Myself and Mum always finish our afternoon in Ilkley at this very friendly cafe before catching a train home. It's a great place for coffee and cake. We like the Love tray bake slices and brownies and tiffin. The cafe staff all have great customer service skills and a sense of humour and have gone the extra mile regularly for customers. Ilkley has great independent cafes like this that needs supporting rather than Greg's Costa and Cafe Nero that you can get in any town. Always a pleasure to visit this cafe

We googled a dog friendly café for our first visit to Ilkley and Daniels came up first with very good reviews so we looked no further. The food was very tasty indeed and there were things on the menu that were new to us. The service was lovely and friendly. Oh and the coffee was very good indeed. We realised that Ilkley is not short of eateries but we were glad we weren’t distracted by anywhere else! Would definitely go again.

Amazing oreo chocolate mini cakes, lovely light icing and amazing rich chocolate cake! Hard to keep little hands away from them 🙄. The shop looked lovely, looking forward to browsing the gift section soon.

What a fantastic cafe, the staff are incredibly friendly and the food is delicious! Dog friendly with even little treats given to our little anxious pooch to help her settle. We stopped off whilst visiting Ilkley for a all day breakfast and weren't disappointed by the very yummy fully monty breakfast!

What a little gem! The lady who runs this charming restaurant/takeaway is so lovely and welcoming. The food was amazing too - we had the piccante pizza with parma ham, nduja and focaccia and some arracini balls to share. The food was very authentic and so good I forgot to take a picture! We also bought some home made cakes to take home. We’ll definitely be back.

Popped in yesterday for a quick snack with partner and dogs. Both ordered avocado with pea and ham on sourdough, coffee and a tea. Really simple but spot on, the main ingredients tasted very lovely and fresh, both really really enjoyed it, nicely put together, just enough and very good value. The staff were fab, came across really nice and genuine without being overly friendly/false. Would definitely go back. Worth a trip through from Harrogate. Thanks very much 🙂

Although this site stated the restaurant was closed from 3.00pm Saturday to 10.30am Tuesday I am pleased to say it was very much open last night (Saturday). It was for four of us our first visit but all was excellent . We particularly liked how the Chef and I presume owner came out to explain to all diners his dishes and what they consisted of. All staff were very friendly and efficient and the food first class . We will go again although with their restricted open times they are fully booked until August !

I visited this restaurant 3 times before it moved locations and loved its small, cosy & incredibly friendly feel, it was steeped in in authenticity. Therefore when we booked for a 4th visit I was a little concerned that scaling up this amazing concept would mean it list its originality & I’m sorry to say I was right! The food was still just as good but the service was poor! I ate most of my two dishes without the side of rice I’d ordered, despite having to ask for it a further three times. Then after finishing our coffees that we’d ordered at the same time as our desserts, the desserts never arrived. After bringing this to the waitresses attention, she apologised, said she’d put the order through to the kitchen but the chefs had left for the night!!! To add absolute insult to to injury when the bill arrived we were asked to pay a £7.80 service charge, which I absolutely refused to pay! A classic example of an upscaling that has spoilt its original charm!!!

What an amazing place to visit! The food is incredibly tasty, and the ambiance feels just like a home away from home. I went there today for Mother's Day, and the restaurant was packed with happy diners, showcasing their genuine hospitality. It's located not far from Ilkley, and I drove an hour just to try the food. After hearing so much about it, I can confidently say it was worth every penny. The team, Sachi and John, are fantastic! For parking, I recommend taking a right at the next roundabout and parking there, which is just a two-minute walk away. It might be a bit challenging for those with disabilities, but with a little assistance, it's manageable. The service is quick and always comes with a smile. If you're craving Indian home-cooked food, you must check out this restaurant!
