This was horrific. I have used this store for the past 5years without any problems but the last twice in the last three months I've been, the pizzas were stone cold by the time I collected them supposedly straight out the oven?!. My last order was wrong too?! Staff do not understand nor speak English. You walk into the store to collect your order and need to point to your name on the screen!? God help you if you have to tell them your order is wrong. Ypu have to go to the app to raise a complaint to get a refund. I was in last weekend and it was disgusting. Cheese was all over the floor in the preparation area. It's not an exaggeration when I say the floor was covered. There were at least 6 staff members standing doing nothing. 2 were not wearing gloves. The one with the 'best English' was at the till and still couldn't understand I was collecting 3 pizzas. Hold 3 fingers up and only then once you point to the screen do they get it.

For me, this is THE number one Pizza joint in the city, making THE best Pizzas I've ever tasted; e.g their Meteor is not just vastly superior to the Meteor from any other Domino's but it is vastly superior to any other Pizza sold anywhere in the city. Brilliantly cooked Pizza delivered quicklyk and they ALWAYS have cracking Deals on.

Triste porque he usado este dominó durante años, siempre por teléfono y colección, pero los últimos meses me lo entregaron, así que es el cumpleaños número 16 de mis hijos.Entré al sitio web y pedí 2 pepperoni grandes porque tenía un 50% de descuento en 2 grandes. las pizzas se desplazaron hacia abajo en el tamaño del clic y ya estaban en tamaño grande y el resto de los tamaños estaban apagados Pagado con Apple Pay usé mi pulgar no prestó atención Hasta el parto (quien fue realmente agradable) Me los diste y eran minúsculos Revisé mi banco y descubrí que se habían llevado 35 Llamé por teléfono y traté de explicarlo, ella dijo que obtendría 15 probabilidades en unos días, pero tenían una actitud cuando llamé para enviarles una captura de pantalla de lo que pedí. No estoy muy contento. Lo compartiré en todas partes si no recupero mi dinero y, después del cierre, me pondré en contacto con la oficina central. No volveré aunque mi hijo autista de 18 años No seré feliz

ALWAYS forget parts of your order. It’s overpriced when you order from Uber eats and then they go and forget parts of your order then blame the delivery when they FORGOT to put things in the bag in the first place.

I decided to have a black coffee and small breakfast here big mistake. First of no cutlery to be seen anywhere not even a spoon to stir your coffee had to ask for this and no takeaway cutlery at all even when asked by others. Staff were miserable they looked like my breakfast which was at best Luke warm , the fried egg was burnt underneath and soild unpleasant to say the least, the bacon looked like it could have went out to pasture to eat again, I swapped the tomato for a potato scone however it was limp and cold no crispness about the sausage was cooked but Luke warm and the toast was bread with colour to be fair the beans were hot out of a microwave. This wee cafe use to be great however it is awful no care has gone into this food and it really wasn't tasty or nice good ingredients gone to waste by poor cooking or inadequate attention. Definitely give this place miss

Will not be back, the last twice they never gave me chips which I ordered. Food portions are very poor, staff are not nice and to top it off there was a mouse running last night.

Smooth and easy service via the self service pods (even with app). Clean interior and toilets in good condition. Plenty of staff and all seem to enjoy their roles.
