The best restaurants in Bardon Stratford-on-Avon West Midlands

Really disappointed, met a friend and we both travelled a fair distance to eat here. There was no chicken, no pinot grigio .. food was VERY average. Felt for the lad who was on his own serving. Feel the previous reviews aren't accurate

Had a gift voucher for afternoon tea for two at the tearooms. Probably the best food we’ve had. Made on site and very fresh. Staff very helpful and friendly. This is a small rural building which apparently used to be the farm’s chicken sheds. If you want luxury silver service it won’t be for you but definitely couldn’t fault the food. Price is fairly high.

Always good to experience someone overcoming a mistake they’ve made. On finding that they’d lost our order and wanting to leave the manager persuaded us to stay and try the food which they would put on “express”out of the kitchen. They did and I can honestly say the food was great and worth waiting for! We’ll be back!

Now a small restaurant at the side of a pub in Shipston, I imagine that like us, most people order takeaway food from Chutneys. The starters and mains we ordered were excellent, really tasty and it'll take a few more visits to decide if this is better than the improved Shipston Bengal, which it may well be.

First time but not the last, great food, really friendly welcome and service, nothing else to be said. Would definitely recommend.
