Great restaurant with really friendly staff. Clean and very spacious. Food was piping hot and the salad bar was delicious and fresh. Would reccomend!

The oldest member of our group struggled with online ordering (someone added him to theirs) and cashless is also a struggle for him. Otherwise, salad bar well stocked and mains came out quickly and were enjoyed. We ignored the request for a tip on ordering, as at that point we hadn’t had any service and it’s a cheek to ask for a tip when you are doing more than half the job you generally tip for.

Pretty much non-existent service due to being made to order through the app, which has the cheek to ask if you wish to leave a tip (with no service being provided and before you even receive your food!) Salad bar looked sorry for itself - lots of items were watery and seemed past their best. Felt like what was out were the dregs. Pizza and fries were very nice. I did feel that £26 for a margherita with cheesy bites was expensive. Deals were restrictive - nothing good value for 2 people who didn’t want desserts. Toilets were in a poor state with no toilet paper and literal poo smeared on the side of a pedestal!! I was disgusted and informed the manager, who apologised and asked one of the staff to attend to the toilets - she took her time with this and was in no hurry to rectify the issues. This impacted the end of our meal and my score is reflective of this.

Came yesterday as a returning customer, waitress (girl with glasses and name beginning with T) and manager let us take home pizza from buffet as a one off as we had already plated it up. Appreciate that massively!! Thanks so much, buffet is always great

We went for my grandson's birthday treat 4 of us, Mom, me (nan) and sister, we were told we could only order by scanning the table, my daughters phone was flat, and I don't have the app on my phone, my daughter asked if we could order and pay by card which she was told we could, then we were just left there, so I went over to the Asian girl on duty and politely asked if we could order, she walked off totally ignored me, so I waited and when she came out of the kitchen I again said can we order, she again ignored me and walked away, so I went over to another girl on duty and said can we order, she put her hand up almost in my face and said the manager will come and speak to you, my grandson got upset, the manager a guy came over he said we could pay by card and he would sort something with the bill for the customer service, however we decided not to spend any money in there after the way we were treated and went to Nando's instead where we were treated lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We will not be going back to Pizza Hut ever again and as a way of moving forward if they want people to only use a phone to scan the table good luck with that.. Terrible customer service very very rude.

I don't really think I need to say much about my experience, just take a look at the pictures.......horrible food, how they can justify this leaving there restaurant is very very poor. Can't believe I even attempted to eat it. Will never order food from this place again an Uber eats make it impossible to make a complaint,, And we didn't eat in this was a delivery.

Visited the pizza place last Saturday around 3pm, after a long family day out to the Ironbridge and Blists Hill. We were out all day with my elderly parents who are visiting me from abroad. This was their first day out. After a long day, everyone was starving. All day my parents shared their interest about going to a Pizza-hut for Linner. When we entered the place, the girl at the entrance was not welcoming, very cold acknowledgement and almost had a can’t be bothered attitude. Once she sats us down, I ask her if someone can take our order, she said we encourage people to use to the QR code on the table to order food. I am used to using QR codes. Once I started to use it, it would not let me place the order via QR code for some reason. May be problem with my phone or the internet. When I went looking for help, for good 10 mins, there were no staff visible on the shop floor. I had to go and find a staff member to ask for help. The second assistant tried to help me but she could see that the phone was not working efficiently. I asked her if she can just take the order manually but she was reluctant. Again same phrase was used ‘We encourage people to use the QR code’. When I insisted if she can just take the order, instead of coming to the table to take the order from the whole family, she wanted me to tell her what we want in the middle of the restaurant walkway. She came across patronising, unhelpful and rude. I asked her to come to the table, she replied I will be there and then disappeared. I kept on waiting. By this time I was thinking, I will be expected to pay a good amount for the food I am ordering, why can’t staff look after us, what about ‘the customer service’. We decided to get up and leave. My parents were shocked about the quality of the poor service. One guy was by the till who came across very polite but it was too late by this time. We will not be visiting that place ever again!!

Fantastic food and service here. Would recommend. The Manager couldn't do enough for us, Lou. Loren and Tom were so attentive and looked after our family. Thank you for such a lovely visit. Would highly recommend.

We ate here today the restaurant was clean and the food hot and delicious. We had a great time it was a lovely atmosphere the staff were really friendly and a special shout out to Louise who was a brilliant host.

