Guess i wont order from here again

This was just absolutely the best coffee shop around, I’m gutted it has had to close due to a lack of funding. I hope someone sees sense and opens it again - it was so much more to the local community than just being a coffee shop. We miss you, Changes.

The so called manager is an embarrassment, needs training in her customer service skills and management the way she pushes around her own staff

As a local I often used to pop in here for a cuppa and to meet friends but my most recent experience here was very disappointing. One member of staff made me wait a good few minutes to even acknowledge me at the counter whilst she continued to make a drink for another customer. Once I gave her my order she was sullen and impolite. She then brought the drinks over, having forgotten half of the order (which was hardly difficult as we only ordered 4 items) and then she almost threw the cup of tea at us on the table once it was ready. Then, a whole hour before closing time, we were asked to moved from the rear of the premises to the front (presumably so that staff could start bleaching the floor and get off home on time or early?) and then she went out the back, put her coat on and left. Her customer service skills are very lacking and I won't be returning. Sad really, as pervious to this I have found the staff very friendly.

My sister and I stayed overnight Sat in Stratford-upon-Avon and were unable to book to eat anywhere as all places booked. Found this hidden gem, booked online, they got back to us and we ate there only folk in. Tho seemed to be doing takeaways. Food cooked fresh to order, incredible food. Shared Thai green curry chicken and the sticky crispy chicken which was just incredible. Will be back next time we visit xx think you. Also bring your own bottle so even better

The food here is great! Would definitely recommend and staff are lovely. I had a chicken burger and a smash burger and it was so delicious and I will definitely be going back next weekend for my takeaway of choice!!!

All their pastry contains palm oil - cheap, odourless and tasteless used by mass produce companies to extend the life of their pastry at the cheapest cost both financially and at the expense of rain forests and all the animals and people who depend upon them. You can buy this muck at all the supermarkets at a fraction of the cost so don't waste your money.

What a difference to the rest of the local establishments. This is a great friendly cafe. The drinks are lovely and the staff so nice. Would love to return.

We had 2 days here for conferences. The venue was fantastic, staff extremely helpful and lovely. Some of the team stayed in the Farmhouse and said how it was very comfy and cosy. Would not hesitate to use this venue again and i can see why it would also be popular for days out or weddings. It has everything going for it. I cannot recommend this place high enough.

Excellent food with great atmosphere and staff were brilliant above and beyond a beautiful meal in a no fuss way. See you again hopefully

My mom knows I wanted to eat here for a while now and she was away so she got someone she knows to get some for me without my knowledge it was a tastiest surprise 😋 it tasted amazing

Gino is friendly and prepared some lovely wraps. Well worth the wait! I’ve been a regular for years.

Excellent gastropub, great atmosphere, food and service . Varied And interesting menu and wine list. Top notch real ales.

Lovely cafe. Dog friendly and staff very welcoming, friendly and wanting to make sure we were happy with service. Gave water to dogs as well. Food excellent, tasty and plentiful. Well done and thank you. We will be back.
