The best restaurants in Banbridge South Eastern NI

Real country cafe, huge portions, pretty sure the lady taking our order was also making coffee and cooking so good on her for doing everything at once!

Recently visited this location with a partner, we were greeted by staff who wondered if we were eating in with them or the restaurant downstairs. Food was wonderful and affordable, everything that you would wish it to be. Only issue I had was that I had felt that the manager seemed to give off an intimidating presence and the young female staff seemed on edge and uncomfortable to be working there. Atmosphere in the place was elegant and classy a nice spot to take a date.

We visited before going to the Dromore Book Festival. Apart from the glitch where our online booking was not recorded on their system - and this was politely and ably handled by Jonny We also met Caryis - what a lovely person - knew the menu and could chat to us with a bit of craic for good measure. A star without doubt with fantastic customer service. We also encountered Josh who was also pleasant and helpful. The food was also excellent. So 5star food And 10 star customer service - it was exemplary

Having failed to eat in another quite well known establishment just down the road (far too long a wait) this place was a very welcome pit stop for my family. There was a very friendly lady from Preston serving us, a delicious curry slice (!) and other light lunch food. Nothing sophisticated but very welcome nonetheless! Recommended.

Visited for food, very frendily staff ended up with pizza chips shoes n socks.... What more do u want on a night out.

Fantastic staff.Really friendly and efficient. Gorgeous birthday cake.Tasted amazing and beautifully decorated. Great price too and was ready to collect very quickly.

This time as I have in the past I took a dinner take away. I love the whole spuds, which other places fail to do. With a slice of home made mince pie and cabbage it was healthy and wholesome. Three spuds bulked it up and I added butter instead of gravy. Really was so tasty and home cooking taste. Took a cappuccino and a couple of choccy mallows to sit in first. Always recommend this spot.

Went for a Sunday lunch and must say for the first time going here was pleasantly surprised. Great welcome fitted us in without a reservation, food portions where great also

Went for lunch a few weeks ago and I have to say that the food was excellent and perfectly cooked. I was just annoyed that the food which I had said I was taking home, was taken into the kitchen and binned. Not only was good food thrown out but I still had to pay for what was the staff's wrongdoing. Sadly no apology, just a case of "its in the bin, we can do nothing about it" Really spoiled what was otherwise a lovely lunch

I just like the look of the food

Great food! There are no sit in options and if you go there make sure to take cash with you. Don't rely on cash point in nearby shop as it could not work and then one might walk quite a distance to get cash out.

Nice friendly bar with great beer garden

Went in this morning for a cappuccino and raspberry and white chocolate scone, well honestly it cost me 7.85 totally unbelievable, they don't charge these prices in the big cities and when I questioned the owner she abruptly put the phone down because she didn't want to hear the truth about her rip off prices! Check prices before you buy!!

Great place. Food excellent. Gluten free menu is the best I’ve seen. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Also great selection of reasonably priced cocktails