So just to be clear its oct 2022 and covvid is over now, or so you would think. The first thing you are greeted by is how they don't execpt cash no longer, and how you must order online from the app. Im sorry if i wanted to order online from an app i would order from deliveroo or just eat and have delivered to my house! I come to the restaurant for the experience and service. And not excepting cash is just poor and using covvid as a excuse. Food was Great just let down with no service.

Got to the front desk, as we had a table booked for 7:45. To have a receipt waved in our face, and to be told it’s a 30 minute wait. Although we are looking around, and there is at least 20 tables FREE. We said we booked a table, and the lady went off in a huff, and then came back changed her attitude and took us to our table. Then we had the waiter come over (I Cannot eat a lot so I ordered a kids meal for myself) and looked me up and down whilst she gave me my cup. My pizza then was burnt, NONE of the staff was cleaning tables! The manager (guy) was probably the most approachable there! This was Friday 14th @ 7:45! Oh didn’t even ask us what our names are or anything for the booking either. Super strange service to be fair. We wasn’t the only ones that noticed the tables wasn’t being cleaned either!

We had a lovely visit to this Pizza Hut before going to Ikea. The variety of pizza was fab, salad bar was clean and stocked up, the kids loved the ice cream station and the service from Louise was really friendly and welcoming. Thank you 😊

The chocolate chip cookie dough was the highlight. Customer service from the staff was spot on. The pizza was lacklustre. Starters were also not great. For the cost, I can get much more and much better elsewhere.

Visited this branch for lunch. We booked for 1pm expecting it to be busy but couldn’t believe it as there was hardly anyone there. We chose the unlimited buffet. Food was delicious and plenty choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a card only restaurant and the menu is downloaded onto your phone when you scan the qr code at the table. The system is very easy to use. The restaurant was very clean and hand sanitiser to use around the place. Good value for money.

Kudos to the team for opening up. Biggest change is the fact you have to order your food via an app which makes the first encounter with the waiting team less personable. I hope once the pandemic passes they can get back to normal service....

Came in during hectic bank holiday, was sat immediately despite lots of reservation. Manager on duty Louise was amazing and really made us feel welcome. Pizza was great and very clean restaurant. Will be back.

Attended Pizza Hut Wednesbury on the 08/09/20 and we throughly enjoyed the experience, the measures they have in place for covid are excellent, i did get a bit confused with the ordering on the app and ordered the wrong pizzas, but this was dealt with...

Went during lunch time for the “bluffet lunch”. No self service which is fine but prices should probably reflect this. Yes you can still have unlimited pizza and you do get garlic bread brought to the table too, but gone is the unlimited salad bar...

Turned up on Sunday afternoon, restaurant was nicely busy but not packed, loads of space between tables. Great customer service, fast and attentive. Even let us have an extra Orange ice lolly from the kids menu! Really nice trip out.

Booked a table, seated immediately with no wait. Food was not great, my lasagna came in a long thin dish about 1cm deep, 2-3 large spoonfuls and it was gone, my husband’s Mac and Cheese was the same. Fries didn’t come with the kids meals...

Very over priced for average food. The service leaves much to be desired as they got orders incorrect and part of orders missing. I won't be in any hurry to go again.

I have to say, this has actually been one of the best dining experiences that I have had in a long time. The waitress was amazing. We were given the vegan menu and when we ordered from it, she was extremely knowledgeable and even advised us of a cross contamination issue with the non vegan drinks in the refillable drink machine. She then arranged for us to have drinks prepared separately and ensured that we never had to ask for a refill. The food was amazing. It's lovely to have such and imaginative menu for vegans from a mainstream chain. Being able to eat a 3 course meal is just amazing and makes you feel included. The manager was also extremely attentive and ensured that everyone was happy. It was genuinely refreshing to have such lovely, friendly staff. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Hadn't been in a Pizza Hut for ages, but this one was in the right place at the right time after an appointment. Same high standard in the Hawaiian department and the salad bar, and Donna was brilliant at front of house. What I hadn't seen ever before was the buffet section, but she put us right about that. Must try that next time, especially if we don't feel like a 14 inch one!

Our youngest daughter was off school for teacher training we had just been to decathlon so decided to stop off for Lunch.The waitress that greeted us was polite and virtuous.She didn’t ramble just showed us where the food was and with a hungry 8 year old I was very grateful.We all had the buffet and our daughter had the kids buffet.It was hot fresh and tasty.I also loved that they did cordial as I’m not a big fan of fizzy pop.All round a swift and tasty lunch.

