The best restaurants in Harrogate Yorkshire and The Humber

Used to be our go to pizzeria but times must be changing - we’ve had three pizza orders this year burnt and not nice! Cheese is like leather…. Also saddest kebab tonight, I’ve a pot of onion really for a salad and again dry as… Won’t be back again - sorry!

A wonderful, sensory experience just walking in too the shop. I asked them to help put together a 'cheese board' for a large birthday party. A selection of cheeses including Harrogate Blue, Yorkshire Cheddar, Rosary Brie, Manchego, etc., a selection of cured meats, biscuits, and chutneys. Delivered on time as requested. It's fair to say that all the guests enjoyed their favourites. Thank you.

Great atmosphere, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The coffee was good, the food is good and the cakes are very good!

Personally I thought this was a great experience, a warming atmosphere and a great space it made me feel positive from the start. I ordered the fish cake to start and it was delicious, the sauce added a lovely flavour on top of the tasty and perfected fish cake it was truly splendid. For my main course I had a burger although I was at a nice establishment I was ready for a nice dirty burger, although I say dirty it wasn’t dirty at all but still had the right ingredients top class it as a dirty burger, it was tasty cooked too perfection and the right size after a good starter. On the whole my experience at this amazing restaurant/ pub was amazing such friendly faces and good jokes mad the atmosphere very comforting, and this was topped off by a delightful meal.

Real ale kept well, tastes great and served with a smile and friendly chat.

Great bakers to visit for cakes, bread, savouries and sandwiches. Friendly service too. Highly recommended for visiting.

Unwelcoming, kurt! Nice place, would benefit from more friendly staff & actually acknowledge customers on entry. Staff far too busy on their phones & then selves…. Would we go back? No, not really, much more welcoming places around & plenty o& them & all offering the same pastries & drinks ….

Take way this time,lovely food,full of flavour and tasty! I felt like leaving a 5 star review because they deserve it ! Also they got some good local Cold Bath Brewery beers and their own personalise Paradise beer which I had while I was waiting for my takeaway.😁 Very good service and staff very friendly and welcoming! The place it self is very inviting too Lovely place…it is a bit hidden but you need to search on the Maps and you won’t be disappointed Just to say because I nearly forgot it is spotless clean! Highly recommend Looking forward to the next visit

Smart, clean cafe with plent of car parking. We enjoyed the coffee. Jacket potato skins were rather tough and a member of staff could have been more polite when I commented about the cheese. Yes, mozarella is stretchy and fine melted but not when it is served like elastic.
