Item was missing also the food was bland and had no flavour at all

My food was supposed to arrive at 1am but it didn’t arrive at all yet it is saying delivered would not recommend at all

Food was not what I ordered, tasted sour and gone off as if it had been cooked last week. I was absolutely appalled to have spend over £30 on food that I could not even eat. Horrible experience and most definitely will never be ordering again

Worst Indian we have had in our lives, curry sauce was like water, sauces to popadums watered down, popadums covered in grease and tiny portions. Strongly recommend going elsewhere….

The portion was unexpected as a usual customer never had such small portion usually when I order I have a decent amount but today I was not satisfied about my food.

Absolutely fantastic foods, I am a top Italian and all around chef in a 4 star restaurant. I'm very impressed with this restaurant for preparation and good quality of foods . I personally would highly recommend here if you love a good traditional Indian style foods. Thank you guys /women. Top service and top foods you make. Keep it up. This food was awful cold and the green dip given with popadoms was sour and off meat in curry un chewable all cold

Chicken makhani was blend with no taste except salt and roti were under cooked and had weird taste. Please taste the food before you give it to your customers. If you keep doing that it’s not good good for your business and someone will complain in consumer court. Thanks

Arrived on time flavours was nice but chicken was dry n chewy and not much sauce in trays so we had a lot of rice left over with no sauce

99% of curries are similar but we've never tasted anything like this, it was like a kind of soup, it went in the bin.

what a waste of money .Starters were pitiful for the price,only a couple of mouthfuls and mains weren't much better .Save you're money and order from somewhere else !!

My food took 1 hour and 30 minutes to come. When it came my naan bread was 1 minute less in the oven from being just dough it was barely cooked and it was dry. My biryani rice was ok but the sauce was like vegetable soup and the only taste was coriander and lemon apart from that it was tasteless

Very disappointed to put this review I was really looking forward to a curry tonight! It was very watery, the naan bread was greasy with just grated cheese on top! My husband couldn’t eat his he said it was to spicy (and it’s the same curry he always has!) just wasn’t enjoyable at all!

Everything good my order was missing a few items .1. No omelette on top of biryani which was disappointing and no onion salad with the order.

Food was alright, not the best curries we've had. (Based on 6 opinions)- The biggest issue was missing 2 main meals from the delivery. Being told it would be sorted in 30 mins and still waiting for close to 1 hour. I has family over who had travelled halfway across the country to be here, eating at 2 seperate times is not what I had in mind for our evening. Despite this issue not being the fault of the delivery driver I would have expected a general "sorry about that" but nothing and when I called him out on that he got very defensive very quickly. Can't say I'll be ordering again

I used to love my curry from here normal bang on but today wrong food sent then replacement balti tasted like water and since when has yoghurt mint been spicy don't know if its been took over or not but I'm sorry to say will not be ordering again from here ever again

Food was nice,I did order very late and I didn’t realise that the restaurant was quite far from me,but they still delivered after even tho it was closing time and the food was nice and hot,only thing I can complain about is the portion size of the madras for the price,could be down to how late I ordered so I Carnt moan to much,Thankyou

Had half a tub of chips curry had come open and was all in the bag.. only had 1 small salad which was brown and ordered 2 starters and didn't get any poppadoms and spent over 25.

Curry and naan were okay, but the poppadoms were soggy and the masala chips didn't taste good at all, very mushy. Two pots of mint were given but one was a lighter green than the other, less full, and seemed more watery. Order was late (ordered on new years night so thats understandable) the phone line was open but nobody answered both times I tried calling. I'd given up and pressed the 'ask for refund' button, only for the driver to arrive 2 minutes afterward.... not a good experience considering it was the first time I've ever ordered from here.

Worst taste and got wrong order

Curries were cold and tastes horrible. Onion bhajees were bland and chewy. Didn't eat nan because I had to leave the curry.

Meat was over cooked,hard as wood..Not recommended..

Chips come soggy and the mixed grill comes cold and onion bhaji come burnt and mainly batter absolutely terrible not again 😩

The worst curry I’ve ever had in my entire life. The food was awful. It wasn’t even what I ordered. An absolute tragedy of a restaurant and I will never order from here ever again. Saturday night ruined.

