The best restaurants in Glyn Conwy North Wales

Just awful......ordered at 6.30pm....pizza eventually arrived at 8.30pm ......phoned at 7.45pm to ask where it was to be told "It's just coming out of the oven now and it's piping hot".....Cold when got here.....Understand that Fri/Sat are busy, but lying to customers when Domino's is so expensive plus putting pressure on customers to tip drivers (we tip another £3) is not acceptable.

1 hour20 mins for 2 kebabs, was cold when arrived,not felt very well after it. Dont think be going back there, shame cos plesent on arrival

A little gem! We regularly have a snack in the cafe after a class or gym session at the leisure centre. The food and drinks are consistently good and very reasonably priced. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Wow yeh haa thought I was in a western bar… plenty of turn a blind eye by bar staff and door staff, just google their door staff company nuff said

Pre booked the Christmas Dinner and paid for it ( 3 course meal), had it delivered, the portions were massive and could easily have been shared between 2 possibly 3 people - definitely going to be coming back and we'll worth £35 and free delivery. Hope the driver is okay, merry Christmas everyone ❤️

This is just down the road from our house and handy for an easy dinner. Sadly they only do delivery, but we tried it. Some dishes are great, but the chicken legs were a bit disappointing. Can really recommend the sweetcorn and chicken soup.

Unbelievable. Colwyn Bay subway. Rejected my order! Placed order online for collection. Gave them hours of warning. Reached the shop door and had an email cancelling the order!!! It was for £38 and was a special tea my son had ordered for the whole family. I'm not a Karen so didn't want to make a scene but I'm guessing rather than having to make 5 footlongs they lazily cancelled the order. Also have to wait up to 5 days for the refund. Chose another shop if you want a subway!!

Stumbled across here and glad I did. Not only was it great service but was really pleased as a vegetarian that we were catered for and not just vegans. The burger were lovely too and not that pretend meat style which I don't like. The sides were banging and the guy who served even suggested to put the chilli's on the side for me which was a nice touch. Thank you for some lovely food.

Issues via Uber eats. It didnt take into consideration distance. Called me to cancel the Order, no worries life happens. However, despite the cancelation Uber eats took the money and refused a refund. The team at this location was so helpful in sorting this out and giving me evidence to get my Money back. They didnt have to go above and beyond but they did. I cant say anything about the food but the team is amazing. Once I am back in the area I will be going just to give them my business. Ordered for delivery, no sign after 50 minutes, rang and they said they thought it was for collection. I did emphasis on the phone delivery with the address. They did apologise and blame the lady who took the order. Order arrived cold, and the salt and pepper chicken balls that I ordered and double checked on the phone that they would be salt and pepper arrived as plain chicken balls. Gone down hill. Time to find a new Chinese delivery I think.

Went there 3 months ago and it was awful 😖 it has got worse, and I see it has got a ONE STAR health and safety rating recently. I am surprised it was not the lowest of ZERO and closed down.
