Only KFC I've ever been to that gets your order right first time, fast aswell

Is was 3 hour late and is was cold

Waited over 2 hours for our food and when it arrived half the order was missing

Delivery Driver was beyond and above and friendly

2 and half hours late. food was all wrong

Disgusted with KFC, the poor delivery driver was left waiting there for over two hours while the order was "prepared", food cold upon arrival and to boot it was missing items - 1 X mash & 2 x drinks.

I HAVE MESSAGED YOU I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM YOU REGARDING THE E MAIL SO PLEASE REPLY

No napkins or a fork/spoon. Not ideal when eating beans.

Didn’t hear the door knock and didn’t hear my phone, the food did not get delivered and we payed £28 for it.

7 chicken no gravy and small beans when I ordered large rip off

Absolute joke , didn’t deliver some of the food over £13 worth and when we called about it their excuse was oh we knew we were out of that but forgot to take it off the portal and sorry but we can’t give refunds and/or replacements , terrible service and after all of that the person on the phone then went on to say well make a complaint I can’t stop you and then got awkward with us on the phone , totally unacceptable and unprofessional

Dry cold food items missing. Just Eat is absolutely hopeless.

Delivery time kept going up but when food arrived it was warm, tasted delicious and got the order correct.

The food was delicious and hot and the delivery driver was lovely

KFC Rhyl is not ordering so decided KFC Rhuddlan. One family member doesn’t do spicy food. Considering the meal we have ordered comes with hot wings in a separate bucket everything was just in the one bucket. There was no telling them apart as they all were wings! We had no drum sticks or breast meat in the 6 piece bucket. Not worth the money. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The place is a joke! Ran by kids! Ignore you when you want to order, stood at the counter for 10 minutes and ignored by everyone

You forgot two of our Pepsi max cans

Two items missing Would not want to use them again

the time on the app kept changing, I asked for corn on the cob and sent me 2 coleslaw instead asked for Pepsi max and got diet Pepsi, overall disappointed

Food was late and cold, we were missing 2 mashed potatoes

Order time kept changing later and later, so from ordering at 18:12 our food arrived at 19:53 & the food arrived stone cold, some items were missing.

Missing items, couldn't arrange to get the missing items here. Having to go through just eat to claim a refund for the missing items. 2nd time this KFC has completely let us down. Will not be ordering again.

Food is mediocre but Mark was very helpful with returning an incorrect order. He also kept the place clean & tidy.

Great food always hot and really tasty. Staff were great expecially mark,he braught us napkins to the table and asked if we wanted any sauce ect. He was really polite and had a smile on his face!

Food and service are great, the only downside is the relentless urban/grime music played loudly throughout. Not all KFC customers are under 20.

There is popcorn chicken missing and beans

Rhuddlan kfc is soo much better than rhyl. The food is always fresh and always right to what you order they dont mistake any of your order. Enjoyed my lunch! 😌

ordered 4 pieces of of original chicken got 4 chicken strips instead and only 1 extra original chicken piece.

My delivery didn’t turn up, the guy told me he was at mine and marked the food as delivered and I never got it! Hope he chokes on it!

Food was uncooked and cold Rhuddlan KFC is usually great but even the gravy was like water

No popcorn chicken so couldn’t do a boneless feast of any kind. How mental! I would have taken it without the popcorn but that wasn’t an option. Here’s a tip, instead of only offering options with bones to someone who ordered a boneless meal, you could have just added a couple of fillets instead of the popcorn. Must have lost a lot of sales tonight.

Have only had take outs from here. The food is good but there is often something missed from the order so worth checking bag before leaving. Staff are nice. What have KFC done to their chips they are horrible now. Go back to the previous fries or at least give the customer a choice. Update. Went for a takeaway tonight, our order was ready really quick, but the supercharger sauce which was an extra at 40p wasn't in the bag. Unfortunately unless you stand at the counter and take each item of food out of the bag there will be something missing. Still good food though.

There was something wrong with my order which was fine given how busy they were a young man was happy to help with the admittedly minor problem. However a short manager who I believe was called Sonali quickly but a stop to that saying we had received our order but with the recipes not working this wasn't possible. The staff were great but this 'manager' was incredibly rude luckily the young man gave me what was missing afterwards bought it over to the table.

