This is a one-off. Cosy, eclectic cafe tucked away down a long lane on a working farm. Good coffee and fabulous pastries, unlike anything you'll find in a normal café in this country.

The Olde England Kiosk, a Grade II listed building, is nestled in the heart of Darwen's Sunnyhurst Woods. This charming venue offers an intimate setting for weddings in a beautiful location. Great little pub very friendly staff and people visited for the first time and got a very welcoming reception highly rated although alas they don't serve food

The woman serving is always so friendly and nice. If you are a regular she remembers you, your orders and conversations she’s had with you. Truly goes out of her way, and is so kind. The food here is by far the best in the local area especially compared to some of the closer ones that tend to be bland and the pricing isn’t that far off. I’d say it’s 100% worth it. My mum is a vegetarian and this is also the best place for options for her, and she raves about the tofu. Out of the 3 or so years I’ve ordered from here (could be longer i’m not too sure). I’ve only ever had 1 singular dish not be up to the standard and even then it was still highly enjoyable.

On holiday in Colyton this week and we had fish and chips + mushy peas on two occasions. Both times were excellent, so thoroughly recommended.
