Since the premise is now a curry house i doubt omg grill will be re opening to sell its over price burgers.

This place is possibly the best delivery food available in stoke. The ingredients are clearly high quality. It was slightly pricey but the food reflected the cost. Highly recommended.

One of my favourite places to order from in stoke. I am veggie and my partner is a meat eater and we both find there is more than enough choice for us. Prices are reasonable for the good quality of food 100% recommend

We called here and wasn't disappointed the burgers we had were awesome and filling we also had the gin and tonic onion rings which were also amazing but the sassy fries but was s bit disappointed with them but the staff were so friendly and welcoming I would highly recommend this place it's a gem

Restaurant Quality Burgers! Tried the OMG grill for the first time and was really impressed. I don’t usually eat burgers as I’m always disappointed in the quality, but The burgers are really good and there is a lot of choice. Very clean and hygienic establishment! I will be returning

First time user tried The Narcissist ok at best potato fingers were oven fries very mediocre not worth £20.

We ordered from OMG tonight after moving to Hanford recently and were so glad we did. Our mouths were watering just reading the menu. It was refreshing to see a restaurant style menu for a takeaway (I personally love a dirty burger with lots of sauces and toppings but most takeaways just do your bog standard plastic burger with tasteless cheese slice.) Yes the prices are higher than a kebab place but that’s because the food is so much better quality. We had a Fat Boy burger and a BBC burger and both were incredible. The meat from the steak burgers fell apart in your mouth and the chicken was delicious. Complimented with spicy sauce and blue cheese it was the tastiest takeaway I’ve had in a long time. We have been waiting to find a local takeaway we would actually use again and now we have. Another great thing was the women running the shop. We went to collect the food and I sat chatting to them whilst they cooked: they were friendly, approachable and chatty and we were glad to give them our custom as a result. We can’t wait for our next meal! Thankyou!

I had the BBC burger. Was nice but a bit too chargrilled for me. The tatas meducks were a bit spicy....expected more like patatas bravas from the description. Sons meal wasn't worth £4.85....3 chicken goujons a little overdone and basic chips like from the Chinese. My fella enjoyed his but we agree it's a little overpriced. I'd have chosen bon pan Asia but he didn't want to go out...for me that is better value for money! Food was tasty but not quite what I expected. Personally I wouldn't order again.

Had some sort of cheese bacon burger that was cooked well and tasted lovely. Also had buffalo chicken wings and a pot of coleslaw that was also tasty as well. Food was well priced and the staff were friendly and polite. Would definitely return if I was in the area again.

Ordered Wednesday night. 1 hour later (when food due) gets an email to state it's delayed by half an hour. Called and was told food is ready they just need to wait for the driver to come.... sweaty burger in a box with an approx wait time of half an hour. No thank you when the burgers themselves cost in excess of £8 each! Sorry really wanted to like the idea of a decent homemade burger delivery (like what we used to get in oakhill 15 years ago) but I refuse to pay over £16 for two burgers and a fries for 1.5 hour delivery time frame and the possibility of being delivered sweaty burgers.

I’ve been delaying writing this with the hope they improve but it’s still really poor. I’m not sure how long they will stay in business with burgers like this. It’s a shame because it’s a good idea but the execution is all wrong. My main gripe is the food is always burnt. The baps/buns, the burgers and the bacon are always black. And it’s not an authentic charred bbq taste - it’s burnt! It’s always burnt too. It’s not pleasant and it’s not right. It’s been like this for too long. The burgers are dried out too - not at all moist and succulent. And the back bacon never works on the burgers. It’s undercooked and burnt at the same time so you have horrid fatty bits of bacon. It’s a textbook error. Someone needs to show this business how to cook a burger before it’s too late. I think it’s a poor interpretation of American food, poorly done by people who don’t know how to cook. It saddens me to write this but there are other places now in the area who do burgers much better. There used to be a place years ago in Oakhill that was miles better. And the Glebe in Stoke does wonderful succulent juicy tasty homemade burgers. I hope the owners change this place because I won’t be going back now. Sorry for the poor review but I’m fed up at paying high prices for food that is barely edible.

