The best fish and chips place on the east coast and in bridlington they do a old pensioners rate for you and the place is exceptionally clean plus they is a disabled toilet on the ground floor so we would recommend this fish and chips place to anyone who wants great quality fish and chips just to let you know the shop only takes cash which for me is fine

It’s a right nice and well looked after cafe and the food is wonderful and the staff are a good laugh and very polite to all of their customers. I would definatly come again

Good food great service gets busy though but worth the wait

Had lunch here, which was very nice and well presented. Service from staff was good, pleasant and helpful. Not sure what’s going on with the gym/toilet - that’s all a bit odd and off putting.

Booked a table for my sons birthday party with 5 children. All kids had a great time - nothing was too much trouble - they even cut the birthday cake up at the end and served it with cream. Food was good and reasonably priced - especially the kids meals. They also put out birthday balloons for the birthday boy and allowed him to take them home which went down a treat! Highly recommended.

Had cheese and ham toastie, was really tastie and latte was one of the best lattes I have tasted. Staff was very pleasant as well. Would come back next time we are over here.

Booked a table on Tuesday just after 4 o'clock to turn up at 5 wait outside for 15 minutes for one of the neighbouring properties to say they arnt opening today no sign in the window or call to say or even someone to greet us and explain last time I came the food was poor and this this time means I will not be attempting again and won't be recommending very disappointing

Went for lunch and wasn't disappointed. Really nice food and friendly staff. My daughter loved the milkshakes, and the burgers are really tasty. Great comfort food.

We came here while staying with family in Bridlington. There were 8 of us and we all chose different meals but we all enjoyed the food very much. The service was good and the portions big! Will definitely return when we are on the area again.

Had food here 3 days on hols. Hubby loved the spaghetti bolonaise. Fab chips and love the salad..had ice creams, tea etc from the window for the beach in the 9 days we were on hols. Everything piping hot in the cafe ,good portions as always etc. Staff all friendly, working very hard in that lovely weather, We were so lucky to have. Well done and thanks. Booked for 6 people in advance as I have coeliac only one dish GF on the menu or they could do Gf pizza base not happy there was not a lot Of choice for GF when I had let them know. Food was cooked well staff were nice but would have liked more choice GF only ice cream for desert. Was my birthday and I felt quite embarrassed that I could only choose one meal. Everyone I was with enjoyed there meal

We gave Spices 4 u a try based on Trip advisor feedback. We were very disappointed by the quality of what we received. It did not reflect the description of the dishes on the menu. I ordered a lamb dish. Being a butcher I can say the meat used was a poor excuse for lamb and that the 4 cubes included in my meal weighed no more than 2 ounces in weight. The sauce was very bland and tasteless and of a peculiar foamy texture. All in all it was extremely disappointing and expensive for the quality and presentation of the food in my opinion.

A great selection of dishes, including vegan for our friend who was thrilled with her vegan breakfast. Great hosts, a good find in this town.

Stopped by to pick up two cod and chips. entry and exit was via different doorsChips were well cooked and tasty with a strong vinegar, The Fish was good and white with a good crisp thin batter and plenty of scraps.The girls behind the counter were very polite and knew there jobrecommended and the location right by the harbour, would make it an excellent place to sit and eat your meal if you wished
