The foods alright but it has a really weird atmosphere and the walls are covered in mould

Received a voucher for Christmas for the 10 course tasting menu with wine. Had the meal booked on Friday 31st of January 2025 at half 7. Once we entered the restaurant we were meet by the front of house who took us to our table. The front of house asked if we had any food allergies and asked one of the waiters to bring over our welcome drinks. She said someone would be over to ask if we would want aperitifs or snacks. We waited half an hour while two tables beside us entered the restaurant and received a detailed description of the menu and their snacks. After half an hour, I got up to ask the front of house when someone would come over to serve us. The front of house came over and kneeled down beside me asking me to apologies for the way I spoke to her. All I asked for was for someone to serve our table. I did not shout or be inappropriate and could not believe the way she handled the situation. I was upset and embarrassed with how I was spoken to. After a discussion she then asked if we had any food allergies again. After that I thought some of the other serves were rude to start and made me and my partner uncomfortable. The food was great and had no complaints. They forgot the first wine as this was received later than others about us. We left the restaurant at 11 o’clock so in total we were there for three an a half hours. Really disappointed with the service from the front of house but the food was great. As mentioned before this was a gift from a family member who attended previously and wanted us to experience a lovely meal.

Still Game nostalgia with excellent service and food. Breakfast was fantastic and their speciality south Indian chicken tikka pies are sublime. Definitely worth popping in.

I loved the place, very good. It was a delight to try this hot dog, Rhay is a sweetheart and recommended the chili to me, it was very good, an unlikely hot dog, but it was a masterful creation. Thank you for the service Rhay

We did the 10 course menu. It was amazing value for money and got to try so many new things. Staff are really attentive and know their stuff. Had a lovely night celebrating my partner's birthday. He'll be taking me back their for my birthday! Thanks again.

Este restaurante se llamaba Shish Mahal, entonces era la Sala de las Especias. Ahora se llama Indian Grill. Mi amiga Anne y yo hemos frecuentado este establecimiento durante los últimos veinte años. Hasta la última visita fue dirigido por un tipo encantador; Sammy, quien no podría estar más atento. PERO, en nuestra última visita, había otro tipo que dirigía el lugar. Este tipo nos dijo que se había encargado del lugar. Estaba ABSOLUTAMENTE desprovisto de personalidad y su atención al cliente consistía en "usted es el cliente y no me importa". Me había comprometido a no volver, sin embargo, Anne ama sus kormas, así que decidimos comer allí una vez más. Estuvimos encantados de ver que Sammy había reasumido su papel de anfitrión. Si te gusta la comida india, date un capricho y prueba este lugar. la comida es excelente, el personal muy amable y los precios son más que justo.

I’ve visited this cafe twice before and the food is good however…….. both time I’ve had to wait AGES for my food. 30 mins + for a simple sandwich and there has only been one other table taken in the cafe. There’s only one guy doing all the food and serving / cleaning tables. They really need another member of staff.

Food was shocking, long hair in pizza crunch and woman on the phone was very rude. Would never go back complete waste of money.