Been coming here for years, because it's usually less busy than any other kfc. Myself and my partner were here today at around 5pm 21/12/24 , no receipt to prove however, as the till receipt machine had ran out/ broken. Spent just over £22 on our meals, which arrived promptly and piping hot, but, totally incorrect. We immediately argued this point with the server, who tried his best to sort the mistake, but the lady who he approached for help on front desk was less than happy to help, arguing that we had received what we ordered, of course we couldnt prove what we had ordered, as no purchase receipt. bad attitude and multiple incorrect orders including ours, in just half hour. These days you have so much choice as regards takeaway food, why would you treat loyal customers like blind idiots? Will be using somewhere else next time #Mcdonalds

Went today 21/12/24.ordered a 3 piece colonels meal andhot wings which was correct.partner ordered a supercharger meal with large fries.brought to our table and no burger.i went to ask and honestly she virtually threw it at me and to top it off it looked like it had been on the floor and just plonked together.i asked her to redo it and the attitude on her! She grudgingly redone it and said is that it then? The only polite gentleman was on the floor clearing tables.he apologised which tbf wasn't his fault.he said its new staff. Anyone can make a mistake but new staff or not with a bad attitude and rude is NOT acceptable.i hope the manager gets to read this and trainyour staff to be polite.i don't know her name but we were there approx 5pm 21/12/24

KFC, my last review was good, but the experience this time is truly ridiculous. Had to wait 40min+ staff unhelpful and rude. Will avoid in the future.

Given 3 🌟 for service due to using the drive through, noticed the large family bargin bucket order made was not what I had received apon arriving home. Having noticed the error, I was not in the mood to drive all the way back to correct my order,lesson learned,

it wasn't great about 10 fries a smallest chicken leg and a cold burger i paid for the hash brown but wasn't on it

Ordered a gravy dipping bucket but the gravy was clearly watered down. The whole point of a dipping bucket is to have something nice to dip your chicken in and not brown murky water

I was a bit sad that the meal arrived warm and also noticed an increase albeit a small one , in price

Worst KFC ever! Absolute joke of a place, foods always cold and if not cold you get the wrong order.. PLAIN to them means extra sauce salad and cheese! The entire team are miserable rude and very unprofessional.. I'd recommend everyone to not go to this KFC and I hope it gets shut down soon because it lets the KFC brand down!!

Poor quality food. Hot wings were small, shrivelled and full of gristle. Burger was chewy and crushems came half full. They also refused to make this up when confronted.

Called Sunday 12 noon, staff were really polite and helpful. The food was ready within 5 mins it was all great except the chips were only luke warm which was a disappointment, chicken was lovely and moist and the rice and salad were spot on. Considering you were not busy when we arrived I can only guess the chips were ready made sitting waiting to be ordered. Yes I would call again, your staff are so friendly.

There where items missing large beans large gravy and pop corn chicken

Adorably cute, itty bitty little portions which are just perfect for those aspiring to lose weight along with a significant proportion of their wallet's contents. This is therefore a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me with regards fast food. Can't fault the service or quality hence why 2☆ and not 1. Seriously though, if you want "healthier portions" than why would you go to a fast-food restaurant for crying out loud?!? PS Also, just as a warning if you didn't already know: all soft drinks are now apparently sugar-free. We truly live in troubled times...

Went here this evening. Paid for large but only got regular fries 😡 Chicken pieces also seemed smaller than usual and not hot. No customers there and they can't even get this correct! Theives......waste of money I await the pathetic, insincere generic response I see other have got on here! Avoid this KFC and don't waste your money.

I tried making a complaint the day it arrive and just eat said they would email me they have not emailed me back no cared about my problem. The food was stone cold and I had to throw it in the bin waste of money !!

Vegan burger a complete waste of money, no salad or sauce on it as stated, just a plain burger on a dry bun. Not worth the £7

Remind me not to go to KFC again - £8.49 for this!! Next time I'll go to the Aldi opposite! Absolutely shocking. KFC should be ashamed of themselves. If you're looking for fast food, guys, do yourself a favour and at least go to the McDonald's by Sainsbury's 🙄

Great location but very slow service.

Everything was as good as expected. The Chip and Pin machines were not working, but that is no fault to the restaurant or staff. They were so apologetic and they didn't need to be.

Delivery was great, chicken was was great. Fries very undercooked and minuscule portions plus missing sides and dips. Very much a 50/50 experience.
