Efe's Kebab House in Conwy

1 hour20 mins for 2 kebabs, was cold when arrived,not felt very well after it. Dont think be going back there, shame cos plesent on arrival

Food is standard kebab shop pizzas kebabs burgers and chips, absolutely nothing special here, slightly over priced, Food always cold or extremely cool if delivered, microwave reheat is always needed, It’s you bog standard no quality just cheap frozen donner meat at high prices, frozen burgers frozen chips, Same food sold at all kebab shops in colwyn bay bay,

Box of grease. Not been here for a while, but went in on the off chance as we were driving past. Unfortunately the quality was just terrible, overly greasy and the meat was cold. We already had driven away otherwise would have taken it back. Quite overpriced for what it is too. Really disappointing

Unfortunately the quality has gone downill over the years I've been a loyal customer for 5+ years and the food has always been great but the last 1/2 years your order is hit and miss.. cold food , pizza slanted with all the cheese off and undercooked burgers..

Orders wrong. When tried to explain got a bad attitude and was told if anything had been eaten they wouldnt give the right food!!! Shoking lost a customer!!! People avoid the place

Decided to call here on our walk home from the pub. Staff very friendly and even though it was nearly closing time it was no trouble for us to place an order. This is the nicest vegetarian pizza I have ever tasted. Absolutely gorgeous and full of flavour. I wish I lived closer to visit again but too far for a trip for just a pizza! Thank you Efe's. I will definitely visit if in the area again. 5 ⭐.

My pizza came without passata, that is not a pizza. Tomato is essential to a pizza, otherwise it's just bread and cheese, dry and disgusting!

Excellent service delivery was early and food was boiling. Chicken wrap was delish! Chips crispy and garlic bread was perfect! Highly recommend

I always order my pizza's from here, by far the best in Colwyn Bay. The service is exceptional, always friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. Food always arrives quickly and piping hot, I dread to think how many times I've ordered from here, but they've only got it wrong once and rectified it within 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend

Omg I have just orded form here as I have many of times m asked for 3 chicken donners with chips when it arrives and he had driven of by him self I realised it eod donner meet not chicken . I phoned back straight away and yes they brought the right new I back to me with in the hour . When I say them there wos 2 of them he kocked the door really squere up to me told me I wod a liyer and proper had his face in mine really scared me as it eod just me and my to younger kids in the house then walked away telling me to never order from there again. Whot the he'll been ordering from there for years . Scary man if you order and it's wrong just keep it

So impressed, this was really not what we were expecting! Such a lovely surprise: we ordered kebab and pizza for kids, despite it was very late evening after 11 pm (not many places are open in the area) the food was freshly made and delivered within max 25 min. Very generous size and great value of money! Very pleased with this takeaway, would definitely recommend!!!

regularly go here for their supreme 16" square pizza; fast service and great pizza and price. Far far far better than the attitude and square pizza in Bay Grill 2 in Llandudno...

i received my food very cold and there was a few sauces missing which i got charged for. i called up however there was no answer

Best takeaway around can't beat it. Value for money good food, never had a problem, always go here never go anywhere else.

Food is always lovely from here. Staff are friendly, the place is clean, delivery time is usually really quick and have never messed up an order. Price is the cheapest in town, though still a little on the expensive side.

Fabulous freshly made pizza, wraps and fries, all fresh cooked and tasty. Kofta wrap was superb, too die for. Nice and clean friendly staff.

Been there once again.. everything was brilliant my wife and kids are loving their food aswell.. little onces are loves the customer services more then food .. thats what the kids said .. so thank you for this lovely food and beautiful service.

Working in rhyl Denbigh prestatyn you get the munchies in the early hours i stopped here and ordered a triple cheeseburger mmmmmm the best reccomend to everyone great place staff shop nice place prices food ......

Después de haber disfrutado de las comidas aquí en junio, volví con mi mujer hoy. De hecho, planeamos nuestro viaje de regreso para poder experimentar un Kebab de pollo.

He pedido desde aquí muchas veces. La mayoría de las veces la comida es buena, mi única recomendación es no pedir en un fin de semana. Cada vez que pedimos un sábado por la noche ha llegado la pizza quemada y la calidad es generalmente baja. Sin embargo, cuando pedimos en días laborables la comida es hermoso!

Yo he estado allí sólo con amigos y me recomendaron ver cómo personal atento, tranquilo y buen lugar su su en una buena ubicación. Volveré pronto.

We go there once for try . The pizzasare amazing . And they are square . Staffs are very kind and helpful. Will go there again soon . Worth for try .

I have been there few times so far and each time foods are delicious . Kebabs are nice and salads are fresh aswell . I will visit again

Best chicken wrap ever, pleasantly surprised to hear that they make the wraps themselves and boy oh boy what a difference that makes! Its a shame that I don't live locally, 100 miles is a bit far to drive for a kebab. Definitely will revisit when it's possible.

Me and My Family order a take away once a week. We have ordered from here many times sometimes its nice food and its quick, But there are also sometimes It takes 2 hours and the food is horrible. my overall rating is a two out of five because the food is horrible more times that it is nice.

Burnt food sometimes. Delivered orders wrong. Two hours and over waiting for delivery. Pizza edge was blackened etc.

Best take away in the town I couldn't fault the food or the service even if I wanted to 100% excellent

i did not enjoy the food here its very greasy,got the order wrong and had to bring the rest of the food they had missed off, have not been back and will not be using them again

We ordered our food for delivery at 6.15pm..for myself,my sister and my 3 year old niece..chicken burger,chicken kebab,kids chicken nuggets and chips and onion rings.I asked if we got a free garlic cheese pizza he said yes of course..7.10pm comes no sign of food so I ring up he said he will ring you now as the address was written down wrong,he finally turns up at 7.30pm an hour and fifteen minutes late hands me the food with a bottle of Pepsi..being very annoyed at the time it took to cook and come from colwyn bay to old colwyn I explained to him what the man on the phone said he said he would go back and get it..we finally sit down for our tea to find the chips stone cold and what I can only describe as they looked like frozen chips that look like they had been left to thaw soggy and anaemic,onion rings soggy and cold..chicken nuggets that had been in the box too long they had been sweating to the extent that the batter was falling off!!i ring back tell them and I'm greeted with "sorry mam,we will send your fresh chips and pizza now"it's 10.30pm and still no sign!!it cost £20 for the meal and it was just like throwing money down the drain!!absolute let down!!will not be having anything from this place again!!

Have a meal from here nearly every week. The food is delicious and speedy home delivery. staff are always kind and chatty. its a must visit

/I order from here often but unfortunately sometimes things come cold! or some things are under cooked... Although every time I have had food from here the pizza has been amazing ! Also the delivery is always very quick!

Not happy at all. Got a delivery and got the total wrong order, rang back and was very understanding. Person on the phone was very aggressive and then was told we would have to wait until they were very busy and we would have to wait for our actual order.

Food is always tasty, prompt delivery and plenty of choice plus you get extras depending on how much your order comes to.

Not as bad as most takeouts and the doner kebabs are fairly good here as they get the pitta bread right and meat if freshly cut but again you need to ask for the meat to be carved fresh or its out of a hot pan that makes the meat go try and lose its flavour, service ok compared to most takeouts in the town, never had a pizza here so maybe try one next time.

The good food,we had a square Pizza,yummy,the excellent value,the fantastic staff,clean setting,central location,late oppening was marred by No hot drinks on offer,pity.

This place NEVER FAILS.Staff are VERY polite.The food,cooked to order is SUPERB,try their Square Pizza,YUMMY!!!!.Value for money is fantastic here.You wont do better,I think.They open LATE too.
