Couldn't ask for a better meal than at Achray House. The chef has to be commended for the fabulous food on offer here.

Visited this little bike / coffee shop to have the brakes on my wife's bike looked at; the mechanic was super efficient and very polite in explaining the problem with the hydraulic brakes and added a detail that i didn't know. he fitted new pads and adjusted them so they worked perfectly. We were really pleased with the work and cost and most of all they attended to us as we passed as we were on our way to Edinburgh - great service. Thanks guys.

Only our 2nd visit here, but the portion sizes are huge and staff are friendly. The prices have slightly increased but it's still well worth the money! We tried the strawberry sundae, chocolate fudge sundae and the ferrero sundae, Highly recommend.

Proper artisanal Italian gelato and cakes. Very clean and nice place to stop by. We ordered the vanilla and strawberry ice-cream and then a few cakes to takes away (semifreddo, lemon, tiramissu). Most definitely recommended.

This spot is amazing for a big breakfast! We are not golfers but decided to try this place out as we had heard from friends that the food was worth trying- we were not disappointed!! the presentation is amazing and for such a low price (£9.50) i was amazed with the quality of the food. Will have to try the Sunday roast at some point! safe to say we will definitely be back 😉 xx

Visiting Montrose for the first time as my partner’s mother has just moved there. She found this bakery on a 10 best website in Montrose and we walked down to try it. A five minute walk from the centre, it is a lovely and bright little shop with a few sets of tables to eat in and a beautiful display of different flavours of tart and a selection of cakes. I’ve now visited twice in two days and had hot chocolate, flat white, salmon and spinach tart, raspberry and vanilla cheesecake, lemon and blueberry cake, and pistachio and chocolate brownie. This may sound slightly greedy but trust me, it was all worth it! Highly recommend for takeaway or eat in. Friendly and chatty staff, a family run business that also sell at local farmers markets.

I am slowly making my way through Euan's menu. I have not found anything not to like so far. The mussels in garlic and bacon cream served with pasta was my latest try and it was delicious. Food comes out in good time and is well presented and tasty. Good selection of drinks. Competitive prices. Fabulous Coffee - the best I have tasted.

Visité The Foresters Arms por primera vez el viernes, y honestamente, me sentí como si hubiera estado yendo allí durante años. Hay un calor real en el lugar, casi como volver a esas clásicas noches de viernes cuando las caras amigables y una buena pinta de Guinness fueron lo más destacado de la semana. A pesar de que era mi primera vez, había algo familiar en ella, el tipo de atmósfera que te hace sentir a gusto al instante. El personal era brillante también! Acogedor, bien informado, y genuinamente dispuesto a asegurarse de que todo el mundo estaba pasando un buen rato. Al final de la noche, incluso conocí a algunos compañeros entusiastas del whisky, lo que se sumó a toda la experiencia. Seguro decirlo, esta definitivamente no será mi última visita. Gran pub, gran gente, gran pinta. ¡Espero con interés otra visita pronto!

Delicious Pizza, and especially good value on Sundays. The BBQ Chicken my favourite with just the right amount of sweet and smokiness.

Excellent cafe. 2 Coffees and 2 bacon rolls for just over £8. The coffees and rolls were great quality. Well worth a visit if the need arises.

Now The Steeple use it regularly all freshly prepared and cooked as you wait

Honestly! The best pizza in the world! And I come from across the pond 🇨🇦. They are all such nice people and the pizza is so good! I’ve been to Dundee twice and the pizza is consistent, which is how you know it’s good :D I will be returning soon!
