We had 2 days here for conferences. The venue was fantastic, staff extremely helpful and lovely. Some of the team stayed in the Farmhouse and said how it was very comfy and cosy. Would not hesitate to use this venue again and i can see why it would also be popular for days out or weddings. It has everything going for it. I cannot recommend this place high enough.

It's the first time I've visited & I will definitely be returning! All the food is cooked fresh to order & from what I tasted, (ramen noodles with crispy tofu & sundried tomatoes) is delicious. The staff are friendly & helpful plus the setting is gorgeous, (we sat outside in the glorious sunshine, admiring the daffodils).

It was our first visit to this venue today. What a beautiful place! Warm and friendly welcome from the staff. Our meal was divine; even approved by my flexitarian husband! I love the whole ethos of food grown on site or locally sourced and their green credentials. There’s an electric charging point for electric cars but we didn’t need to test that out today. A revisit is an absolute must and we’ll spread the word with our vegan friends too

So glad I discovered this lovely place. Beautiful setting, warm welcome and delicious food. The igloos outside are a brilliant idea. Lots of parking. Can't wait to go again.

Supper club yum yum, great service, brilliant food and superb setting. Great in the day for lunch or cakes and coffee.

I have sometimes struggled to find a nice vegan cafe or restaurant to take my friend for her birthday.Im so pleased that I have found nettle hill the food is absolutely lovely not a huge menu but enough to choose from plus a couple of other dishes on the specials board, super dessert menu and a huge range of teas and coffees, nice grounds to have a wander around afterwards.A huge plus are the friendly owners that are happy to spend Time going through the dishes with you .Thank you Nettle Hill we will be back.

Really enjoyed the vegan meal delivery service last week. A beautiful three course meal of high quality delivered to our home, a real treat and very well priced. Have already registered for the next vegan meal. Very impressed with Nettle Hill and so grateful that such lovely vegan meals are available for delivery!

This place was perfect for what we wanted last weekend. We felt safe and looked after, the outdoor bubbles are so much fun and the grounds are gorgeous. All of our food was delcious, cant wait to return soon! So lovely to have a fully plant-based place to eat.

they've opened a new cafe with a lovely ambience, these cool picnic booths outside and excellent outdoor space for kids to play in. Lunch was tasty, too!

We had our wedding here and it was wonderful.It's a beautiful location, but easy to get to just off the M6.The food was fantastic, the bar prices reasonable.The most positive part of Nettle Hill is the wonderful staff. They are very happy to help you with anything you require for your wedding and go out of the way to make it happen. Very relaxed about how we wanted to decorate. On our wedding day, Claire was fantastic. She was everywhere at once and made sure we were looked after all day. From handing me a drink unexpectedly to finding my shoes for me without me even asking. Truly talented host.All the other staff were also excellent, with great customer service.The venue and grounds themselves are very pretty and well maintained and the cottages beautiful places to stay.100% would recommend. Even if you are going on a speed awareness course there.There's something to smile about with the surroundings!

We stayed in the Magna holiday cottage for a short break. There is parking right outside the door which is helpful. Bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage, TV and sink. Kitchen has all the basics so you can easily make dinner enjoy around the table. They even provided tea and coffee.The accommodation is part of an events/conference facility so is very functional i.e. hardwiring carpets, fire exits, harsh lighting. They have tried to soften it with shabby chic cottage furniture, in bedroom bath etc but it doesn’t take away the conference feel of the building. There is also no shared lounge area.It is ideally situated for exploring local canal and countryside but would advise having your own transport.

Aquí para la boda de un familiar. . . . . . . una granja reconvertida, especialmente para bodas, etc. . . . Los jardines muy bonitos y configurar. . . .El bar es muy pequeño cuando usted tiene un montón de clientes, me llevó 20 minutos para obtener una bebida a la vez. . . . Pero todo lo demás fue muy bueno, hermosa boda para la ceremonia y para la comida. . . La comida era muy buena y el personal eficiente.En general, un excelente día y noche.

