Amazing food, amazing service, amazing atmosphere-what else do I need to say??. Visited with my boyfriend on a quiet midweek night and neither of us had any faults-staff were friendly, food was to die for. Although on the pricier side of my places to eat in Evesham, it’s 100% worth it :))

Best breakfast in town. So tasty and so reasonably priced. We love that you can choose your own items and get a breakfast that you create entirely. Staff were so friendly- you can tell they enjoy working there. We will definitely be back.

Well what can I say about snappy pizza, the food is amazing, along with the staff. Since Hassan took over snappy has been on the up and up! Hassan is a very gentle friendly gentleman and always bears a smile always looking out for his customers.ALL other staff are great too always happy to help and the service is second to none, absolutely awesome. I stopped using snappys when the old owners ran it but I can truly say this is by far the most friendly, genuine awesome place to get your favourite takeaways, all staff will also try to cater for all your needs. Nothing is too big or too small, they all go out of their way to please. There's nothing they can't do!! KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING HASSAN AND TEAM♥️♥️

Great place for a drink & nibble either inside the clubhouse or on the balcony overlooking the river.

Such a beaitiful setting. We have always enjoyed stopping for a tray of chips and coffee whilst out for the day and enjoy looking out over the river. On this occasion the coffees were served in crock mugs. I realise I should have requested take away but didnt think. The server said she'd bring the chips to us, we were parked in the car park. She was very nice I have no complaints there. When they arrived the chips were served in what I would describe a small 'cereal/salad' bowl. I really don't think they were good value atall. I was charged I think £4 a portion. They were straight cut basic chips that can be purchased very cheap. Once finished I had to return the tray, unused condiments, empty mugs and bowls back indoors. I wish I had been offered take away trays as we weren't eating indoors or sitting outside and my mobility isn't great. The whole area is special to us its a shame we were dissapointed on this occaison, sadly my elderly parents dont want to return for chips. Please in future think of customer satisfaction and ask if customers would like take away containers.

We were looking for somewhere for a big family lunch that was central for us all to get to from around the country. So, I didn’t know what to expect but from the start Jane and Andre were incredibly helpful and came up with a lovely fresh menu of seasonal food. We had a room to ourselves and had a great afternoon out. The food was delicious, and Jane and Andre did everything to make us feel welcome and relaxed. Even though they both must have been very busy getting us food and drink they never made us feel rushed and nothing was too much trouble for them. There were some very good wines and beers and also a great selection of no/low alcohol drinks which was welcome as so many of us were driving.

I've never had to complain twice and ask for a refund before I came here.. When we arrived it was dead, my partner and I were the only people being served which seemed odd when there was a 20 minute wait for food. Starting with pros, the interior design was lovely if a little dark in there and we were trying to work out why no one else was in at a 5pm. We soon found out.. Another pro is that one of the waitresses was very kind, apologetic and helpful when things went wrong, I never got her name but she was a young blonde lady whereas the brunette waitress was a bit more moody towards us. Now the cons, the first issue we came to was my partner had ordered a burger with no sauce, it arrived with sauce and the soggiest bun I've ever seen in my life, it was wet.. Being a shy person I apologised for complaining but explained my issues, with which the waitress was polite and took it out the back and I was given fresh buns (not a whole new burger because it would take too long...) meanwhile I could hear the chef and other waitress complaining about my partner and shouting about how he hadn't asked for no sauce which is extremely rude especially when your kitchen doors are not at all soundproof. He got his less soggy buns for his dry and cheap tasting burger. I ordered a "homemade" lasagne which when it arrived was barely warm and had an inch thick layer of grease on top, I decided to give it a go and found no layers underneath but what I could only describe as cat food consistency which gave me an instant stomach ache about ten minutes after giving it a go. To test the amount of grease we put a piece of the napkin on top in which the grease soaked up and even formed a new layer above the napkin.. I am pretty sure this was microwaved and then left on the side for a while. I uncomfortabley had to complain again about my meal explained why I physically couldn't eat it, it was disgusting. The blonde waitress was apologetic and managed to get me a refund on the lasagne as well as two free drinks which I did appreciate but to get that bad of service when there's no ques is awful. We were reccomended here by a friend so I hope it was just bad luck in us getting a bad chef but it's really put me off coming again which is a shame because I love supporting local business. Maybe a new chef is in order, not only for bad food but loudly shouting rude comments about customers too. Thank you to the blonde waitress who was kind to us, I would hope she gets a tip of some kind as she seemed to be the only friendly member of staff.
