The chicken and ham and cheese sandwich was amazing

Having heard rave reviews about the Sunday Cavery we were all very excited but to say we were underwhelmed would be an understatement. Starters what was left of them, was very basic. Soup was watery and tasteless. The mains was ok nothing special and the majority of the desserts were shop bought. Definitely wouldn't be rushing back and nor would I recommend.

Delicious lunch today in this restaurant served by lovely staff. King prawn and chorizo with sour dough toasted bread for £9. Prices very reasonable for the quality of food served. Will be going back for more.

Usually tables are slow to be cleared; one staff on drinks which holds everyone in the queue up. You need more staff, or more efficient staff - who look at the customer, and maybe even smile.

Brilliant quality food, and friendly staff never fails to impress sometimes the waits can be long but they always make up for it and apologise appropriately, definitely worth a visit!

Great restaurant & cafe ... been here many times with my kids .. There is so much choice great service and staff who work very hard...Highly recommend this place and wheelchair pram friendly....

2 girls stood behind till talking while 1 girl served 2 customers at a time. After 5 mins of them looking at me and then ignoring me I left as I didn't have time to wait on 1 person serving everyone. Won't be back

Kebabs and kebab boxes are delicious. Boys are very polite and friendly. Love the food.

£13 for a fishcake, 2portions of salad and a canned drink seemed a little excessive to me. The taste was only all right. I left wishing I had gone to a nearby supermarket to buy a pack of their fishcakes to heat and eat at home

I recently visited Alexander’s in Markethill and ordered one sweet mince pie to my shock it was £5.50. Unfortunately, I found it to be a complete rip-off. The portion size and quality did not justify the price, leaving me feeling very disappointed. This was not good value for money, and it has put me off returning. I expected more for the price, both in terms of taste and experience. Sadly, I won’t be back. When i complained about the price I was advised the price was due to Demand!!

Limited menu. Unexciting menu. Limited vegetarian sishes. Brocolli or mushroom starter and a mushroom main. Manager got a dahl made for my husband.

great food and very friendly staff!! cute and cosy atmosphere was a perfect lunch, will definitely be returning and recommending to friends/family. :)
