttermilk dip was missing from our order.

After making a 20min journey to collect a £40 order my wife received this joke of a vegan burger. The outside & most of the patty was so over cooked it was rock solid & inedible. I tried it myself & it was like biting into thick cardboard that you literally couldn't tear away with your teeth. The icing on the cake was the non vegan supercharger sauce that was not just plastered up the inside of the bag (vegan burger bagged separately) but also inside the vegan burger box... (Pictured). Like how do you even manage that? The rest of the food was average at best. Would not recommend it if you're vegan. They blatantly couldn't care less about the reputation or quality that KFC boasts about.

Very small portions for the price, and was very grubby and dirty. The tables hadn't been cleaned, and the toilets were disgusting, with one mother refusing to let her child use them. The food it's self was cooked very well though and tasted lovely. The staff were friendly enough when spoken to but didn't look happy to work there.

Food was warm, but when eaten tasted just a little bit as if it was over cooked. Everything ordered was delivered and in good time.

There were items missing from my order and the delivery driver just said sorry, you need to take it up with KFC. Not great, this is the 2nd time that KFC has missed things off my order. Not happy

Food good....just very busy and had to wait a little too long. These deliveries are causing to many problems in store . Just go and get your food. Lazy people.

Lovely been here a few times on our travels.

Called in Friday evening the food was terrible chips over cooked and dry - chicken was really dry- usually ok food went straight in the bin .......

Unfortunately a large gravy was empty by the time it arrived…it was everywhere but in the pot. Shame because everything was hot.

Been to Rhuddlan tonight paid for 14 chicken and 4 fries got back to caravan in kimnel bay and found only 10 chicken in bucket very disappointed watch out open your bucket and check

Had a status update to say delivered but I’ve had nothing? So the driver has either kept it or giving it to some random person. Not happy I’m hungry bro

It can be very hit or miss; stuff has often been missing from the order, but what you get is good.

Ordered 2 wraps with chips when they came they were cold , I asked for no salad but they all came with salad so I wouldn’t touch it . The man delivering was searching for my house for 10 minutes without a phone call as I would of directed him

So hit and miss. Tend to only use drive through. Food so inconsistant, great one time, rubbish the next. Chip portions in buckets really poor of late. Never really hot or fresh.

Missing order. The delivery rider was not able to follow delivery instructions to think I have given a tip.

Fast and friendly place. Tables were cleaned straight after they were finished . It wasn't too busy

Am disabled and on 2 crutches. As soon as I walked in the door my crutches slipped away from me. The whole floor was thick with grease and so DANGEROUS. I was frightened walking on it to the toilets. Even the toilet floor the same. When I mentioned it to the woman with short dark hair behind the counter she just said Oh then walked away. When we went to order 3 staff were just standing around having a chat and it took 2 or 3 mins for them to acknowledge us and even then they just couldn't be bothered. If you go inside PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THE FLOOR

1st ever visit to a kfc drive thru. Service was quite slow compared to other frive thrus, food was OK

Went here a couple weeks ago when I was visiting my family here in Rhyl, popped in to grab a quick bite and my the food was lovely, chicken tasted fresh, the gravy was piping hot and truly sublime. Lovely place it looks as clean as you expect a Fast Food restaurant to be, couple of unwiped tables but staff were cleaning as I was leaving. The lovely young gentleman that was serving me helped me use the kiosk as I am starting to really struggle with todays technology lol XD! Overall the experience was delightful would definitely recommend to come here for a nice tasty quick bite. Will be returning next time I visit Sunny Rhyl and see the family. CANNOT WAIT!

So expensive these days for food which is nothing special. Their signature chips are a hit and miss event being not to everyone’s liking, with no options to have them without the special coating. Really busy with queues that seem to take ages to go down.

Visited on 04/08/24 rude staff especially a man named Sean who clearly lacks customer service and people skills by speaking down to people who have a language barrier.

Great food delivered before estimated time and still hot . Overall great service . Delivery driver was very pleasant and polite which is also a bonus

The food was disgusting - worse ever had. Fillet burger chicken tasted like Birds Eye frozen.

Far too expensive for what you get

I ordered from just eat kfc from just eat payment went through but never received my order called restaurant and had to wait 24 hrs for a email that to date hasn’t arrived on calling the restaurant in Rhuddlan at 16.46 Saturday 6th July again was told to wait for email as they couldn’t do anything I’m a disabled customer and rely on apps like this sometimes I’m really distressed and upset to be fobbed off the restaurant could of at least offered something as I have all the evidence

I paid £25 for the boneless feast, not impressed. I also tried to use my forces discount card which I have used before only to be told that they can't accept it as there is no way of actioning it on the till. It wasn't the young girls fault but it's the companies!

The chicken is good and tasty, and you always know what you're getting ... the best fried chicken about. I love it. Drive thru at KFC Rhuddlan, always a little slow with a bit of a wait, but OK. Service inside is not a lot quicker. In need of someone on bin patrol as often bins outside are full and overflowing or all over the pavement and road with the help of the local resident seagulls!There is plentyty of parking on site and next to a large Aldi and Morfa Rhuddlan pub. Update 15/03/24 Visited today service very quick. Staff all very helpful and polite also offering table service. Food hot and fresh. Good visit . Only complaint we sat right near the door and did find it a bit cold.. but that can't be helped with people coming and going. The restaurant was clean and tidy on my visit today. Visited again today 16/06/24 service was quick and efficient, a big improvement on my last visit and food was fresh, hot and tasty. It was busy inside but everywhere was clean and bins empty. A big improvement on my last visit.

Food was luke warm upon arrival. Not the delivery guys fault, just poor food temperature from the restaurant that is only 5 mins away from my address.

Best KFC we have had, freshly cooked food and clean table to sit at.

Terrible food, customer service is shocking. Purchased a 10 piece bucket and all 10 were drumsticks which were all overcooked with the skin hanging off. Will not be wasting my money again at this place.

It's all ok. I've only given 3 stars as the service is SO SLOW. If you are planning a KFC from here, prepare yourself for about a 40-minute wait until you actually have your food. Staff are friendly. But maybe you guys need to start parking orders up and taking the food out to get the que down quicker as some people only order a snack box. And are waiting far too long.

This is the quickest I have ever had my food delivered to my house. within 16 minutes of ordering it came!! I was so impressed but i thought the food would've been piping hot with it being so early and quick, but it was just warm. Either way 10/10 for how quick it came!!

on this occasion...it was more drum sticks than the mixture of assorted chicken ....but overall quality of food and delivery was excellent 👌
