Good friendly pub, Nice and warm on these chilly nights, OH and the cheapest beers in Tunstall.

Had to leave the drink it smelt that bad.

Great venue for our children's party packages as it has a function room that's available to hire. The stage is the perfect size for the disco setup. We will certainly be recommending it in the future. Partyroo.co.uk

Was invited to a baby shower . She paid 50 deposit she xleaned tha room after and left it spotless she was then refunded the £50 . But then guy wanted £30 back of her for clean .she said the room spotless iv cleaned it . And is words were no its for a covid clean . Cheeky t..t if you want a covid clean pay for it your self not charge your customers for it . That is so out of order . And wasn't what she was told either . DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM you do not do a covid clean at all as we now peaple an staff so don't lie. And even if you do then why not say befor peaple book . In witch u didn't say nothing about it.

Went in tonight to have a quick drink while me and my partner were using the bathroom the barman came in and very loudly said does my partner belong in that bathroom and referred to him as 'it' all this while I was still using the bathroom after saying yes he did belong in there multiple times he left and so did we as we no longer felt like we belonged in there

Used to be a lovely place but last time a member of staff followed me into the bathroom, addressed my partner instead of me, loudly questioned me being there, and referred to me as "it" so I won't be going back there.

Top night for events considering its a pub.. brill

Excellent service. All covid rules applied. Called in for a drink while taking the dog for a walk. Couldn't fault it at all. Will definitely go again.

Not a particularly relaxing experience. Don't really see the point of paying £3.30 a pint to sit on a bench on the roadside, being told to wear a mask if you stretch your legs outside, in the beer garden. Rather have an unencumbered good time in an actual garden with my mates, without the overzealous covid rules police mithering me every 10 seconds. If you're a bit kinky and love being told to wear a mask outside (like some of the Covid fanatics who've reviewed recently) then this is the place for you.

Fab, Covid-19 rules were followed to letter, will definitely go back, can't fault the staff especially when they have customers who forget the rules, so pleasant and patient with people, will definitely revisit

The pub was very lively with friendly staff and a range of drinks. A typical pub with the added benefit of great prices.

A cozy neat and relaxed place with outdoor seating and the Baisics, more of a local pub.

Lovely pub good crowd and a good weekend

Not a great boozer, it wouldn't be on the list of places I'd want to spend my Friday night

Good pub, however can sometimes get fairly rowdy.
