Good food but always something wrong with the order

Just awful......ordered at 6.30pm....pizza eventually arrived at 8.30pm ......phoned at 7.45pm to ask where it was to be told "It's just coming out of the oven now and it's piping hot".....Cold when got here.....Understand that Fri/Sat are busy, but lying to customers when Domino's is so expensive plus putting pressure on customers to tip drivers (we tip another £3) is not acceptable.

Nice tasty pizzas, probably best place for a takeaway pizza.

One of the female managers are very rude and made me wait over 25 minutes as she was on her phone then got someone else to serve me even though the over person was busy and they had no orders on the screens

After travelling seven and a half hours decided to try and order a pizza over the phone to be delivered. Apparently they cannot take an order for delivery over the phone, only online which we were unable to do here. They just lost 5 days of orders.

What sure what route those mindless drivers are taking took over 40 minutes for food to arrive from leaving the store when it takes 15 minutes. Don’t bother

My daughters choice for her 21st birthday..We order often for delivery..never disappointed..great food & delivery time..will continue to be loyal customers..the best pizza's ever..🙌🏻

Domino's us just awful. Chips or wedges are always under cooked. Topping are the same. Half way through me and my partner decided we will no longer be a customer at Domino's. I can't fault delivery driver or the hygiene of the food. Its just poor quality when you can get a better pizza in a bloody kebab shop

Orderd 2 pizzas and side. Order took around 1 hour to arrive. Both pizzas where lukewarm and the chips were cold. Our margarita pizza was heavily over seasoned with domino's herbs and the veggie pizza had pieces of baking paper stuck in it. We called up to complain and fresh food was with us within 20 minutes. Food was all piping hot. Shame the standard wasn't high the first time!

Bought a pizza from here. Food excellent, but all the staff drivers inside, thought I detected some swearing, and one person more interested in her phone than getting things done. But unprofessional if you ask me.

Im never going here again. Have been ill the past 2 days after having the chicken from here. Wish I could give a zero...

I love my local Dominos, food is always perfect, delivery is always quick I've never waited longer than 20 mins and delivery people are always pleasant.

Ordered two pizzas, one was really hot and the other was stone cold. This is the second time they messed up the orders. Called them they couldn’t do anything, useless! You be better of making your own.

We were given a voucher to compensate for a not so nice pizza from domino's colwyn bay. Used it tonight and have to say domino's have completely redeemed themselves. Lovely pizza, cooked just right and speedy delivery.

Well over priced even with 'offers' also every pizza tastes exactly the se regardless of the toppings

Usually pizza's are perfect, but on this occasion , one of them was dry and over done , was not eaten .

I typically order online and Dominos have a very good online ordering system, so no issues there, Shame the menu's don't always match from area to area, as i travel around, availability of certain items are available in one area, but not the other, i understand during these times Covid is having an affect, but why can i get one pizza in Manchester, but not in Colwyn Bay?! Just seems odd! Dominos as a whole would have got 5 stars, but delivery is where they fall down, and its in the same area EVERYTIME, and doesn't matter whether its in Manchester, Birmingham, or Colwyn Bay, in the section where you can stipulate 'Driver Instructions' where you can tell them look for Red door etc, they NEVER read them! I always tell them its the 4th house on the right as soon as you turn in the street! EVERYTIME! And yet every-time, i always then get a telephone call from someone telling me they can't find me and are 1/2 a mile away, to then finally deliver a luke warm pizza, and when i ask them if they read the instructions, they just shrug, and look at the floor grunting like a teenager. Get a grip Dominos, train your staff to check labels, follow instructions, we are trying to help you by being precise, and I think it's a bit of a piss take you're charging for delivery! REALLY!!? I'm spending at least £50 at any one time and you're charging for delivery!!

Absolutely disgusting it was horrible cheese was old, I vomited straight after eating it 🤢🤢🤢🤮 not sure but it left a bad taste in my mouth

How come this domino's has the worst deals compared to other domino's?

