Was wandering around IKEA as I have done many times previously, but this time decided to try out this sit-down restaurant. Was pleasantly surprised by the variety and the value for money. Also got a free coffee each on top of the already cheap meal.

Went for a birthday meal at this restaurant yesterday was a big party of us and the service we received from are waiter deshane was excellent the food was amazing and very good value for money. Have to say haven't been to a great restaurant like this in a long time was really happy with ever part of my experience. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the music selection was spot on. I will be recommending the soul house to my family and friends. This place is a must to eat at.

Yummy x burger was brilliant and well packed

Ordered and paid for a small kitchen plus fitting in Sept 2024. Spent hours chasing them up to get it fitted as a work top was the wrong size and work had stopped. Staff hang up on you, then send an email with no information, then you have to rejoin a queue for up to an hour to get through again. I eventually asked to return the kitchen. Ikea said they would only refund items that were still boxed. Another few months passed and after days of phone calls and messages to get the fitters back they offered to refund the kitchen if I removed it. I was left with no choice but to chase the fitters myself and it was eventually completed last week April 2025, though some of the finishes are below the standard anyone would expect. It's been a nightmare. will never use them again.

I rarely do reviews, but my experience was so positive I felt I must. All credit to Tnaya who is an asset to Pizza Hut. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly. She helped me order via my mobile phone. She was accommodating, asked if there was anything she could assist with. Some might say the restaurant was not as busy when I went. Still, I was most impressed with Tnaya's customer service.

Item was missing also the food was bland and had no flavour at all

Placed my order over 1hr to deliver 1 starter and 1 main £20.80 sent it back driver very polite never be using this place again

Best takeaway around. Friendly staff and amazing food, love this place!

WORST BREAKFAST EVER fact we walked in to order ,looked at menu had 2 of the large breakfasts and orderd at xtra cost black pudding and 2 teas ,went sat down time was going by so went to see the girl behind the till to see were our breakfast was .to my amazement she wasn't there but in the back scrapping the burnt bits off my toast omg .eventually when breakfast arrived I said weres our teas she said you didn't order any omg .when the teas came 1 had the bag burst a d had to take it back we ate some and left after leaving suddenly realised they had forget the fried bread aswell do yourself a favour folks go elsewhere
