King Kone Carluke in South Lanarkshire

Every time I've tried to order, despite checking and making sure the place is open, I seem to have always gotten a notification telling me that its closed unexpectedly, but when I go back out of the food ordering sites (scoffable, just eat) I find that it's still showing as open for hours more, it doesnt seem to matter when I order it always gets cancelled with this same excuse. This has only started happening over the course of the last 6 months or so

When we walked in, the floor was all sticky and dirty. As well as the counters, we got our food quickly (this wasn’t delivery, we went to the shop and got stuff ourselves) we decided to get some churros. And we were disappointed. They were the size of my middle finger! The chocolate was alright and since the churros were mediocre was the only reason I’m rating this 2 stars. Please find somewhere better to get your dessert as this place needs some serious progress!

Ice cream was awrite the but can you please get the wee boy serving to cut his nails. His dirty long nails were absolutely disgusting and off puting. The Ice cream selection is ok but we are used to having a much bigger selection elsewhere. This place has alot of potential so I hope they are humble enough to take my advice.

Really a disappointment and horrible experience ,delivery arrives 40 min late all cold ,cookie dough was overcooked ,milkshake wan runny ,rubbish ice cream full order in bin.
