The Chicken Chat Nan is amazing

Food was almost cold and the dona meat was hard

Have used here many times over the years but not sure what happened tonight. My pizza looked like it had been waiting to die, it was stone cold and 4.5 mins in the microwave barely revived it. On arrival it looked dry and unappetising. It was very bland and needed lots of seasoning. Husband ordered curry with Naan bread which was also cold and had to be reheated too. Sorry, time to look for a new takeaway!

Amazing food as always never fails to impress, mixed kebabs seasoned and cooked to perfection . Also their sfc was just perfect tasty and juicy and full of great flavour , staff are all great, 10/10 every time verry highly reccomend to everyone

Shish kebab was full of hair. Put off the rest of the meal and didn't see the point in asking for replacement as I wouldn't of dared to eat it.

Whether you’re after a kebab, burger or curry you won’t find a better one in the area. Their Kebab meat is one of the best I’ve ever had 👍🏻 Food is always tasty, not greasy and fair prices. Staff are very friendly.

We have previously ordered from here quite a bit and always had good food but it's really gone down hill. Food took nearly two hours to arrive, couldn't get through to them on the phone. When it came we were missing a starter and the naan were garlic instead of peshwari. Rice was barely warm, curry was okay but we both found bones in our chicken. Again, can't get through to the restaurant to speak to someone. We'll be going elsewhere in future, if the food was poor but we spoke to them and resolved it then fair enough but when they won't answer the phone obviously the service isn't there either.

The staff are very polite and amazing always giving me recommendations on what to have very good quality food and also the service is good. 10/10

Adapts menu choices to suit us fussy customers and still maintains the quality. Food always arrives at a great temperature and is very tasty. Delivery drivers always polite and friendly, and food always arrives within estimated time.

I love there curry meal deal 1 and 2 such great value for money. They are so accommodation by giving the options of spinach in the curry 🥰 Also I would definitely recommend there special house burger the cheese steak one it's my favourite

We ordered two different curry’s one should have been mild but they both tasted the same. Two different naan breads both tasted the same. Food used to be spot on from here but sorry to say standards have slipped.

Had £20 deal curry 3, rice sloppy stuck together, 2 curries not marked up so had to taste to say which madras and which rogan josh , madras thin sauce with tasted like old chicken, sauce could have been drank out of cup like thin soup that's all there was, chicken in thin sauce, both curries had minimum chicken in ,sheek kebab awful. Very poor, last time was good, garlic nan bread no taste of garlic and dry dusty like packet breads not brushed with oil etc, threw a lot away

Don't order a wrap meal 😂 you get one piece of chicken, select salad and you get lettuce. Select a drink and they don't deliver it.

Ordered the large sizzler donar kebab a few times and have always been relatively happy with it. Most recent order had a noticeably smaller portion size for the money which I confirmed when checking previous review pictures. Phoned the restaurant and it was handled professionally with a replacement sent out in good time. Hopefully just a one off as the large donar price isn’t that far off going out for a meal nowadays, so value for money is expected. Food quality I am still happy with overall for its type of establishment 👍🏻.

I had tonight from here I’m happy both the burger and doner meat but the chips are a sadly a let down weather they been overcooked I don’t know or reheated come on boys sort the chips out and you will have me more regular as everything else apart from chips is lovely

The food at Chilli Rocks is superb. Real good flavours, always fresh and decent portions! The guys that run the take away are all friendly and know how to produce good quality, tasty food! Wouldn't order anywhere else. Delivery time is spot on as well. Keep up the amazing work lads!

Been ordering from here for years and never had any problems. But recently it’s like they don’t care. Taking forever to be delivered and then when order is finally delivered it’s look warm and burnt especially the pizzas. Will be trying else where from now on. Maybe consider spending a bit of time on quality control!!

Only the second time we’ve ordered from here and I’ve no idea why! The food is delicious, arrives hot and excellent quality. So sick of rubbish takeaways in the Longton area so we gave here a whirl. It’s now our go-to takeaway!

Disappointed recently after a few great quality orders. That's why 2 stars instead of 1. They can be really delicious but recently for us it's been poor. Dry chicken. No real effort made. Regular customer too.

Just ordered and collected value boxes due to working late. I have heard of crispy chicken but it was half created looked like it may have been from last nights unsold food the kebab meat was also very crispy not impressed at all

We had our first order last week. We ordered the family deal, we received our order but our kebab and pizza had been missed off. We rang straight away and within 20 mins they were delivered. The staff couldnt apologise enough. We have just had our second order and the food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend and use again :)

As soon as I went to collect my chicken tikka kebab (WHICH HAD A HAIR IN!!) I felt nothing but disrespect. The customer service was despicable. All I asked was if my food was ready and I got an earful from the managers do the rest of the “gang”. I was that traumatised from the shouting of all the employees I daren't tell him about the hair. DISGUSTING!

Recommend the Asian Pizza if you like something hot with Jalapenos.

I regularly order from Chilli Rocks and have done since I moved to the area a couple of years ago, the food is always here quickly. there has been one occasion where they were taking a while to deliver, however they took the time to call us and apologise as they were busy and asked if we would still like our order even though it may take a little longer than usual. I recently tried a different takeaway in the area and I regretted it hugely, it reminded me of just how good Chilli Rocks really is and they deserve a good review.

Good lads there, if you call them up they will make sure you have the food you want even if they have to put in more to do it.

not even worth a star, ordered a SWEET chilli wrap, he treid to say I was lying. Ended up sending another one out, chicken was half cooked as I was sick for days, half of the chicken inside was white and the rest was a see through colour🤢🤢🤢

Pretty decent burgers for the price, delicious curry chicken, friendly service. Chef ready to fulfill special orders. Free Coke for large orders. Value box is an offer that allows you to eat your fill for £5. Onion in salads is finely chopped, not "onion in half" as usual. The grilled offer is meat well-baked over a hot briquette, slowly turned, juicy and mmmmm, especially my favorite lamb. One of my two favorite "everyday" takeaways in the area.

We get food from here once every couple of weeks. The food is far better than I would ever have expected, i thought that it would be your average kebab shop, but it's far superior. The curries are damn good and I love the occasional pizza. Decent prices (even better if you use their own site and have a code).