Visited the restaurant in Bentley Bridge,today 4th of Jan, the young girl that serves us was very pleasant and helpful, the quality of the food was great and it was very fresh, all and all we were pleased with service and food, how ever the value is a bit questionable I do recommend the place if you fancy a good quality pizza

Visited yesterday with a family of 4, had a pizza and unlimited salad, all very fresh and nice. Kids meals were good value and the ice cream factory is always a great little treat for the kids at the end.

Good was good, it was the buffet so can't really comment on the staff other than to say that they brought the bill over in a timely manner.

The lady was really unprofessional, clumsy and didn’t have customer service skills. She dropped several plates of dirty dishes by mine and my partners table, left all the mess on the floor and carried on working. The meat pizza wasn’t made properly either

We use this branch of Pizza Hut as its the closest to us and Pizza Hut is the only franchise of pizza the family enjoy. Honestly I have never received great customer service in here - it does feel as if staff are more interested in talking amongst themselves rather than serving customers - but it’s never really bothered me that much.

Came here for Lunch with my mum. Although it was busy the food and service was spot on. Will definitely be visiting again. 👌

We were a large noisy group, so I’m not surprised they got one order wrong, but it was put right very quickly. Staff are young and friendly. This place does look a little tired in places, some drinks machines not working and the salad bar not the tidiest. But it’s still ok.

Been using this restaurant for years as a convenient meeting place to see my family. Food has always been good and no problems with staff or service. Sadly though, prices now seem to be getting silly and after paying over £73 for pizzas, a couple of portions of fries, drinks and ice cream factory for the kids, this is now out of our reach. Afraid we will be looking for a new meeting place.

We stopped here after a rather later than planned visit to Ikea. We had a toddler and baby so thought we would stop to dinner before we started the long journey home. Staff were friendly and seated us quickly, seeing to high chairs etc. Our order was taken quickly and we were eating our salad bowls in no time. Just what you need to with tired, hungry children. The salad bar was a bit sparse. The pizza was tasty. Our daughters pizza was piping hot and took an age to cool so we had almost finished signed by the time she got to eat.

Staff are always friendly, food is amazing. I recommend the BBQ sauce one day I’ll rob a bottle because it’s that good haha. But definitely worth your time and money

Loads of pizzas to choose from and all you can eat salad - makes it a perfect choice for meal out. "Make your own" ice cream made my child very happy. Brilliant service from Jessica B, nothing was too much trouble. Will be visiting soon

Popped in here for lunch very last minute. Salad bar great, lots of choice and fresh produce that was well replenished. Pizza was really tasty. We both had a simple thin base one Hawaiian and one veggie. Started to get busier as we were eating. Pleasant all round with friendly staff.

Visited today after not visiting after a few years and shocked at how much it's changed menu wise alot more wallet friendly than it was.

Really nice food and service. The food was out within 20 minutes. Couldn't fault it, the staff was great with my young son. Not exactly a cheap eat out but still really nice.

Visited for lunch at about 1.45 and we had the buffet. Salad bar was nice and was replenished. Coleslaw and potato salad were smothered in way too much mayonnaise. There wasn't a great choice of pizza and it wasn't refilled very often. I only saw one piece of thin crust pizza. It seemed to have been there so long it was dry and shrivelled and I think it may have begun life as a thick crust. Was disappointing and won't be rushing back.

Located just off the M5/6 this is perfect for a quick stop to eat.The staff are happy and if you say your in a rush will speed the process up so you can get going.

This is the first time in many years I have been to Pizza Hut and I have to say it was a nice change from our normal eating habits. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the staff were all polite and well presented. We opted for the value £6.99 buffet lunch which was nice & the wide choice of salads was a nice change too. The only thing I could really fault was the price of drinks, £2.75 for a refill seemed pricey & the variety was small. But other than that I will be back soon.

I always go to this pizza hut, friendly staff and great pizzas. Never had a bad experience here, wether I eat in or take out. Would recomend to any one. Only down side is it is cheap.

It's tough to fault this lovely place. A bit dark in terms of decor and it quickly feels crowded when busy but the buffet was consistently well stocked and the staff are very friendly. Great place to stop for a quick bite.

I have been to this restaurant before but not for gluten free food. This pizza was a little bit overdone for me and felt a bit dry. Whilst I appreciate the drinks machine, it is a bit hard to go off and get drinks mid meal when you are eating alone - having to leave everything. But I could certainly have done with more fluid. The staff member was friendly and didn't mind being asked for cutlery - as there was none on the table. Not the best pizza ever, but not the worst either.

