The best restaurants in Blurton West and Newstead Stoke-on-Trent West Midlands

I came in for lunch the food was good however I was served by a short maybe Spanish man who had horrible customer service he made us feel extremely uncomfortable and not what I expect in a prestige resturant when im paying that much

A decent boozer. Well run with great staff. Well priced food menu. Highly recommended

By far the worst chippy i've been in a long time, chips were vile clearly not fresh, sausage was dry. Will not be returning

Worst ever chicken chow mein I have ever had and my daughter refused to eat the chicken as it didn't seem cooked. Also was placed separately on top of the rest of the dish when normally it cooked with everything else. Never going back

It used to be good but gone to the dogs. The last few times I've been I haven't been impressed at all. Soggy chips,soggy batter on fish and dry meat on kebab Stay clear Not to mention,miserable,sour faced staff

Great, if you like screaming children disturbing your customers from both ends of the establishment, i understand children need to enjoy themselves, But maybe not in every part of the pub, moved to a " quieter table" only to be faced with a double bang every time a staff member walked in or out of the kitchen. If Greenking want to bring this kind of establishment in to the broader mainstream places the little things do make a difference. Having said that the staff were absolutely spot on. Didn't try the food just because of the niggles. Went to the chippy next door. Sorry.
