If I could put minus I would waited an hour and still didn’t get any food they said ther was no bread while they carried on giving it out

The whole place was packed with people and so few staff. We did tho get served our eggs separately from our child's main. That helped massively with his autism and the staff made it feel a safe and normal request. Well done guys!

I got the burger, I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get the brunch at first. Because I wanted breakfast, but by the time I got there they had stop serving it. They stop serving at 11:30 am for anyone interested, a waitress informed me! Anyway the burger was really tasty can’t recommend it enough, I went for the bacon cheese burger for reference. Chips are nice, they have skins on, so I assume they are homemade. My kid got the chicken nuggets, it was the perfect size for my 8 year old son. And for only £1 I got quite a big pot of beans for my baby. They had forgot a small spoon originally but the service was great when a brunette quickly got us a spoon from the back for the baby. A girl with pink hair came over and gave us a new cutlery pot after one girl said she would switch them out. Very good customer service Very good food Friendly staff Glad I went!

Lovely helpful staff, nice and clean tables cutlery ,lovely hot drinks and my breakfast was great 👍🏼 toilet are clean with everything you need 👍🏼

Absolutely shocking food came out with half if it missing when asked where the rest was to be told it was still cooking still did not get the rest of the food by the end got the wrong meal when told the staff got told by them it was what we ordered again we said it was not to be told again well it was the Hole of the staff are kids just stood around not noing what on earth they were doing DO NOT FO HERE FOR BRECKFAST

If there had been a zero rateing thats what rhis cafe would have got. After visiting Tir Prince market we went in this cafe for somthing to eat. Not 1 member of staff had a smile on their faces but got tosay they were all kids except a bloke that kept putting in an appearance and the lad behind the servery who looked and talked gormless. After being told what they didnt have left on the menu left very little to choose from. We settled for chicken curry and 2 pops, not naans pops with no dips and 2teas. The curry was the cheap type you but in a tin with vegatables in it and thw tea was weak with lots of milk in it. Fir £18 it was disgusting and 1 woman took her meal back. Deffinateky wont be visiting again. We shoukd have just gobe to the corner cafe in rhyl. MY ADVICE, TAKE A SHORT DRIVE OVER THE BLUE BRIDGE AND GO TO THE CORNER CAFE ON THE SEA FRONT.

We visited yesterday and the service was very poor, the staff didn't understand when my husband ordered a bacon and egg bap but wanted a soft egg yolk, the girl that served us came back twice to ask what we wanted then had to go and ask another member of staff, imy husband told the member of staff if it was too difficult to understand he'd just have a bacon bap, and forget the egg. In the end my husband went to speak to the kitchen staff and asked if it was possible to have a soft egg yolk on his bap. We also ordered 2 cups of tea that didn't arrive and had to ask for it, again the girl that served us didn't understand what we wanted so she sent and asked another member of staff to ask what we wanted, told him we hadn't had our cups of tea, he sorted it straight away but didn't ask if we wanted any sugar so had to ask a member of staff for it, then the girl that originally took our order then asked me to pay while we were still eating, I told her no, I'll pay when we've finished our food, I've never been asked to pay while I'm still eating before even in a pub, when we went to pay in cash, the girl was confused and looked at us as if we were aliens, have they never heard of cash before, won't be visiting there again, I'd rather order off one of the burger vans in future. The cafe need to train their staff in customer service and teach them to listen to what the customers ate ordering instead of standing around chatting.

We ordered 3 breakfasts. The mushrooms were out of a tin and disgusting. The egg was over cooked and hard. The beans and tinned tomatoes were cold, the staff don’t smile. My husband was the only one who could eat it (he hadn’t eaten since lunch time yesterday) .not a good experience!! Never again

I can't believe the negative comments. Good value . 10 quid for the 2 lunches . Can't go wrong . Pleasant you g man serving us . Only thing I'd say the tables weren't cleared properly . But not the end of the world . Definitely go again if we are going to the market on a sat morning

Absolute garbage....£6 for 1 egg 1 sausage 1 (fatty) piece of bacon with 2 hash browns n beans and u also get a spoon ov (tinned mushrooms) which by now should be illegal!!! Oh and 1 slice of toast.keep away at all cost (mingin)

Waiting on staff have zero idea what they are doing. The food come before the drinks. The food was tasty but cold. Poor sized portions so left feeling hungry. Expected me to pay midway through eating my food even before drinks had come.

