Having failed to eat in another quite well known establishment just down the road (far too long a wait) this place was a very welcome pit stop for my family. There was a very friendly lady from Preston serving us, a delicious curry slice (!) and other light lunch food. Nothing sophisticated but very welcome nonetheless! Recommended.

On my first trip to Baco in Banbridge I was expecting a plain chain of regular coffees and buns etc, I was pleasantly surprised! Modern, meticulously clean premises, I was greeted by happy staff who explained the wares... Local products. Vegan friendly options Gluten free options. Ethically produced. Fresh food to sit in or to go. Very affordable food, drinks and treats. (See my favourites in the photos but the “sweet counter” is good too.) Even dogs are considered - water bowl outside and outside seating for dog owners and smokers etc. If you don’t see the dog bowl or seats out - ask (they are brought in when there is heavy rain.) Locals manage this eatery! They have carefully chosen their fayre. Banbridge has another high quality and affordable venue for cuppas treats and special daily offers! Note Fridays and Saturdays it is open to 9am to suit our “modern cafe culture”.

Visited Baca on Friday after work with kids. Coffee tasted amazing and product range of food was excellent. My youngest daughter is gluten free and these guys had a wide range to choose from. Great ambience and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

I popped in out of inquisitiveness. Nice modern place. As I found modelled on Greggs. Deals on sandwiches, soup and warm snacks. Just as cheap as Greggs. Very friendly staff. Guide dog inside but planning to make a pet friendly area outside. Wi fi will be installed they said but none at present. I took a Cappuccino and a sausage roll. Paper cup was only half full when I got through the froth. Sausage roll was average size but hey at 3 pounds for both I can not really complain. I gave it 4 stars as friendly, new, clean and bargain and showing much promise. Like Greggs they offer pre packed sandwiches and drinks to eat in or take away. Good luck.

Real country cafe, huge portions, pretty sure the lady taking our order was also making coffee and cooking so good on her for doing everything at once!

Wow, what an exceptional place for dinner. Delicious food, amazing friendly service and a comfortable warm and tastefully decorated setting. All of the staff we interacted with were lovely but in particular Katie was fantastic. Great service blended with Irish charm and wit. The food was freshly cooked, served in a timely manner and mouthwatering. This place is a must stop for anyone visiting Camlough or the surrounding areas.

Good location, nice ambience, decent staff that wants to be helpful, but lacking in knowledge about food. Obviously they use decent ingredients, but lack of skills or poor execution lets them down. I didn't ask for ice in my drink, I got ice. I didn't ask for sugar in my coffee, it was sweet. The menu said "poached egg", but egg was definitely not poached and hollandaise did not have a texture or taste of the hollandaise sauce. To top it off it came to nearly £25 for a brunch, one dish and two drinks, if the quality was good I wouldn't even mention price. However when you pay that sort of money for something that you didn't entirely enjoy, it feels like a rip off. Plenty of awards on walls, but when I asked a simple question about one of ingredients, they couldn't even tell me where it comes from, makes you wonder if they have any awareness if the products they are using.
