Good quality drinks and good service. More options for wine would be beneficial for future visits. Decor such as tables were a bit worn. The quality and value with regards to food was very good.

Anti English. Only serves locals. All 3 of them. I’m Welsh but live in England. Wouldn’t drink eat or stay here if you paid me. Good luck. Business must be booming!

The beer used to be great but not on this visit. My guess is that the place is less busy so the cask beer is not used up quickly enough.

Amazing food, a little pricy but you get big meals. Sometimes you dont want big meals but cant fault the food.

My wife tried to take our 6 and 8 yr olds in to use the loo and was told in no uncertain terms to sling her hook. Just three guys in there. Believe me I hate to see pubs dying off but I'll make an exception for this hole.

Popped in on market day. very friendly, our dogs were very welcome. Beer good. Had the all day breakfast which was very nice.

A very small pub using one of its rooms for drinks only, peoples health before profit. The town has been inundated over the last three weeks with visitors from all over including many from towns heading into lockdown the local population demographic is elderly so in this case its look after your own, as they will look after you once the tourists go home.

Delighted to see that the owner is taking personal responsibility in reducing the potential of infection by limiting customers to locals-only. Guarantees a place in Mach for people living there to feel safe. Well done Dave.

Real Shame that my family and I (eight in total) chose to venture into beautiful Wales for a long Bank holiday weekend only to be told when asking for food service"We only serve locals". Buisness must have been booming with the four people sat there drinking! Every cloud has a silver lining though. Although another local establishment was full we were given the name of another to try ( PLAS DOLGUOG HOTEL ). Excellent manners / excellent service / excellent food and as my grandson says "if you snooze you loose" So well done White Horse, everything happens for a reason and I chose not to write those down. You may want to alter your website that states (Cosy - Casual - Good for groups ).

Turned away as not local enough even though have static caravan just 2 Minutes down the road. Doesn’t inspire custom or friendliness.

Very poor customer service. Rude on the phone. Doesn’t deserve anyone’s hard earned money!

Had a few drinks in the White Horse Inn. A nice pub, friendly and serves a decent pint. Would be happy to return....

Do a good Sunday lunch carvery can have it without meat staff warm and friendly, also serving good ale just right to wash the meal down it also has a good outside seating area

A well appointed hotel, pub and restaurant, beside the clock, which always has good food, real ale, service and atmosphere. Well known for having events.

Had fish and chips in the beer garden behind the pub. Friendly staff, good beer and great weather combined into a nice evening.

This pub has a lovely beer garden which is a real sun trap. The drinks were cheap and the staff were super friendly. Would happily return.

Beer was great, Butty Beer food was typical pub food, gammon, scampi, lasagna etc. Friendly & engaging.

Thanks to Cath, Dave & Jaz for looking after the band so well on the way back to Crwbin after becoming National Eisteddfod Section 2 Champions 2017. 25 Beef dinners beautifully cooked and presented. Great atmosphere and ales as well. Would recommend to anyone passing through Machynllech. Not to be confused with the White Lion! Lol.

Had breakfast here and drinks a little later on. Breakfast was nice but the cocktails could use some work. Nice standard pub grub :)

This pub has a nice atmosphere; very friendly staff and locals as well as a lovely wood fire. It was let down slightly by the food. Large portions of standard pub grub which were a bit stodgy and unexciting