We left the place and ended up paying for the dessert that we did not receive. No offer by the staff to reduce the bill.

Me and my fiancee visited Pizza Hut in Wednesbury for the lunchtime buffet. For £6.99 you can't complain there was a selection of 5 different pizzas, garlic bread, pasta and the salad bar. We also had the refillable drinks (Vanilla Pepsi is amazing!) and a side of chips in total it cost £21 which for the amount and quality of food was great value.

We had visited IKEA and wanted some lunch. Its been a while since we had been out for a pizza. We like Pizza Hut because we know what we are going to get and generally this is acceptable. We were to be seated next to the screaming kids and the entrance. When we asked to sit by the windows we were told the tables hadn't been set up, why? The waitress agreed to set up the table while we waited. The staff polite and the food arrived within an expected time. While the pizza's were okay, they were...........boring with a very strong tomato sauce, perhaps with less cheese than usual. It was disappointing and didn't meet our expectations. We'll probably go to the nearby KFC or Burger King next time my wife convinces me to go to IKEA!

Food was horrible pizza was soggy garlic bread was wet.. Had to send it all back the ribs was cold in the middle. Very disappointed came for the buffet only to find out it's only in the week.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. They all smile ☺. The food was below reasonable standard for any type of pizza. Processed toppings with a distinctive plastic taste. The biggest problem is the screaming kids and the utterly useless and clueless parents who ignore them running riot. It drives you mad!

We come here every so often as a family, kids love it and it is a nice place. Friendly staff and always kept tidy. The food for me is a little over priced and not the best pizza in the world. However it is a good place for a cheeky meal out with your family.

Family meal at pizza hut - nice table and chairs - venue is lovely as they recently did it up and as a family of five we were given a round table - however had a baby with us so had to stick baby on the sofa style chair as a seat would block the walkway to the table ?? then were given 4 plates when asked for a plastic plate for baby - waitress took one plate away and we had to ask for it back - the hot pizza was placed on the table next to baby so had to watch him from touching the hot pan - no good - but we managed but then the salad bar was more or less empty - no sweetcorn , no salsa , no coleslaw , no potato salad - so whats left ??? lol - the kids margarita was slightly burnt off the sides - felt rushed - the waitress was packing stuff up around us like about to close even though four hours to go - there was no juices at the drinks counter for the kids as it was put away so we had to ask for it to come back - it was a quick meal - we didn't eat much there so brought it all home - the floor was covered in crumbs and rubbish so could have been cleaner - not a good time for the kids unfortunately as we were constantly asking for stuff

Never been here before but would highly recommend for the lunchtime buffet. Staff very polite and friendly. Restaurant clean and the food was fresh and piping hot. Really good value for money. Only reason i rated four out of five is that the toilets are freezing!

Thin crust Pizza (Italian Pan) is incredible! Myself & my better half (my Goddess) made a pit stop here for the first-time after visiting IKEA. The staff couldn't have been any more hospitable. It is a beautiful little restaurant. We will most definitely be visiting again. Thank you.

Visited this outlet for tea after a day shopping.Staff are friendly and helpful.Pizza are not anything special and I personally think they are over priced compared to other pizza shops.I suppose prices are justified by being able to eat in and the "free" salad.Personally after visiting and eating here, I have regretted it later on numerous occasions.Big name does not always mean good food.

Went in lunch hour for the buffet as only had an hour lunch took 10 minutes to be served don't no why as it wasn't that busy staff just walking about but once seated we were served quickly pizza buffet was great plenty of pizza and salad really enjoyed the food but more staff please especially at 12 onwards

Me and my partner eat in here quite often and have never had reason to complain until today. Food is good, staff are good apart from one thing. I really, really wish they would have a word in some 'parents' ears about letting their kids run amok in the place! Smashed crockery and food spilled everywhere and kids sitting and standing and screaming at the top of their voices on empty tables that people have to eat off accompanied by projectile vomiting all over the table, floor and the back of my coat. Totally unbelievable that staff never uttered a word to stop this charade. We left as soon as the smell of vomit filled the room accompanied by 3 orher families as well. I wish i could go for a meal somewhere that is quiet and away from screaming kids.

