The best restaurants in Wales

We were really impressed with this restaurant. The food was amazing and the service was great too. There were 9 of us on a last minute booking and we couldn’t have picked a better place to eat. We would highly recommend!

This was recommended, first time visiting. Very busy but this is always a good sign. Friendly staff , good service and delicious fish and chips. We weren't disappointed and will return.

Great traditional pub. No gimmicks, TV etc. Great service from Bar Staff.

6 of us went there yesterday at 6.30 and had a lovely dinner and dessert. The staff are excellent and very fast and checked everything was ok. I had a chicken with chips and peas and garlic bread and a lovely black forest icecream dessert 😊😊would definitely go back. Only one tiny criticism is the food could have been a bit hotter. Mine cooled down by the time i was halfway through . My mother said the same. I'd definitely go back there though.

Charlotte and holly were amazing and so inviting ,always had drinks in our hand and happy vibes were amazing and drinks were out of this world!!

Had a lovely lunch here today. It was very busy for a Tuesday but the service was spot on as usual. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food was delicious, eaten in a perfect setting. See you soon!

Revisited as had a super meal here three years ago. Unfortunately, left disappointed. The Persian prawns were good, but the other couple of tapas dishes were not. The Sea Bass was under cooked. The customer service was fine, and the cost of the Sea Bass was removed from the bill.

Awesome Sunday Lunch! Beef was melt in the mouth gorgeous! We enjoyed the ambience and our male server was very helpful and provided great customer service we would highly recommend! We will return to try the afternoon tea next time!

A massive thank you to everyone at the Ty’r Winch yesterday we had an amazing afternoon tea, myself and 4 friends were so amazed with the freshly cut sandwiches with generous fillings and the amount of homemade cakes that was so lovely presented on an individual 2 tier plate and didn’t have to share with anyone ❤️. The atmosphere was lovely and the table was so pretty with all the old fashioned crockery, there was a selection of teas and coffees and no rush for us to finish. We definitely will be returning it was such amazing value for money

I went tonight as I had never played Blood on the Clocktower before, wow I had an absolute blast! What an incredible evening and some lovely honeyed boneless chicken wings!
