This store is so friendly always pleasant and quick service. The hygiene is immaculate with staff wearing disposable gloves when handling food The food is always fresh and the shop is spotless. I would definitely recommend coming here to dine.

Food was alright, that’s not the issue… the service on the other hand, worst I’ve ever had. Not explaining what I can or can’t get and then laughing at me to their colleagues when I choose the wrong option, very dismissive, abysmal experience and will not be returning to this place. Felt like I was being a burden, this is a disgrace and the workers should be ashamed of themselves

ordered delivery from here on deliveroo, gave me completely wrong sandwich my order was a notorious bmt with pickles, lettuce, cucumber and southwest. came with no cheese, onions, tomatoes, no pickles barely any meat. i am so disappointed as i cannot eat onions due to an allergy.

Always the same people who serve me, always with a smile. Nice staff and great tasting food. Would recommend.

When I bought my sandwich I scanned my subway rewards app and for some reason I never got any points so I tried telling them about what happened and they said "it's not my problem it's yours" and started laughing !!! Absolutely shocking never going back !

Been a few times, had hair in food twice and multiple mix ups with sides wanted. Staff are unwelcoming. Interior design is so cold and corporately soulless.

Brilliant place. Food is great. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Disabled access, once you negotiated the nonsensical pavements and drop kerbs outside. The disabled toilet is clean and fully accessible. Lovely place for a lunch.

I had delicious dinner last night. Brilliant service by ahmed and ghazala and they even convinced me to get a subcard! food was hot fresh, and very tasty. Will recommend to my friends and will definitely be back.

A bit concerned as we seen very large Rats in the carpark and at the side door entrance and the bin area. A very concerning siight. These were not field mice. These were very large Rats. This place needs Pest Control.ASAP. sorry but very concerning

Staff trying to close before shops closed and not very friendly. Manager should be ensuring they are open until the place is officially closed. Wouldn't come back and certainly wouldn't recommend