Meat bhuna and chicken curry the same curry sauce was used. The meat they gave all fat peices with fat on and probably got 4 tiny peices and paid £12 for it. Rip off to the max!

Very bad chicken curry absolutely no flavour in it and it was cold when delivered. Papadam were cold and spongy and salad had a bad smell in it.

No king prawns in the tandoori special balti which is disappointing especially the fact you charged £12.95 for a small tub, although it was the first time ordering from this place then arrived 45 minutes late!! Not impressed.

Food was good however the tikka masala was pretty spicy for a masala so much so me other half wouldn’t eat it and that’s her favourite curry. The popadoms where stale apart from that everything else was perfect the sauce was very watery I know some people prefer that to thick sauce so that’s a individual thing but ingredient’s where clearly we’ll cooked and fresh chips where great and naans were brilliant. We did order very late and near closing time so that may play a part, but delivery was speedy and very polite driver. Food quality was good just a shame the other didn’t get any.

Order was late at night, it took about 1 hour 30 mins to arrive. Nice food though, especially the masala chips. Popadoms had gone a bit soggy because they were in the bag with all the hot food.

Spent £25 for my order to not arrive. Just hope Iwe haven't lost our money and we are now starving hungry

I know businesses are struggling so this is a hard review for me to write but I hope in doing so improvements are made. Delivered on time - considering I live a fair distance that was impressive on a Saturday evening. Poppadoms were stale Naan bread doughy and not cooked right Both curries tasted like microwave meals from a supermarket. Rice was ok. Chicken tikka starter. was nice. Ordered Diet Coke, got full fat Pepsi and no apology or explanation. We hardly eat any of it. Hate writing negative reviews but that’s my honest feedback.

Really disappointing unfortunately.

Unfortunately I couldn’t order from my local Indian because they had a problem in the kitchen so I ordered from here. The order was delivered on time. I ordered 2 different but similar curries, 2 different rice and a keema naan. None of the containers were marked so we had a job to tell one curry from t(e other. The issue was compounded as we ordered a Pilau rice and fried rice but we got a Pilau and boiled rice. Anyway food on plate, dig in. Disappointing. Not a lot of meat in either curry but loads of juice. Pilau rice was undercooked. Keema naan was doughy, undercooked. It was edible though so we ate it. Went for the poppadoms to finish off and they were stale and ended up in the bin. I cant recommend ordering from here unless your standards aren’t very high or you’ve had a few pints and can’t taste the food.

Great service all round and the meal was lovely and hot.

It's nice to get your food early, but not when it's under cooked . Nan bread was still like doe on the inside , should have been a peshawar nan but was plain . The meat samosas were also under cooked . Unable to tell the difference between coke and 7up is a bit of a problem. Overall not worth the time and money. Will not use these again . Plenty of others to choose from .

Prawns were hard not good at all and chips were hard.

The poppadoms did not seem fresh, which made me wonder how fresh the other items were. The naan seemed crumbly, again, perhaps not freshly cooked. The meal for one person was nearly £20 but was really not worth this price, as well as being 45 minutes late. I definitely won't order from this restaurant again.

Havnt ordered from here before and definitely wont again curry was so water down it was disappointing I could of done a better job myself so save your money and dont bother ...

The poppadoms were prettt stale. There was only 6 pieces of lamb in the tikka. The chips weren’t cooked enough.

The popadoms weren’t amazing but the biryani was spot on and the samosas were wonderful. The Saag Aloo was one of the best I’ve ever had. Portion sizes are very good. Would definitely recommend

The food was delivered at 00:18 28 minutes after the delivery time given and the food was cold. Reheated it but obviously that ruined the taste even more it was flavourless and disgusting. I won’t be ordering from there again!

First time order, food was a bit sweet for me, but I would try something different next time, food arrived nice and hot, driver was very polite.

I ordered the butter chicken, and I can only describe it as watery custard, completely bland has no taste whatsoever, the chips were very undercooked, and the cheese naan where do I begin we sent a search team out 4 days ago to find the cheese they are still yet to find it.
