I’m always a bit skeptical about restaurants in the hotel but here I’m wrong ! Really nice food. The meat was perfectly cooked. Prices are also okay for hotel Food.

Attended a motor club coffee morning here. It is a beautiful house in a stunning location. We had good coffee and scones with good service. Highly recommend a visit.

When we first arrived we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who showed us to our table without delay. Having looked at the menu and chosen our meal, as if by magic another member of staff appeared and took our order. The food arrived promptly and we all enjoyed what we had chosen. In summary, the restaurant is a very pleasant place to eat, but I would like a little more custard with the apple pie.

Airport food is normally very quick. This wasn’t. The online ordering service wasn’t working properly, it didn’t have the up to date menu on it. The staff didn’t seem to know what was on the menu. Would not recommend.

Fui a Frankies recientemente antes de un show en Belfast. Aconsejé al servidor a qué hora teníamos que salir y no podría haber sido más servicial. 36 min wait and request for ‘excuse me but, any idea where? etc met with ‘it’s on its way’. Lady floor supervisor clearly had enough of it all. Find a job you like and makes you smile. 10 mins later the saddest breakfast I’ve ever had slid across the table. Nothing hot. Bacon burned. Awful. Avoid at all costs. Accept it must be grim serving there with the masses BUT hey, dig a little deeper for some customer service. Maybe lunch menu and a drink in the sun better BUT brekkie…nah last time I got there. Didn’t have time to send it back. And this review will do for now. Happy Christmas all.

Lads! Sort out the quality of your food pleeeeeeeeeease!!! It's the airport, I get it. It's got to be expensive, I get it. But there is no excuse for putting out c-rap. Your chicken kebab was tasty but small and looked like it was prepared by my teenage son. Your £4.50 coconut pastry was broken and bits chipped off it due to poor handling. If I was your teacher I'd say: 'has potential, must do better!'

This is definitely a place to avoid! Poor food and food and drink prices too high especially the drinks! Lagan bar £10 cheaper for four whiskey!
