Once again delivered early, food hot and so good, never had a bad meal from them, and we have had quite a few.

I have ended up with food poisoning from this I got tikka masala it didn’t taste nothing like a tikka masala was tasteless

Been poorly me and my friends are all poorly

I've been ordering for several years from Amirah Spice, yet this is my first review for them. My dishes include lamb most of the time. If you don't mind a bit of extra ginger and medium spiciness I strongly recommend Sylheti, it's my favorite. I was impressed of how much flavour it has and the right balance of spice for my taste. They didn't won those year awards for nothing in my opinion All the best Bob

Had a take away and was really looking forward to it after all the good reviews. Unfortunately it was very bland and the lamb was tough. The prices they are charging are restaurant prices for a takeaway that to be honest was very poor.

Ordered a few times now great food and great service

First time using tonight. Bought meal for two. Lots of food, appetisers were good but the two mains were shocking. Both were watery and bland. The Chicken Tikka Massala was simply chicken in watery tasteless tomato sauce. I eat Indian food a lot and have never experienced anything like it. I will not be using again and do not recommend.

All good with the tandoori platter apart from the lamb which was really tough.

Didn’t like the taste of the chicken. Fries were also not great. Won’t be ordering again.

I am sorry but tonight i have spent £50 on a order, i got a garlic chilli chicken for my other half and got myself a (chicken tikka massala ) wich was too hot to even eat it was that spicey, so i phoned up to exsplained and they sent me another chicken tikka massala what they said was going to be mild, and that just taste discusting i have never had a bad curry as yet but tonight i wont be ordering again it doesnt look like a chicken tikka massala and most deffinatly doesnt taste like one. Lovely service but food was horrendous

Disappointing, the curry tasted bland and was definitely missing a few vital ingredients. The garlic and coriander nann didn't taste of garlic or coriander, it just tasted very sweet.

Shame the delivery guy couldn’t find my address

Out standing the best chicken korma I’ve had In A VERY LONG TIME these guys are serious thank you gained a loyal customer and I’ve told all my friends

The chicken was very rubbery - my fork would not go in unless I put pressure onto it. Usually the chicken falls apart from this place. I had to take it out of the sauce. This is the first time ordering from here where I have had a bad experience. I’m hoping this is a one off. Not very impressed tonight.

Tried these for the first time tonight, food was horrid, went in the bin, no flavour what's so ever, will stick with Shanices, they know how to cook a korma! Poppadoms and naan were tasteless, korma was worse than baby food, How do these people get awards?

Onion bhajis were hard and tasteless. Garlic rice, tasteless as was the Bombay potato. No spice on any dish, very meh. Usually restaurant standard but not tonight.

I have ordered food from Amirah Spice for about 5 years. Nine times out of ten the food is spot on. Last night was no exception. I had one of the best Lamb Jalfrezi's that I've had in a long time. The food arrived hot and was full of flavour. Amirah Spice is one of my favourite takeaway's.

Delivery was good. Kids chicken burger was rock hard and the korma sauce tasted vinegary, won’t order again

Simply the most amazing food ! A mid week birthday treat meal . The whole meal was absolutely beautiful. Everyone was delighted with their meals and the chapattis were the best I have ever eaten. Very, very fresh delicious food that was still warm to eat. I can highly recommend without hesitation. Well done Amirah Spice.

I always get my takeaway curries from amirah, they have always been fantastic, tonight may 11th ordered set meal for 2 veggie option, was so disappointed with it the flavour just wasn't there, onion bhajis so crispy they were dry inside and difficult to eat. My husbands curry had some taste but was no where near as tasty and spicy as usual, mine was I would say tasteless and the rice was all cloggy not enjoyable. I don't know if it's a new chef or whether the owner is not around as I know this would not be acceptable to him. I can only hope this is a blip in this takeaway as it is generally the best in the area so something went wrong tonight.

Been having takeaways from here a while now and never had a bad meal yet. Lots of choice and delivery mostly fairly quick with pleasant staff.

Strangest chicken tikka I've ever had, really bland, won't be in a hurry to order again I'm affraid. Delivery although on time was at the very latest point of a rather wide delivery window.

We order online for delivery regularly, the food is outstanding, we order the set meal and can make changes to the set menu if we don't want all items on the set menu. Great staff, fantastic service, gorgeous food, we couldn't ask for better. FANTASTIC FOOD & SERVICE.

Our favourite. You will not find a better curry than here. Lots of great flavours and options. The owner is very kind and chatty. Sometimes you have to wait a bit long than anticipated but its worth it!

Food was tasty as always, but the delivery time was a little excessive at almost 90mins.

My order took an hour and a half to arrive, longer than expected but fair enough. When it did arrive the person said this feels light and revealed a small bag of side salad and nothing else. They went away saying I would get a full refund. I spoke to the owner who said I won't get a refund. Never again!

The onion bajhis were not edable they were burnt.

Delicious! Would highly recommend the Himalayan Chilli Chicken if you need something to keep you warm... Or blow your head off :)

Food delicious as always but my order has had missing items on a couple of occaisions. They always fix it but that extra 30 seconds checking the order before it goes out would safe a lot of fuss.

Just ordered a takeaway and was awful food. Have previously has nice takeaway from here but tonight was shocking. 1st curry had no flavour at all not even salt then they resent the food out and clearly used same shocking curry but added spice to it then making it too hot. The sauce was dark red and had peppers in I ordered a chicken rogan josh which previously has been more of a light brown sauce and had crispy onions on. Weather its a change of chef or just he's having a bad day it's not OK.

Disgusting food. Curry’s lacked depth and flavour. I’m new to the area and I haven’t found a decent curry east of Bradford. The Bhuna wasn’t dry like a Bhuna should be and the Karahi was a disgrace. No flavour, to watery and dull.

The food was absolutely delicious. Each dish had it's own flavour profile so we had a lovely selection. The Desi Mix Masala was a particular favourite. I thought we might try the Kashmiri rice, although, to be honest, I'm not entirely sure what the difference was between this and our usual Pilau rice - it tasted fine though. We didn't manage to eat it all in one go, but no doubt I'll be back for some very tasty seconds very soon. We're a little bit of a distance from the restaurant so I'm really pleased they came to us - I can thoroughly recommend this place. Thank you so much!

Curry was tasty but the meat (lamb tikka) was really hard and rubbery could hardly chew it and the knife and fork bounced off it rather than cut it. The lamb tikka on the starter was the same and like a small rock. Pre ordered online which said we could collect from 4pm so booked to collect at 4.30pm. Turned up and place was in darkness. Got a text at 5 to say we could collect at 5.30. Family naan was nice but cold. Samosa and kebab on starter looked undercooked and we’re sat in oily water so all soggy when we got it. We spent over £55 for 2 of us with starters mains and sides so a lot of money for it to get thrown in bin.

Curry dry and tasteless more coconut than rice chips were crispy Popodom and pickle tray mango chut yogurt and a dry veg mix really! I had so much hope looking at reviews but fell way short of the quality I hoped for sorry

Honestly this place is one of, if not the best curry in the country. Food is always stunning and hot, you never wait too long for it and they staff are great. Cannot recommend them enough! I genuinely don’t go anywhere else!

the curry has rock hard meat the rice is sloppy and slimy and mush😂 and popodoms are dry and soft the chips don’t even start , even my dogs won’t eat it