This venue was booked by my daughter for her wedding. It's in a great location near to the motorway network but at the same time in a pretty rural location. In the main the staff were very accommodating and organised. There were a few small things which they could have improved upon. Firstly, the Ceremony room was stifling hot, bearing in mind people were wearing suits and waistcoats etc. I'm surprised some guests didn't pass out. Secondly, only one of the two doors to the ceremony room was opened which caused the father of the bride to trip up on his daughter's dress on the way in, it did make us laugh but maybe health and safety should have been paramount. Thirdly, we decided to stay in the suite at last minute and ordered breakfast which cost another £20 for the two of us and I also ordered for the honeymoon couple. Not too bad a price but I wasn't told we had to cook it ourselves!! Apparently my husband was informed late in the evening when he asked for the key to the room that all the breakfast food was in the fridge for us to cook in the morning. Who does that for their guests, especially for such an event??? Imagine if we hadn't been there! The honeymoon couple would have had to cook their own breakfast! I was very disappointed by this. If I had been told I would have declined and gone somewhere else. My final gripe is the fact that my daughter's boyfriend was refused alcohol at the bar after he was told that he was too drunk. This was after he'd given the bar staff over £14 worth of tips during the evening which they gladly accepted. I'd say that's double standards and if you can't have a few too many at a wedding when can you? It was such a shame this happened after we'd all had such a lovely day.

We went to this place for our nephews wedding and reception. The day was very well organized and ran very smoothly. The service was great and the staff went that extra mile to ensure that the whole day went well. We were really impressed.

Recently was a guest at a wedding here, venue was lovely very picturesque with greats views from the room where our friends got married. Reception room ,couple with food and service was excellent.

Gran ubicación. Bonita y tranquila. Personal muy amable, pero el servicio de bar lento con el hecho de que estábamos allí para una boda, me pareció que habría más de 2 personal que sirve bebidas. Fuimos a dar un paseo en los jardines y aunque es muy bonito no me gustó que cuando el césped de la hierba mow muerto es dejado atrás como se hace en los zapatos al andar. Tienes varias habitaciones, así cualquier tipo de reuniones. Recomiendo encarecidamente

Rurally located conference centre offering a range of rooms and services. Large car park. Signage could be better.

He estado en el centro de conferencias de la colina emprenda un par de veces y se puede decir que está en un entorno encantador en las afueras de Coventry. Desafortunadamente uno de estas visitas era para un campo de conciencia de alta velocidad, pero mejor que los puntos! Bueno, bien presentado y amplias habitaciones con unas vistas preciosas. Si estás planeando una reunión de equipo o buscando un lugar diferente de la normal de un hotel es una buena opción.

Venue was lovely. Food portions were a little small, but really tasty. Bar prices were average for an out-of-town venue. We had an enjoyable day.

Un poco difícil de encontrar si no estás acostumbrado a la zona. Nos presentamos más tarde, ya no puedes ver el desvío de la carretera principal en la oscuridad. calurosamente por el gerente, y ella nos hizo una reserva después de las horas, y nosotros desde el primer minuto. Nos sentamos en la zona de invernadero. La comida era abundante, una selección de sándwiches, pasteles y bollos ... pero crema batida en vez de cuajada servidos al más puro fue una pena. La selección de tés es una buena idea. La chica que sirve siempre estaba sonriendo. En general, muy bien y nos gustaría volver. Mente la brecha en la pared si vas en coche, bastante estrecha.

Mi hija y yo nos aprovechamos de una oferta de Wowcher el 13 de diciembre a las 4 pm quizás es por eso que nos sirvieron una mala elección huelen sandwiches, scones y apenas media una pequeña taza de té. Mis hijas teteras perdía todo el borde de la mesa y cuando me pidió un sustituto y algo para limpiar la mesa, la joven camarera fue confundido por lo menos. Vimos como lo derramó el té restante en la olla a otra teteras, dejando menos de una taza llena y no nos ofrecieron ayuda para renovar las humedas servilletas o manteles blancos. Me pidió agua hirviendo a rellenar nuestras en teteras - volvió finalmente con suficiente agua caliente para llenar una de nuestras pequeñas tazas de té. 10 minutos después de recibir nuestro stand para servir empezamos a preguntarnos si queríamos algo envuelto para llevar a casa! Mi hija y yo nos sentimos como si estuviéramos ninguna prisa y decidimos irnos. Cuando regresamos al coche nos dimos cuenta de que habíamos sido efectivamente dentro Ortigas Hill por menos de una hora.

