Vanilla N Creamz in Fife

Normally I would give 5 stars due to the quality of the food and service over the past 3 years but unfortunately recently the service has gone down. Last week the guy ( with a woolly hat) couldn't cut salami ( slivers flying off or big chunks were cut- quite funny really if it wasn't food) and the gorgonzola cutting resulted in an unappetising blob ( in addition, his packing was atrocious) but I had patience and smiled with all of that thinking that he was new ( even if I had to tell him to add stickers to prevent the salami from falling out . However this week the same guy was rude and wanted to serve a man behind me, I objected saying I was in a hurry and only needed bread ( I am a pretty chilled lady usually ) and instead of apologising he said said he couldn't get there at that moment due to his colleague being in the way! Not good! I am not sure if I want to return.......

Had to reheat due to food being cold

Went in . People at the tables. But then noticed one by one were only waiting for their order. Only saw one member of staff. Very slow. Like a morgue. In the end walked out as it didn't look too good what was being served up. GIVE IT A BIG MISS.

Had a large celebratory family meal and the food and service was first class. There was 12 of us including children with special dietary requirements and they coped without any issues. Would highly recommend this restaurant 👌
