The best restaurants in Lisburn South Eastern NI

Put an Order in at 12:39 last night and was told the price of the food and sat waiting for the food until 2:30 am this morning for it not turn up when I rang up this evening the manager told me he couldn’t deal with it … he then went onto say he tried phoning me 5/6 times when I asked him what number did he ring as it was delivery he couldn’t tell me … I’ll not be back absolute joke !

Poor this time unfortunately. we are regulars. but this order had burger completely wrong (no onions or cheese). forgot kids juice and tub of sauce we ordered

Soggy sour toast not enough butter sat beside people we didn't know I don't think they were happy either and an owner who just didn't care when approached.

Really poor customer service. Wrong order delivered and when rang to complain I was told I was wrong. This is not the first time a situation like this has happened. Good food, but horrible staff especially the girl on the phone.

Service outstanding polite and helpful. Good however was a different experience, I’ve been waiting to check this place out and now I know now why it was only looking busy when newly opened its always empty when I pass everyday. Chips are fries soggy and full of fat. McDonald’s are 5 star in comparison. Fried rice was mush. Duck spring roll’s dissatisfied more pastry than filling. Chilli ckn weird taste. It’s a 2/10 for me and that’s all for service.

£13 for a fishcake, 2portions of salad and a canned drink seemed a little excessive to me. The taste was only all right. I left wishing I had gone to a nearby supermarket to buy a pack of their fishcakes to heat and eat at home

great food and very friendly staff!! cute and cosy atmosphere was a perfect lunch, will definitely be returning and recommending to friends/family. :)

Probably the best cafe in Lisburn! Great food, great service and plenty of comfortable seating. The takeout bakery on the Main Street great for more treats at home.

Been eating these meals for a while now..mainly the chicken chow mein. Had one last week, for lunch in work and found quite a big bone in the chicken. Which I did choke on! Sore throat for two days. Company didn't seem to find this concerning at all, as I sent an email 7 days ago. They've still not responded. Won't be eating again.

I was absolutely disgusted by my visit here. How they charged us that extortionate price with a straight face is mind boggling. I got no response when I queried online with them. Ordered a fish supper and an extra portion of chips, paid through the nose but thought it would be worth it as we have enjoyed it before (old management?). We received a fish with FIVE chips, and a measly portion of chips. If we hadn't been in a rush I would have gone back to complain.

Fuel is good, but they don't work 24 hours!

Driver was lovely and friendly, the maps took him round the back but found me round through front:)

Very disappointed.... Got a fish goujons and a fish supper, the goujons where so small that there was more greasy batter than actual fish, same with the fish too... Not be back...