Absolutely shocking that they charge you 50p to use the toilet when you are eating and drinking in there complex SURELY THATS ILLEGAL - if you sell Food and drink then you need to provide toilet facilities that are FOC. If you are going to charge 50p the least you can do is ensure there clean !!! Half the staff not even wearing masks - no social distancing rules behind adhered to - pls be aware a council inspection is en route as what your doing is immoral.

My visit today to this cafe even though it says closed on here was a very disappointing one, it specifically says they are part of the eat out to help out scheme on the gov list (see pic) they charged us full price, when asked they said we are not part of it (very dodgy). But the worst thing I witnessed was even though they now charging paying customers 50p to use the toilet, I saw them charging an elderly woman struggling to use the disabled. The girl taking cash wasn't wearing gloves and there was no social distancing between her and the waiting customers putting her and them at risk. It's just unfortunate that this place has turned into making the customer pay instead of helping them by using the government scheme, just disgraceful.

Food nice for a really good price, maybe more choice could be added though. Staff were friendly enough.

Had occasion to stop here for breakfast on a Sunday morning, what a delight to a good old fashion breakfast in a traditional cafe environment, to many new ideas no adays for breakfast. Very very good and excellent value will certainly head here next time I'm up this area

We have been here a few times when attending the market. The food is nice, just what you want on a busy Saturday morning. The toilets are clean but always busy

Bank holiday Sunday, wet & not a lot to do so went out in the car for a run. Ended up calling to look around the market, not it's usual busy place but that was due to the appalling weather.Decided to get something to eat, mostly burgers, breakfast & sandwiches on the menu. We had a chicken & a beef burger. Chicken burger was already cooked so had been sat warm for a while but the beef burger was done fresh. Both came with chips, salad & coleslaw. The coleslaw we didn't receive. It's was a good portion, more than I expected. Tea was awful but coffee was drinkable.

Stopped off for a nice snack whilst walking around the market. Lovely sandwiches; cobs are very fresh and tasty. Children’s menu is very basic; however lovely lady at the till was able to accommodate our requirements. Toilets were very dirty and in extreme poor repair. Overall food was lovely and filled us up ahead of further shopping!

Went in here yesterday place was rammed full but girls all kept cool and served everyone with a smile even though it was boiling hot had a sandwich made lovely and fresh and a well earned cold drink other half had a cheeseburger and chips and a mug of tea well worth another visit xx

Vine aquí cuando casi vacío. Odio pensar cómo sería cuando está lleno. Sólo una persona, que luego los pedidos tardan en mano a los cocineros. Aún así, el servicio era muy lento. El desayuno muy normalito. El café era peor que he probado. Tenía muy buenas críticas aquí, así que tenía ganas de un desayuno abundante. Muy decepcionado, no limpio, aseos horrible. Evitar a toda costa.

we called for a drink and a sit down, after travelling from llandudno [lengthy trip]. we had a large tea and a coke, we did'nt eat as we'd had a full breakfast. this place is such a handy spot and well placed for the market, funfair and race track. its clean to say that its so busy / well used, the loos are ok and a godsend when you need them. Thanks.

Great market and food and drinks, there is something for everyone new and old things to buy great value for money

This was well organised and the standard was very good. Prices where reasonably cheap and the quality of food was very acceptable

Visita cada vez este café que hay en la zona. Mi novia y yo, ambos me encanta el desayuno inglés completo. La comida es excelente, el personal es muy educado y agradable y el ambiente general general de la cafetería es acogedor. Recomiendo encarecidamente este café a cualquiera, especialmente a las familias que quieran la ocupar su panza con grub bueno

Podrá recorrer un largo camino para encontrar un lugar tan bueno para el desayuno y la relación calidad-precio,

Cafe is nice but you can wait up to hour for food got school kids waiting on who havnt got a clue £3 breakfast terrible never any knifes or forks toilets better say nothing disgusting

Main café on the Tir Prince Market, good food, plenty of choice, value for money, gets very busy so have a little wait when food is ordered Staff friendly and helpful.

Hemos venido aquí para el desayuno la mayoría de las semanas cuando visite el mercado o si más tarde tenemos algo para almorzar. Buena comida, personal amable. Una cómoda zona con televisión para sentarse y tomar un café. Si vas para el desayuno es pedir un "clásico" que nos genial. Hemos hecho prácticamente todos los cafés y chippys por aquí y este lugar es superior. Algunos amigos también han utilizado aquí para fiestas de niños. Hemos comido aquí por muchos años y he visto mejora gradual pero 2014 ha visto pasar hasta 5 * .
