Visited Cardosis with a friend for lunch for the first time since it has been renovated, as due to ill health I’ve not been able to go sooner, I love the new look. Decor & re-arrangement of bar looks fab. I’d like to start this review by saying I totally disagree with the comments re middle age waitress, Pamela is an exceptional member of staff, she is super friendly,efficient & not fake in the slightest. My friend and I chose the option of one course pizza or pasta. She had the vegetarian pizza & I had the mushroom pappardelle. Both were delicious. Washed down with some white wine. Service was prompt, and we were not rushed. I love Cardosis, and have been going for many years, it’s sad to read so many negative comments about the food, I’ve never had a bad meal here in 18 years. Look forward to returning soon, health permitting.

My daughter celebrated her birthday with friends in Genova. It was amazing! Atmosphere, excellent food and service. Definitely recommended to everyone for any occasion.

Visited just by chance as we were in the neighbourhood. The staff were excellent, rarely do you get such personal, honest service these days. The food was lovely too and at a reasonable price, I would go back.

Not impressed with our experience today. If the table is only available for 2 hours then the customer should be informed when taking the booking. But the main problem is poor service! If you want to have the table back in 2hours then service and organisation has to improve. Delays in taking orders, serving courses slowly, taking too long to serve drinks is not the fault of the customer. We were forced into leaving behind drinks that we had paid for. We were rushed out by staff, pity we they hadn't rushed to serve us at the start. Very disappointed and won't return. There are much warmer, more welcoming restaurants with efficient service to eat in.

Regularly visit here with friends and family. Coffee is lovely and the staff are very welcoming. I witnessed a young girl, Abby chatting to an elderly gentleman about his wife being unwell. She took her time with him and offered a listening ear. That’s what blend is all about for me. 👏👏👏

I haven’t came across any place in the Paisley area that has better food and service than Roasters. Been a few times now and never disappoints. You may have to wait for a table but trust me - it’s worth the wait. Went today and decided to try something different (tbh based on the online review by RateMyTakeway) and went with the steak and Mexican scrambled eggs - OMG they were awesome! Coffee is fantastic and the service is first class. Two words - JUST GO!
