Friendly front of house staff , we had a lovely server Callum , he replaced the vinegar as it was empty , brought sauces to us, for arrived hot and was delicious

Hollie and Callum are the best, Hollie is probably the best bar staff I've ever been served by, exactly the right amount of ice for my bulmers. . Great atmosphere and the bulmers offer is 👌

Staff here are friendly and helpful! Hollie and Callum were fantastic all night, during a very busy football match, always smiling when serving. Nice place and staff.

Went for breakfast with mum this morning. Super friendly staff - (Shane was great!) who were happy to help customise the cooked breakfast. Great value and nice chilled spot for a quiet breakfast.

Very poor service, turned up with two little ones. Majority tables being written with reserved with no time just question mark. Asked management if any seats were avaliable didn't even make eye contact and just said no. Very poor customer service, won't attempt to return.

Come at least once a week for something to eat..its always an excellent service and the food is so good

Quick service at the bar and a good selection of drinks. The food isn't perfect but is what you should expect for the price and is decent enough to have an enjoyable meal.

A fantastic visit to Hem Heath. Food was as good as the value it offered on the menu pricing. It was clean, calm & busy. However, the staff really really made the visit. Very attentive. We go hem health 3 to 4 times a week the staff r great and hollies looks after us so well and works so hard she is the main reason we go so much

Been here tonight for drinks only and was served by an amazing lady called Hollie. She was on the bar and so attentive to myslef and all customers never had to que for a drink as she was already there. Polite, smiling and loving her job ....made it a pleasure to be served by her. Would definitely recommend this place essentially if she is working.

Hollie was absolutely fabulous, everytime we come in with friends and our wives she is amazing, always so friendly and is no trouble! thankyou so much for making our visits enjoyable!

Tom was our server and he was brilliant, the customers service was top notch and he was more than helpful, polite and just an overall lovely person. I will be coming back just for the service and the food. We waited less than 10 minutes for our food and it came out hot, no complaints! Tom deserves a promotion!!

Impromptu tea date with the children. Staff were really lovely - it seems to be a rarity these days! Everyone was really cheerful and helpful. Portion sizes and choices were good. Extra bonus that we were able to use Tesco clubcard points. We’ll definitely be back!

Thought we would try this place again to see if it had improved, wish we hadn't!!! Firstly we had to clean our table, it was filthy and also damaged. The table top was rocking back and forth. Tried another table and that was the same. A truly awful place to eat. The chicken skewers sizzler had no sizzle, it looked like a frozen ready meal defrosted. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Update ...As a reply to your reply, we never had a courteous table check.

The best part of this pub wad that they have a section where children are not allowed, which more pubs need, past that, the food wasn't brilliant, sorry to say.

Stopped off on our way from Macclesfield to Birmingham for evening dinner. Hungry Horse never disappoints, great, friendly service and the usual superb food. We were totally stuffed by the time we’d finished. We might pop in on our return home! Well done to the team at Hem Heath, great atmosphere, suitable for families, couples or singles.

We had a very enjoyable breakfast. The staff were helpful and polite. Our meals came in good time. The place was very clean and tidy, we're definitely going in for breakfast again in the future.

Absolutely brilliant place to visit when in the area. Very friendly welcome. The bar staff are so friendly. Hollie couldn’t do enough for us. We got drinks and ordered food and with some of our party we had to change a few things. This was not a problem and was so easy. She sorted it and even went to the kitchen twice to make sure they had got the information. I will definitely be coming here again. This is one of my highly recommended places. Thank you so much all at the Hem Heath and extra thanks too Hollie for a brilliant visit, I know I was a pain. Keep doing what you’re doing.

There was piles of dried mud on the floor in the bar not restaurant (I wonder when it last cleaned) but my dogs were not welcome. Dogs are like people if they don't behave bar them, but don't bar them all

Breakfast is a good deal, extra toast not worth the money, could buy a whole loaf for the price, and only get one slice.

Tom was very attentive, always checking if we were okay and if we needed anything. He was very kind.

We come to the Hem Heath most Sundays for a breakfast and the staff are always very friendly and the food is great, special mention to Shane who is a great member of staff

The staff are lovely despite the busy bar. Food was lovely too. Unfortunately, several things that let it down...the booth seating are ripped, the toilet door wouldn't lock and it could do with the skirting boards and paintwork having a good wipe over as they're quite grubby which let's the other stuff down.

Well I don't mean to sound pretentious but I've just visited here for food for the first time and my expectations were low. I was extremely surprised at how nice the food was. I've had mixed grills in a lot of different pubs and this has to be a contender for the top spot. It might have been luck but if not then kudos to the chef and supplier!

Called in for a few drinks on a Wednesday afternoon. The bar staff were amazing! Service was fantastic! Hollie, Tom and Casey were helpful, attentive and super friendly!

Came here Easter Sunday for food withy grandparents, food was beautiful, the steak was juicy and cooked to perfection, and the roast dinners where cooked beautiful the staff are really friendly and polite, will recommend this place to anyone who needs a good safe environment, we will be visiting again - From The Goughs

Lovely Easter Sunday meal with exceptional service from Ava and Casey.

Absolutely shocking service! Never in my life have I met a group of people so rude, you all lack basic communication and people skills. I wasn’t expecting much as it being a budget pub but wow, we asked for a hair chair and was left stood at a table for around 10 minutes with zero communication after asking 2 different people, we asked a third to be told ‘they’re all out’ no effort was made to assist us in anyway, no apology was even attempted. All the staff need customer service training, managers included.

Been going here since I was a little girl and always loved the chicken tikka masala😍, The service is brilliant Casey is my favourite brilliant girl always happy and has a smile on her face and has so much respect for her customers xx☺️
