I would have given Mardini the full 5 stars but due to some overrunning parties we had to come back after 30 minutes. I had the mixed dips, mixed seafood platter and baklava. Couldn't fault the food is it was gorgeous and the staff were attentive

I like the curry the portion is getting bit small and very tight on salad and mint sauce

Lovely little cafe, good atmosphere, friendly staff but really didn’t enjoy the breakfast, the sausage and bacon were warmed up, the baked beans tasted cheap and the tinned tomato tasted sweet as if it was going off. Toast was nice as was the coffee. Sorry to write a bad review. The cakes looked good !

We have just had an early dinner here and cannot recommend it highly enough. The food was excellent, very high quality ingredients and presented beautifully. The menu is lovely, something for every taste. The service was first class, lovely staff who were very welcoming and helpful and very importantly looked happy in their work. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent food and service in a lovely pub and even better it’s just at the end of our road.

Bit underwhelming. Make better myself tbh. Was hot which I'd expect regardless but both meals seemed lacking in flavour like they'd been watered down too much. Cost cutting at the expense of what was by all accounts a good takeaway. Welcome to 2025

I ordered a chicken tikka hyderabad which although alarmingly red was quite tasty, a but too salty though and I like salty things. After a few mouthfuls I felt a sharp pain on the roof of my mouth and found it was a very thin, very sharp, splinter of wood. Needless to say the rest of the curry went in the bin and I'm just very grateful that it didn't get lodged in my throat. I won't be ordering from here again.
