Firstly the staff on the drive spoke so fast it sounded like another language. Exactly the same at the payment window. Not asked if I wanted any sauces. The bucket for one was brought to the car with no sauces no napkins and very greasy chicken. I think I someone was in a rush that day.

El personal Utilice guantes de goma azul para preparar la comida, pero se toman dinero al hasta con los mismos guantes que preparan la comida. No es esto completamente onu - higiene y contra la salud alimentaria y la política de seguridad? Son gente agradable y dar buen servicio así que quizás esto es a no estar bien entrenados o realizando cursos de seguridad alimentaria y de salud? Tampoco son chefs o parecen tener un fondo de alimentos. La comida en sí es de muy mala calidad y completamente caro. La única razón por la gente come allí es porque es la única opción en el edificio.

Poor customer service and they don’t accept cash. Absolutely ridiculous, it’s legal tender. Girl at the cash machine is rude and served someone behind me whilst I was waiting to pay. Better buying them from Tesco, better staff and they take cash…

Acabo de visitar la sucursal de Helen Street y me gustaría decir que la señora que nos sirvió era increíble. Muy amable en todo el orden para recoger. Personalidad muy feliz y burbujeante. Atención al cliente en su máxima expresión. Le dije esto jajaja

Lo único peor que las hamburguesas era el propietario, un tipo verdaderamente horrible. Si quiere hamburguesas que hayan sido abusadas verbalmente o cremadas en el corazón de Easterhouse, esta debería ser su primera parada.

Fui a llevar a cabo 4 comidas. Sentí que tenía que comprobar esto ya que visitas anteriores en numerosas ocasiones he estado corto en el pedido. Mientras revisaba a la chica detrás del mostrador pregunté si todo estaba bien. Dije que estaba comprobando como pensaba que era corto una ficha ella inmediatamente dijo que no te he dado cuatro como se pidió. Bueno, qué shock cuando llegué a casa con 3 fichas. Volví en un par de horas después para quejarme y decir que esto ha sucedido numerosas veces y podrían comprobar que el pedido es correcto antes de dar al cliente. Incluso mientras estaba allí otro cliente vino a contestar para decir que eran patatas fritas cortas. Una desgracia.

Pretty grim, food came with bell pepper stalks and seeds in - you know the stuff that should've been in the bin. Soup v salty and it all took about 2 hours to arrive. Staff were very polite on the phone when I was chasing this up however. If it really was crazy busy like they said I'd question the sanity of any repeat customers. I have pretty low standards when it comes to what I'll chow down on... and this place managed to cross the line.

Cakes as hard as bricks, Sent the one I had back due to stateless and, to give the lovely batista her due, she gave my a choice of other options. Second choice even worse for stale harness. Not cheap so no excuse. Obviously had been there for days.

El servicio al cliente es inexistente. Evite si necesita hacer una pregunta o desea tener alguna interacción con un ser humano. Le preguntamos a uno de los servidores sobre pedir la opción vegana que aparece en el tablero, el servidor respondió abruptamente “no servimos a esos” y nos dio la espalda para mostrar que nuestra interacción había terminado a pesar de nuestro intento de una pregunta de seguimiento. No aceptaron nuestra orden. Nos fuimos después de 15 minutos de ser ignorados.

El gerente es un absoluto idiota que habla con el personal mientras los clientes están esperando un impactante servicio al cliente ! ! . No es la primera vez que sucede

Came in today for my usual coffee & lunch, a short, dark haired lady served me at around 12:30pm (who usually does), she's never normally been friendly with me however today she was so rude, no smile on her face what so ever, over heard her talking badly about her colleagues too, will never be back because of this, very unprofessional and horrible. I hope she will be spoken too as I have warned off many friends and colleagues from coming back! The one with the Christmas jumper and the older woman were both lovely however which is the only reason I never complained there and then.

In my lifetime I have had many a fryup the prices looked enticing. The buzz of Christmas shopping all around and a welcome break from it all. We decided to have a wee fryup and save the hassle of making something when we got home. A modern touchscreen app to order and an online app version aswell great; it's like the wetherspoons of supermarket cafes. We ordered the large Scottish breakfast cos we're Scottish and it had black pudding. Wish we didn't, the staff all seem like they have no clue where they are shout in are you table 23 across the room, they have no idea what table number is where. When our meal arrived it was Luke warm. The cappuchino from the machine was cold. I have never had a chewy fat saturated potato scone ever it's a new sensation. Also my bacon disintegrated on touch into some sort of bacon crumb. We also seemed to miss the 2 mushrooms from the specifications of the meal and the table was manky on arrival. Table 9 btw worst fryup ever. Morrisons please check this out as it's a disgrace.

Ordered through JustEat. Was a terrible disappointment, after waiting over an hour we received cold, soggy, very questionable food. It resembles that produced by a food truck, and a poor one at that. The burgers we had were thrown together with thin patties, the chis were soggy and had no flavour, the onion rings were clearly frozen and the wings were frankly disgusting, we didn't touch them. Go and look at Google Reviews, they will tell you all you need to know.