¿Qué es preciosa joya escondida! Este lugar está en mi puerta y ni siquiera sabía! Colina de Ortigas tiene un paisaje impresionante y encantador jardín de invierno, que está bien cuidado y muy bien decorado. Tuvimos la suerte de ir en un día precioso otoño y tuve una experiencia muy agradable. Teníamos el conservatorio para nosotros (yo, mi madre y mis abuelos) y el personal muy amable, excelente servicio y calidad y cantidad de comida hacen de esta un gran té de la tarde. Los sándwiches caseros y amplia variedad de tartas eran muy buenos y también me impresionó con una selección de té. Tengo que admitir que el brownie de chocolate era el mejor que he probado en mi vida (y he probado muchos! )La vajilla y la presentación también era bonita. Leí un comentario negativo más abajo, donde acceso minusválidos se mencionó. Mi abuela es un usuario de silla de ruedas pero nos pareció que el acceso más que adecuado. Cuando llamé para preguntar sobre la facilidad y comodidad de acceso minusválidos me aseguraron que podrán estacionar cerca de la entrada y que las entradas eran accesibles para minusválidos. Y lo que es más importante que su crédito la explicación fue muy honesto. Me dijeron exactamente lo que el suelo estaba desde el coche a la puerta, que había un pequeño escalón en la puerta, cómo las puertas estaban, y preguntó si el usuario de silla de ruedas prefiere una silla en vez de estar sentado en la silla de ruedas. Y para mi deleite cuando llegas a Ortigas Hill todo lo que había explicado a mí por teléfono era correcto, así que sabía lo que podía esperar lo que fue genial. El personal inmediatamente hablaba conmigo al entrar y inmediatamente preguntó si el usuario de silla de ruedas me gustaría una silla o no. A diferencia de otras reviewee no obstante no entrar por la puerta de entrada de invernadero, que tiene un gran paso. Pero la entrada regular desde el aparcamiento estaba a sólo una corta distancia y la baja, tenía un camino en el que era apropiado para un usuario de silla de ruedas. Había un pequeño paso que era fácil de conseguir la silla de ruedas. Me pareció que el acceso muy satisfactoria, no tuvimos ningún tipo de problemas.

Very nice relaxing place for a quiet afternoon tea. We really enjoyed our afternoon here, the weather was not great at the beginning but the lovely staff and delicious cakes and tea made up for it. The sun eventually shone for our very first anniversary:)

A cute and quaint place for a conference. Lovely staff. Excellent puddings at lunch! Easy parking and easy to get too.

We were lucky enough to stumble upon Nettle Hill which was the perfect place for our wedding. The grounds and views are stunning and the venue is so unique. I can't praise the staff enough - Aby and her team went above and beyond to ensure our day was truly memorable. I can't comment on the food as we had outside caterers but would definitely recommend for any event.

I attended as a guest to a wedding at Nettlehill. ..staff were outstanding &couldn't do enough for you,the decoration was so unique & stylish.they had the most amazing decking area that we sat for most of the evening overlooking the sun setting in the acres of fields that surround it..truly magical you should all be proud

Have just been to Nettlehill for afternoon tea and was extremely disappointed.Had previously rung to check that they were disabled friendly and it was ok to take a wheelchair in to be told no problem. Confirmed again last week that there would be a wheelchair user in party. Arrived today to find step up into building and we were told to wait outside why they fetched a ramp .Nobody arrived so we gave up and my husband managed to get me up the step. Then wheelchair would not go through door of conservatory as there was a fixed panel to one side so I had to get out of my wheelchair to go through door which was extremely uncomfortable and painful We then arrived at table to find chairs at every setting with no space for wheelchair so then had to start moving chairs.I found this very embarrassing . Food when arrived was ok but nothing more Very unusual to find cream and jam already on scones and cream was quite dry . Then has same problems getting out of conservatory plus this time having to ask a guest to move in order to be able to get to door only to find that many people waiting in lobby for next sitting that it was very difficult to get through and still no ramp at door ! Disabled friendly I don't think so unless you count the disabled parking spot . We will not be returning.
