Changes Coffee in Solihull

This was just absolutely the best coffee shop around, I’m gutted it has had to close due to a lack of funding. I hope someone sees sense and opens it again - it was so much more to the local community than just being a coffee shop. We miss you, Changes.

Great bacon sandwich, good coffee ☕ music needs attention. Most bacon sandwich's are undercooked not this one.

Lovely cafe. Relaxed feel and great decor. I love that small businesses are supported here through little stalls in the cafe e.g earrings. Staff are friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area ❤️

This is a great place for meeting with friends and family... been coming here for a while... opens lovely and early, so after a long nightshift it's a perfect place. For a cuppa and a breakfast sandwich... staff are really lovely, can do enough for everyone, have a sense of humour, and always polite. Fabulous coffee... delicious cakes and breakfast sandwiches .. and the new garden is great... would be amazing to hire for a party... cant speak highly enough of this great find... I never want to leave.

I love popping here to start the day with a coffee sometimes I need two. The coffee is consistently good. There is always a good selection of cakes the musics a bit ropey 😉 but the staff are warm and welcoming and i enjoy a laugh and a joke with them. The manager is Amy is super helpful and friendly 🙂

5/5 delicious coffee and service. They’re so friendly and down to earth with a sense of humour. Came to have my nails done upstairs by Emily but glad I got to enjoy a coffee. It’s busy n loud but laid back and lively.

Never knew it was there 😂 came to florist opposite with daughter and we stopped coffee and snack .such nice girls serve and comfy inside .prices average ,snacks /coffee nice.will defo go back again .makes nice change to have a nice welcome which you don’t get in larger shops 😊👍

This coffee shop is well decorated with an industrial vibe interior. The coffee is good quality and the service is always pleasant. Unfortunately it is now closed on Sundays. It can get a bit crowded at school drop-off times but generally has a very pleasant atmosphere.

I have been coming to this coffee shop since it opened. I love the whole atmosphere and my kids enjoy it too. It’s clean and has a cosy feel to it. The food and drinks are well priced and the staff are so friendly and polite. I love that they offer children’s activities in the school holidays too like quiz and bingo sessions. All in all a fantastic coffee shop, keep up the good work guys.

I despair of the lack of nice restaurants and cafes in Solihull. This place has a nice interior but their coffee is very average and their sandwiches are pre packed petrol station standard. Staff and decor are both nice but the lack of food options and quality really hurt it

Visited today for coffee with my children and a friend who was with her son. Upon entering I asked if we could have 2 separate tables as we are from separate household. Her response was no because we would be taking up a lot of space!!!. They suggested we sit outside..the tables were dirty, there was no hand sanitisers around, the seats were wet from the rain. We decided to go elsewhere. However on my way out of the shop there was a very long table which would have been ample to seat us all keeping our 2 metre distance. I asked if we could sit there and the lady asked if we were from the same household which you could clearly see we weren't from our colour!! So she quite abruptly said you have to sit outside like she had some power trip!

What a lovely and relaxing place. cakes are lovely and reasonably priced. There are vegan options also which is nice to see. Staff are friendly and you are asked to take a seat and everything is brought over for you. Upstairs is home to Solihull Zero Waste and they have a re-cycling station there. It feel like a hub to the community and I will definitely be making a regular trip there!

Really lovely unexpected find. Fantastic that they have vegan options. Staff were lovely, very friendly, food and tea was good. I really liked the decor, added bonus of a zero waste shop upstairs.

The food and drink is very good here and the staff friendly, efficient and attentive, but I find the menu limited and the atmosphere slightly cold, as it feels like a side-room adjunct to the charity shop, rather than an establishment in it's own right, and so I feel it lacks a definite identity of its own. For all, I still think it's a good venue to go to and a community asset which I hope thrives.

What could be better than a good cup of tea after shopping? Well, a good cup of tea or coffee in a welcoming coffee shop that supports an excellent charity! Thoroughly impressed by our visit to Changes Coffee and to the treasure of a charity shop next door.

A charity coffee shop in the same building as a children’s charity shop that has a high turnover of quality items. Good selection of homemade cakes including gluten free. Great little cafe

Fantastic Coffee shop, great service and really friendly staff. I have visited on several occasions, sometimes with family, sometimes to work as they have excellent Wifi. The coffee is lovely and cakes are scrummy. Fantastic when I took my kids in as they can wonder...

Visited with a friend for the first time today. It is nothing short of brilliant. I found out that it a social enterprise by the Changes UK charity. It also works in partnership with 200° Coffee Shop in Birmingham, from whom they source the coffee....

So, a dear friend of mine recommended this coffee shop. I went and had a lovely pot of tea, with real tea leaves. It was so beautiful i decided to take my 6year old autistic boy and have a treat... the prices are more expensive...

Very clean, lovely done out, staff very friendly and polite. Highly recommend this coffee shop. The tea and Hot Chocolate both very nice and the cakes to die for.

The cafe feels modern, spacious and comfortable - a good place to chill with friends and enjoy a coffee. More of a tea/coffee and cake place rather than somewhere to go for a meal.
