i love immys so much they never disappoint

Came for carrot cake it was rock hard. Literally frozen from inside what a joke how can a cake be served so hard and frozen from inside. So disappointed . Never again.

Ordered a monster kebab as I have several times, always been lovely, but last night Tuesday 1st August all the meat was tough and overcooked and the naan was tough and burnt, threw it away. Hope this is just a one off.

Something about there chilli sauce that no place can match up to it. I absolutely love there food. People might say whatever but I think it's only getting better as time goes on. Donner meat or chicken shish chips whatever its all tasty. And decent prices. Get yourself and immys people.

Food tasted great. They just missed the pineapple off of the pizza, forgot to put raita sauce in for the curry. Gave them a second chance after completely forgetting the pizza last time. Don't think I'll be bothering again

Disgusting is all I can say looks the part sounds the part i didnt eat it threw it In the bin and went without never ever again

Food is really bad, soggy raw chips and stale bread but it’s the lies you get on the phone after waiting an hour on the delivery - ‘driver is 5 minutes away’ ring up 15 minutes later - ‘he should be there any minute’ and then it’s been an hour and a half and you don’t even want to ring up because you know you’re going to get the same lies.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers 1 with tomato sauce and other mint sauce dalivery was on time but our burgers came with no salad,no sauces chips was warm burger was warm but got mid way eating before we realized there was no cheese so really it was a beef burger not a cheesesburger but at least we didn't get just a burger bun 😂 but all in all burger was ok we ate it cos we was hungry.😂🤣😂

Just got donner on naan it was horrible the naan was stodgy and not cooked properly. Very poor

Shocking customer service. Always gets order wrong. Refuses to bring missing items due to no drivers coming this way.

Didnt get the free cheese burger meal even tho i requested it in coments when i wrang up they said that offer was finnished now and off just eat well it was on your own website and clearly states it and having my head blagged about how they are so cheap i couldnt be botherd argueing with them so my daughter went hungry all because they dont no what they are doing dont even no there own website and what offers there doing they was obviously bizzy and just could not be botherd but either way i wont be useing again they can blag there jibba jabba to some one else my daughter said thank you she didnt want feeding

Ordered chicken and mushroom vidaloo and chicken and mushroom curry,they delivered just mushroom,got sides aswell,rang them back and told them,they sent the curries again but not the sides.a meal gone totally wrong.sack the chef.wont be ordering from there again.then my partner ended up with dodgy stomach.would give zero if i could.

Absolute rubbish. Got our order wrong, waited ages for them to correct it, just for them to be rude and offer no apology when we repeatedly call them back. No-one should have to wait over 2 hours to eat, and not recieve anything as an apology. I'd steer clear if I were you.

Well I all ways wat from here the good really ice food but today I order to cheese burger came erlyer but everything was dry no sour in the bag and the delivery guy gave me 4.00 in 20p like really u raid your oigy bank

Order arrived earlier than stated. Burger was okay but the pizza was burnt with large chunks of peppers just put on the top

Food is nice enough what you get of it for the money you'll pay. Most of the time your order is right.

Absolutely disgusting service this evening food delivered absolutely flat cold when I rang to tell them I got told they will send the driver up for my food and not to order from them again when driver arrived I got alot of abuse and the driver nearly went to hit me.. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!
