We ate vegan sausage rolls here, followed by an oat milk latte and amazing pastries for dessert. Very friendly service.

I can’t comment on the quality or quantity of food as we returned it immediately for a refund. My 14yr old son went into the shop and oredered a kebab and cheesy chips and returned to me and said that he’d been charged £17. I looked at the receipt and it said £16.50 (The kebab listed as £12 and cheesy chips at £4.50) for a cash purchase. My son had paid on his debit card and I could see the transaction at £17. I went into the shop and could see the price board showed £8.50 for a large kebab. I asked to speak to the manager, one guy said he was the manager but a different guy did all the talking after this. I asked why they’d overcharged for a kebab and also added 50p onto the price. He said the the 50p was for a card transaction but admitted they hadn’t told me son this.. the price he said was a mistake. Beware of the charging here. It was overcharged so casually that I can’t see it being a mistake.

Amazing foods and fast making fery camfertable. Can be suitable for families of all ages menu's for every age.

Had a delicious breakfast here today, the staff were welcoming,friendly and very attentive. The cafe itself is decorated lovely and in a nice setting. Lovely bacon, egg cooked to perfection, and real butter!

We have stayed at the Wynnstay for the Machynlleth Comedy Festival for the last three years & have booked again for next year's Festival the location is perfect & the staff are kind & extremely hard working. The breakfasts are delicious with lots of choice. I particularly love the smoked haddock with poached eggs. The rooms themselves could do with a lick of paint, but are clean & well equipped. Would highly recommend staying here.

Kept going back there to try different cakes from the extensive selection! And never disappointed! The breakfast (both vegan and non vegan!) appeared to be of epic proportions! The mix'n match crockery just adds to the charm of the place!

Wow, what a meal. Possibly 1 of the best Indian meals we've had. Friendly phone & server staff, with beautiful food to match. Fresh ingredients which was perfectly balanced with every mouthful. Hot , tasty and worth every penny. THANK YOU FOR AN EXCELLENT MEAL

Good quality drinks and good service. More options for wine would be beneficial for future visits. Decor such as tables were a bit worn. The quality and value with regards to food was very good.

We are staying in the area and have just had the steak and Guinness pie here at The White Lion Hotel. It is the best steak pie we have found in the area....proper homemade pie, rammed full of tender meat with not a piece of fat or gristle in sight! We are pie eating experts and this has gone to the top of our list! Kudos to the chef 👨‍🍳 👏 Bloomin' scrummy! Thank you 😊

Tried this takeaway for the first time and will be the last. Ordered pork chow mein, hardly any pork and noodles mushy, no texture. Egg fried rice, very stodgy, pancake rolls incredibly oily. Overall food was horrible and we won't be using again. Also not cheap!
