The best restaurants in Stanley and Outwood East Wakefield Yorkshire and The Humber

That's the second time I order from Best Of Pizza. Their Pizzas are just on another level.. This time I've added the Kapsalon which is delicious as well 😋

Food is usually good but tonight ordered a takeout for a birthday some of the order was wrong and had to take it back resulting in everyone eating at different times and unfortunately this time the food was disappointing

My wife had tandoori chicken on a bed of sizzling vegetables, which is highly recommended. Personally, I had The Greek beef burger, which I also enjoyed. The food was excellent. Carole was our server, very friendly and helpful. You can tell she's very experienced and seems to love her job. It is worth downloading the Sizzling app for collecting stamps for freebies. Also, we had 25% off main meals with Octopus Energy, so that's a plus. We'll definitely be going back. It's a popular place for sure. We were surprised just how busy it became whilst we were there

Took 2.5 hours from ordering to it getting to my house. Food was cold when got it had to put it in the over to warm back up. Won’t be rushing to order again

Called here on our first day of holiday and both of us had fish,chips and curry sauce which was really lovely and very good value for money. The staff were really friendly and we're hoping to visit again before we return home

Under new management from June 2024. Busy with sports and outdoor bands. Great atmosphere and friendly service. ***UPDATE*** Like a fine wine, getting much better with age!

Took 91 yr old dad as he says he’s an expert on Sunday carvery’s and he loved it! We all said it was like Sunday lunch from your mums kitchen ! Praise indeed!!!! All staff friendly helpful service good beer and food excellent! There will be more visits to Thatched House but will book a table as it’s popular and people are going to this gem of a pub ! We were travelling from Lytham St Annes to Beverley when we wanted lunch. We found this great cafe only 5 mins from M62 jct 30 What a hidden gem. Lovely decor inside , outside seating also available, great menu, fantastic prices . Full English with unlimited tea and toast only £5 and served until 1:30 Staff very friendly too with lots of cakes also available. Highly recommended

Gorgeous fish n chips (scollops too). Scraps very generous.Price wise brilliant!Would definitely recommend.Anything left over reheated in air fryer....still as light and fresh as the day it was fried.Absolutely gorgeous.

I am sorry but tonight i have spent £50 on a order, i got a garlic chilli chicken for my other half and got myself a (chicken tikka massala ) wich was too hot to even eat it was that spicey, so i phoned up to exsplained and they sent me another chicken tikka massala what they said was going to be mild, and that just taste discusting i have never had a bad curry as yet but tonight i wont be ordering again it doesnt look like a chicken tikka massala and most deffinatly doesnt taste like one. Lovely service but food was horrendous
