Third time I have ordered from this branch and my order has been wrong. First time said nothing, second time asked for a refund as items missing. Then had to complain through the website as they hadn’t actually processed my refund. Third time asked for the items to be resent for them to be wrong again. Never order from this branch. Really disappointed as never used to have issues here.

The food I got tonight has made me ill, I knew the chicken tasted a little different than usual but it was disguised in the usual lovely sauce. The food is always great but I am very disappointed tonight. 0 out of 10. I am seriously ill.

good food, great portion sizes and quick delivery.

Food was cold and you could tell it had been re heated and having the cheek to charge 8.99 for delivery, won't be using again

Hemos tenido los Morrisons pescado y patatas fritas bien conocidos muchas veces antes en otros Morrisons, todos buenos. Éste es pésimo. Estuvo en el mostrador por lo menos 10 minutos para un miembro del personal. Finalmente llegó uno. Pedí ensalada de acompañamiento en lugar de guisantes. Después de bastante tiempo de espera llegó la comida. ¡No hay ensalada aparentemente y tampoco quedan guisantes! Fue de risa, el café está en un supermercado! Las patatas fritas se veían y sabían como si hubieran sido cocinadas varias veces. Pescado grasiento. Horrid. Dejamos comida y no volveremos. ¿Por qué la gerencia no resuelve esto? Limpieza/personal y sobre todo la comida.

Llamaron por teléfono para pedir a las 7 de la tarde, entregaron una hora antes, confundieron el tiempo y luego trajeron comida una hora después, recalentada.

Ahora la cuarta vez que he sido decepcionado. Una vez pedí £ 60 en Navidad y dejé fuera las fichas! Entrega a domicilio el año pasado y el conductor tomó mi comida en lugar de salir en el porche. Otra vez olvidé el arroz y me dijo que no tenían un repartidor, lo envié 3 horas después! Esta noche pedí una comida y pedí salir en el porche, estaba en casa y nunca llegué, las cámaras confirmaron, me quitaron el dinero! ¡Última vez para mí! En realidad me gusta la comida, pero suficiente!

Great food as always and friendly driver.

This was horrific. I have used this store for the past 5years without any problems but the last twice in the last three months I've been, the pizzas were stone cold by the time I collected them supposedly straight out the oven?!. My last order was wrong too?! Staff do not understand nor speak English. You walk into the store to collect your order and need to point to your name on the screen!? God help you if you have to tell them your order is wrong. Ypu have to go to the app to raise a complaint to get a refund. I was in last weekend and it was disgusting. Cheese was all over the floor in the preparation area. It's not an exaggeration when I say the floor was covered. There were at least 6 staff members standing doing nothing. 2 were not wearing gloves. The one with the 'best English' was at the till and still couldn't understand I was collecting 3 pizzas. Hold 3 fingers up and only then once you point to the screen do they get it.

I phoned in for an order for a meal and he took my order at 4.oclock on the 04.11.2021 and i called the shop again at 5.50 pm to see what was happening about my order he then told me their wasn't a delivery driver and there wasn't any Electricity and I told him am not bying anymore stuff out of his shop he's also got a bad delivery service. He also has no delivery driver he does the delivery's him self he is one cheeky man also I would rather order out of KFC. If I could give him 0 I would this shop should be closed down all together I wouldn't recommend anyone to order any food out off his shop when I ordered from this take away for the first time I ordered a box of chicken and when I got it the chicken had a weird taste I think he doesn't even change his cooking oil

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and garlic bread with marinara sauce. The Hawaiian pizza had barely any ham or pineapple on it just lots of cheese. I received chips instead of garlic bread. Very disappointing

The worst food I've eaten in decades. Worryingly tepid, tastes terrible, horrendous taste and texture. We were rhr only people in the place so probably a sign that it wasn't going to be good. Overpriced for tiny portions. I have tried to think of some redeeming qualities and the only 2 I can think of.... It's open at all hours, so convenient. Also, the quarter of the food before the rest away didn't kill me

Got the roast pork in red BBQ sauce and the pork was days old, totally no atmosphere and should have known better,as the place needs a good clean