The staff at this branch are the best in the area, pizza hut is a favourite of ours for a quick shopping lunch, the buffet is quickly refreshed, kept neat, clean and tidy, the girls serving are friendly, professional and quick, thanks guys

Me and gf ordered a stuffed crust meat feast last night it tasted good but the salad bar was poor !! Soon as we got home I started having stomach cramps that led to stabbing pains in my stomach that's lasted till 2 am... I knew it was the food as this has never happened to me before .. My gf has complained about similar pains early hours this morning ... I'm disgusted with Pizza Hut we would never use them again !!!

We went here for our Sunday Lunch. Seated straight away, order taken promptly, salad nice and fresh and cheesy garlic bread piping hot. The only problem was our pizza was only just about cooked. It was ok, don't get me wrong, but the pizza is normally too hot to eat for the first couple of minutes. Other than that, a good lunch.

I ordered a hot vegetarian pizza.It wasn't very spicy at all. It was only the jalapenos I got with the salad that spiced it up a little. It also wasn't overly cooked. It wasn't raw by any means, just not browned at all on the top and was a little too doughy for my liking.Rest of meal was nice, though coke was quite warm - hadn't been in fridge.

I usually go here for take away on the odd occasion I eat in. The staff are really nice and friendly which either you decide to do. They made my food order back to front once - stuffed crust hawaiian pan meat feast when I informed them it wasn't a problem they just made it correctly which was good I didn't fancy the stuffed crust. I have never had a bad pizza from here and just love the garlic bread with cheese and bacon, I'm not aware of anyone else who does this. The salad is quite nice not brilliant but passable . I've never tried the buffet but I'd imagine it's ok as everything else is, I'd like to say I'd tried a pudding but I'd always to full by this point to even attempt it. One of the better places to eat in the vicinity.

Definitely not a place for a first date. But for a family meal with young children, it's a great option.Far from a relaxing experience with the incessant noise from feral children, the salad bar is satisfying enough and the pizzas are a guilty pleasure.Go here after enduring the chaos at IKEA.

Went as a family as my son had a good report from school, plus he's been banging on about it for a few days so we thought why not The better Pizza Hut than some I've been to, good food great service clean and child friendly. Great to eat to at this one had a bad experience and the star City branch and left us did hearted, especially as Pizza Hut restaurants seem to be becoming scarce in the north Birmingham area.Would recommend to anybody!

If recommend getting there early as after the restaurant filled up the salad bar was a little worse for wear if you don't mind coleslaw in your couscous and if you don't mind queuing you'll be fine. The pizzas were good hot and fresh and in plenty supply which was quiet good as some of the other restaurant goers thought there was going to be a pizza shortage! The only criticism is if your a meat lover you may be disappointed as toppings were mainly veggie and sparse!

Came here for lunch today with family, 5 of us in total, we all had the pizza buffet, the pizza was good, and more quickly came to replace pizza which were eaten. the salad bar was kept topped up too. with plenty to choose from, there was also fresh hot pasta to eat with 2 difference sauces, the staff were helpful and gave us everything we requested including turning the air conditioning off above out table, as we were cold, we had deserts which were nicely done too, will be returning , defiantly reconmend

Having visited there today for a business lunch I can only say how fab the place was clean friendly and polite staff who were very helpful and did everything they could to assist us and food was fab!!! Highly recommended.

Had family visit while in the area, had a lovely meal. Typical pizza hut fair but outstanding service some of the best we experienced anywhere very highly recommended

A very good meal combined with very good service!My family and I visited this restaurant after doing some shopping nearby. We arrived at this pizza hut just after 12 (just after opening) therefore it was very quiet inside. We were asked to select our own table straight away which was a nice touch. We chose our table and whilst seated we decided what we wanted to eat. On looking at the menu one choice became obvious; as we were all not that hungry we were all just going to have a salad bowl each, however I noticed that an individual margarita pizza was £6.95 (or there abouts) and a salad bowl was £5.95. As you get a salad bowl with every meal anyway we thought that for only a pound extra we could all get a pizza too. Coincidentally we all ended up leaving some of the pizza and taking it home in boxes, this was to end up being our dinner later that day! Very good! The choice of soft drinks available was amazing too; never before have I seen the option to have Strawberry flavoured Pepsi, as well as Vanilla Pepsi and Cherry Pepsi! Very good & definitely worth the visit!

Lovely place, really good service, lunchtime buffet, pasta needed to be filled up quicker but lots of pizzas available and salad. All very clean and waitress came back lots of times checking if we were all ok.
