KFC Rhuddlan - Castle View Retail Park in Denbighshire

The experience we had was horrible. We arrived around 9:45 PM, and at that time, the man at the counter—his name was Stewart—was shouting at his colleague, telling her to go and close the main door. We placed our order, but due to network issues, we were unable to pay at the kiosk, so we went to the counter to pay instead. Stewart was very rude, and when he handed us our food, he just threw it onto the counter. When we asked about the drink included in the bill, he rudely replied, ‘Whatever’s on the bill is there.’ It was truly a terrible experience.

Mark is a pleasant and helpful man , with lovely manners , he watched for our number and came to the table with our food and asked if we needed anything else - place is clean and toilets spotless - v professional .

Every time me and my family come to KFC rhuddlan we have fantastic service by Mark Round he's a great worker and takes care of the restaurant and always keeps it clean and tidy and always comes to say hello.

Popped into KFC Rhuddlan today, what a difference!!! 12 months ago it was dirty, dingy and the service was terrible! We got chatting to a nice chap, Mark, who worked non stop while we were there keeping the place clean! Service was great and food hot!! Mark was fantastic- deserves a pay rise!!

Visited KFC on Easter Sunday. Whilst there mark who was working in the restaurant area was extremely helpful with delivering the food to table and also helping with any extras and query’s we had. He also help to ensure we recycled our waste.

Nice clean restaurant, friendly attendance called Mark very polite and helpful. Counter service staff less helpful...ordered extra hash brown on burger, was missing, when questioned they claimed it was on the other burger which it wasn't but demanded to see other burger to prove it...waste of time and annoying.

Absolutely pathetic. Queues of 4 or 5 only waiting over half an hour for a simple order. Staff look clueless about what to serve. Last time I come here. Gave 1 star as none is not an option. Got home, burger had no salad and no popcorn - Trilogy box meal. No beans as they had run out so corn on the cob!!

Mark in the Rhuddlan KFC was an absolute gentleman and is a credit to the company. Most places these days have lost their standards. Mark is visibly an older gentleman but was working like he was 18 years old and just starting out. Great to see someone taking pride in their job and leaving customers smiling at the end.

Ordered a ranch rice bowl. It did come without rice but this was sorted quickly and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. Restaurant was clean and tidy with an efficient customer service staff clearing tables and running food.

Food was tasty hot & fresh service was great from Mark the older gentleman who checked on us .however our meal was disappointing to get a family feast 10 piece turn up with 1 chicken thigh and 9 chicken legs are the kfc chickens deformed now no breast and 9 legs per bird

Really poor experience at KFC Rhuddlan Today. Lengthy wait for the food. Seemed to be a constant state of confusion behind the counter as multiple orders approx 6 were on trays half filled. This meant food was going cold. When we received our food half of our order was way below serving temp. The line in the kitchen and counter seemed to lack any real leadership. Staff was dismissive of complaint but eventually replaced our order. The only beacon of hope was Mark who is working the restaurant floor. He was polite, apologetic and took the forefront of people's upset, still he remained kind, courteous and made a difference in making you feel valued. Unfortunately this is not something that I would usually see on times eating here. Mark I believe is the most senior in age at this restaurant as well as one of the newest additions. Mark should be looked too by others in this branch as an example of how to get it right