DAIRY ALLERGY DISCRIMINATION We wanted to celebrate an occasion with our son and have a special takeaway pizza from your Colwyn Bay branch. As my children both have a dairy allergy we were delighted to find out that you now offer a vegan cheese pizza. As my children have a dairy allergy but are not vegan we simply asked the staff if we could have a vegan pizza but add pepperoni and sweetcorn. We were immediately told that this was not possible as pepperoni is not vegan. We then explained that our children have a dairy allergy but can eat meat and asked if they could do a normal pizza but use vegan cheese. Again we were met with a complete lack of willingness to help and they said there was nothing they could do. The 'manager' was then called to assist us but offered absolutely no help in resolving the situation and basically seemed that she didn't care about trying to find a solution. I feel disgusted and extremely upset that your franchise is willing to discriminate against people with a dairy allergy who simply want vegan cheese on their pizza. Please tell me this is a localised incident and not nationwide? Surely it can't be too much effort to simply substitute cheese with vegan cheese?? Other restaurants like Pizza hut, Pizza Express and Zizziare able to cater for dairy allergies by using vegan cheese so why can't you??? There are a vast number of people who suffer from dairy allergies who will feel just as upset and discriminated against as us when they find out Domino's are unwilling to cater for them.

Just a typical Dominos with delivery and take away service. Pizza and garlic bread tasted superb as usual.

If you get delivery from them make sure to ring and they have the right money for change. Was ameant to have someone bring back £9.30 as she wasnt given the correct money for my change. Never seen that money again

Great value for collecting a pizza

Could not believe it when they opened up in a place like Colwyn Bay. Great selection of food. The staff are always friendly and kind. The food is of a high quality and they run some great offers.

Good place, prompt with online orders. My only suggestion is for them to have more vegetarian options (this domino's has lesser options than ones in London). The other lookout for people using Waze is that it misleads you based on post code. Look for a KFC on the main road and domino's is on the opposite road (called station road). It is a pedestrian only road, so you may want to consider nearby road parking.

Ordered online and picked up as driving past. Eaten on the promenade with beady seagull eyes watching.

My friend and I ordered from here the guy said driver came with in 20 minutes but he didn't show up til three even then he was not there. So the man on phone refused to give us the food for free........ 2/10

Great pizza and ready to collect really quick

Order took 30 mins to arrive. When it did, the toppings were missing on one half of one of the pizzas. Called up, and they said they'd remake one and send it out with free ice cream. After 50 minutes, it arrived, but there was no ice cream. I asked the delivery driver 'was there any ice cream with that? I was told that I'd get some'. The driver said 'I'll go and ring the store'. He then got in the car, and without going near a phone, turned the engine on and sped off at a dangerous speed. I called the store again, and they said that they'd give me a £20 refund and send some ice cream, which I got within 15 minutes. Highly dissatisfied. Worst takeout experience I've ever had.

Pizzas are average but massively overpriced. The delivery drivers are a bunch of reckless idiots who speed down the pedestrianised zone in the centre Colwyn Bay and will one day cause a serious accident. The store managers need to get shot and hire new delivery drivers who are capable of actually reading and understanding road signs, are willing to obey the law and understand at least the basics of road safety.

Usually enjoy Dominoes but when you order 4 pizzas for a big family.. you expect to get 4 pizzas. Treating ourselves as it's buy one get one free but been sent 3 pizzas and ring up to ask for another and they want full price telling us it's our error when it's clearly there's !! Don't think so, what an absolute joke !!!!!

The Grande Italiano Deal £24.99 online meant to be TWO PIZZAS AND THREE SIDES... Only two pizzas came, NO SIDES refused to give us the sides when I rang up, complete disgusting customer services I mentioned that one one would order the two pizzas for 24.99 without the sides and I was going into hospital tomorrow and this was meant to be a treat as got to be NIL by mouth! Never going to order from them again complete con!

Would of left zero stars if I could. Awful service! I live less than 200 yards away from dominos, when my order left the store for delivery they sent me a text to tell me.... half an hour after I received this text my order arrived. Half an hour!!!!!! Called the store after 20 minutes to ask them why it had taken so long for them to drive around the corner with my order, i was told it will be with me any second, yet it didn't arrive for another 10 minutes. The person I spoke to could hardly speak English. Very disappointed dominos! Bad service considering ur ridiculous high prices I expect alot better! Won't be using again, will stick with my local pizza place Aydens Eatery.
