First time ordering, Food took a little longer to be delivered but it's a Saturday night so an extra half an hour is absolutely fine, got a meal deal for 2 , lots of food, piping hot and really tasty, a fantastic price too, delivery driver was really nice and chatty too lol, will definitely order again 😊

I first dined here when it originally opened and chaos reigned, but you can put that down to teething issues. I visited again last night after a few years of reluctance and was pleasantly surprised. The pakoras were light and crispy The curries we ordered - Punjabi Tarka, Akbri, Butter Chicken, Makhani Masala, Lamb Tikka were all different which is good and the extra chillies were added. Hot, Fresh and delicious, I would definitely return.

Beautiful Garden Centre and Restuarant but WAY too expensive. My Server was No. 30 (elderly lady with short grey hair and glasses) I asked for toast and eggs and she asked “0ne slice of toast and one egg”? I said any cafe when asking for toast and eggs it’s normally two slices of toast and two eggs. She said there was a “new system” and it was one slice of toast and one egg unless you ask for two?! Ridiculous.

Every time I've tried to order, despite checking and making sure the place is open, I seem to have always gotten a notification telling me that its closed unexpectedly, but when I go back out of the food ordering sites (scoffable, just eat) I find that it's still showing as open for hours more, it doesnt seem to matter when I order it always gets cancelled with this same excuse. This has only started happening over the course of the last 6 months or so

Ordered a salad box a Chasni and a Garlic nan at 18.45pm. At 20.00pm we recieved the salad box and asked where is the rest. The driver said there had been a mix up. He would return to shop and be back in 5 mins. 2 phone calls later and eventually delivered at 20.45pm. We were told they were extremely bust and had got mixed up. Unbelievable

This restaurant was such a disappointment. The floor was covered in crumbs and packaging and not just at our table. The carpet had large water stains on it and was badly frayed in areas to the point of being a trip hazard. There were used plates etc on the tables that we cleared up. Both myself and my sister tried to order two different meals that they didn’t have the ingredients for. The staff were very friendly and apologised. No big deal, disappointing but it happens sometimes. The meal came fairly quickly, which was good, however I had to ask for the small side salad to be replaced as it was browned and wilted in places. The staff had no issue with this and a new salad was politely brought out. You used to get decent portion there but it was sparse, especially considering the cost of the meal. The toilets were horrendous. Just run down and messy. There were two ladies that saw me looking in shock at the state of the place who expressed their displeasure with their experience of the food portions and the lack of cleanliness also. It was quiet as well. What happened to this place, it used be good and you’d struggle to get a table. It’s just so sad to see really. Even the plants area was messy in places with piles of leaves, dead flowers and spilled soil. The whole place needs some TLC. The staff are a big plus as every single one was really friendly and helpful throughout but with so many garden centers and restaurants in the area to choose from I’ll be eating elsewhere next time, which means I’ll be buying my plants elsewhere too for the convenience of it. I hope for their sake it was just an off day due to staff shortages or something. Not at all the treat that I’d hoped it would be.

This is a venue for families with young children. It's more wacky warehouse than cosy or welcoming. The coffee we had was pretty awful and it was a little cold. Pity the poor staff. There is a brilliant bric a brac shop on the site, which slightly softened the blow of having to pay £2 to park.

Well the only word to describe the events of last night is chaos. People getting the wrong orders, orders sitting out getting cold. Staff didn't have a clue!! Our pizza was cold when we picked it up after getting it 20 minutes after the sign said collect. Staff just didn't bother. If you want the pizza you ordered and you want in warm, don't go here!!

Placed an order online for collection, never had any issues before. Went in to collect my order, a man was waiting at the counter and thought my order was his…the staff member said no we’re waiting on fresh chips!!! SO THATS THE REASON OUR CHIPS WERE NOT GOOD - won’t be at that chippy anytime soon ☹️

Ordered around 5pm - ordered arrived at around 6.15pm. My order was missing items and what food I did get was luke warm. I called the shop to ask them to send my missing items to be told they would send them but couldn't give me a time frame because they were run of their feet. It is now the next day and those missing items never turned up so the owner and his shop workers have chosen not to send the missing items. It is clear the shop couldn't handle the amount of orders they were receiving and were rushing the orders leading to mistakes and cold food. An absolute disgrace. I would just avoid and take your custom elsewhere especially if it's a delivery order.

You would think you would learn first time been Xmas shopping with wife, daughters thought pick up takeaway on way home Our daughter suggested set meals placed order after picking this up just about home daughter got phone call to say they still had part of our meal, turned around got the two Tika meals that were missing got home to find out no rice for the meal to be told they don’t do rice with this our daughter advised every time she gets set Meal it has rice. Daughter advised won’t use again as the person paying fir not just the set maps but extras such as nans, chips etc it’s very clear and I am sure I said this previously clearly this place is happy to take your money but clearly do not respect or care about either the service or how they treat long term customers so my family will not use this place again after all our hard earned money can be spent anywhere. I dislike places that disrespect their long term customers and make no effort or acknowledge crap service spent £89.00 few days ago for wife birthday family meal and a further £48. Tonight not again enjoy payment it’s your last
