We stopped at this cafe for lunch after some sight seeing around the area. Found good reviews about it and decided to check it out. We were not disappointed by it. We found the chips rather delicious in a unique way, so do check the chips out.
We stayed here with our two dogs for one night prior to attending the Welsh Kennel Club Champ Show. Our room was really well equipped and very nicely laid out, and very clean. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff. The full english breakfast was spot on, and they went out of their way to ensure it was ready for us promptly as we had to head off to the show. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at this cozy cabin! The location is beautifully secluded, surrounded by nature, making it ideal for relaxation. It is located just 13 mins drive from the centre of nearby town Llanidloes where you can enjoy both local and Asian food. The cabin itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
What made our visit even better was the owner’s hospitality. The whole family were incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. From great local recommendations to ensuring we had everything we needed, their kindness made all the difference.
If you're looking for a quiet retreat with top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be. We can't wait to come back!
Whilst staying in the area of Brecon the children walked past this place so we went back the next morning to try.
Don’t bother, food was sub standard and the quality of a below par greasy spoon.
Average waffles and awful Welsh Breakfast.
By far the worst place we are during our visit. Try harder!
Went for brunch with friends. Ordered a cheese toastie, the worse toastie I've ever had. Plastic cheese that looked like melted plastic & tasted just as bad, bread as thin as paper & the toastie machine must have been smaller than the bread as only the middle of the bread was toasted the rest of the bread was just plain bread. Friends had sausage sandwiches which were just as vile.
My wife and I visited the Indian Ocean last night and can honestly say that the food was lovely and the staff were excellent.
I would definitely recommend the lamb madras and my wife had the tikka masala both were lovely .
The restaurant was clean and tidy and the atmosphere was friendly, the food was great value for money.
Plenty of on street parking out the front of the restaurant and there is also a public carpark nearby.
Thank you for a great experience.