This is our 3rd visit to this burger bar and yet again we were not disappointed. This obviously costs more than a normal fast food commercial burger bar but there is no comparison. This is a fresh handmade burger and you can tell it is a quality product. The staff are incredibly friendly too and your hard earned money is going to a local business instead of a huge company that mass produces tasteless food. Give it a go and I guarantee you will return.

Me and my boyfriend love ordering from here I always get the same every time and he changes and has loved every one he has had. The sweet potato fries are amazing and I love the Japanese onion rings! The only little gripe i have are sometimes when it arrives my burger can be a little too 'charred' for my liking but my boyfriend has never had any complaints about it so it's just down to preference and doesn't stop us from ordering from here They do nice milkshakes aswell!

After hearing friends talk of this place we decided that it was worth a mid week treat for valentine’s. Chose californication burger and the sweet chicken one with Jamaican fries. My boyfriend thinks his was amazing in comparison to his sad TGI burger! I had a bit of a wait due to card machine troubles but staff were awesome about it, gave me a free cheesecake and when I did find some cash on me accepted what I had, I’ll happily visit another day with the rest of what I owe! It’s a decent takeout. Seeing someone say McDonald’s is cheaper and more filling?! Nahhh I’m stuffed and I think the cost is similar enough! Nice change from the usual kebab style takeaways in stoke! Lovely, will deffo return when I can’t be bothered to cook again! :)

I visited OMG for the first time tonight, as soon as i walked in I was greeted in the nicest way possible, I felt at home straight away! The look of the shop inside was fantastic, really clean and smelt just like a barbecue, I couldn't get enough of it!

The Hotdog was not a "genuine Frankfurter"

What can I say, one of the best burgers Iv ever had! This place deserves all the great reviews it gets, all the hard work the owners put in is with it as the food is a credit to the effort they make. If you haven’t tried it all ready you won’t be disappointed!

I visited this place on a whim as I had just finished work and was trying to avoid the local rush hour traffic!

I'm so sick of ordering takeaway that turns out to be poor quality food made by fast food outlets that care more about saving on the cost of ingredients than creating food that tastes decent and doesn't make you ill. Then I discovered OMG. Wow! I had a banana and peanut butter milkshake - it was made there and then with an actual banana! None of your pretend banana flavour and a mountain of sugar, this was a real banana and peanut butter out of a jar.

We visited around 7pm. There were 4 people working there, although I think the man was mainly delivering. We were the only customers present in the shop and it took them about 5-10 minutes to approach us to actually take our order.

I love the food from this place. It is the best burger in the area. BUT it really is time for improvements in timings. 2 hours to deliver a burger is too long even if they are made fresh

Run as a family business I just popped in for a quick snack. What a great place everyone was very friendly and the chill hot dog made from a proper authentic hot dog was delicious. Whist I was there I was offered to try their chicken wings in what they said was an authentic USA sauce. Having spent the last 18 months back and forth from the USA I can say they have got it spot on. They were great and come highly recommended along with their special dip.

This is by far the best place I have been for a burger in forever! The Staffordshire area suffers a lack of quality choice but omg have nailed their burgers and fries!

Really wanted to give Omg a good review but unfortunately on 2 separate occasions the second being the worst I'm unable to.

In Stoke, I feel that the choice is somewhat lacking when it comes to good quality, home cooked food.

The first challenge with this place is getting them to answer the phone (if it's not off the hook) or to accept an order online.. If you do manage this you are part way to charred burger success, yay.. The likelihood is that they will take the order then realise they don't have most of it available or just substitute things, I.e chicken thigh meat instead of wings (very strange). If they do manage to get you some food you will most certainly be missing toppings/sauces etc.

Ordered online and paid by card so easy to do! Arrived earlier than estimated so really pleased we both had the mr grey I had Jamaican fries my husband had the regular ones and had 12 of the chicken wings too, really enjoyed everything the wings were quite spicy hot but good.we were both fuller than We had thought We were going to be. Really pleased with everything will definitely try again.

My OH and I tried calling here for over 30 minutes to the engaged tone. We decided to drive down and it turned out the phone had been left off the hook. They were very apologetic and offered to deliver our food for free. When we ordered the bill was wrong and we had to go through it numerous times to get the correct price. The order was wrong when it was delivered and it was late so we decided not to order again. We may in future after seeing some more recent reviews but I remain to be convinced. The food was tasty but the customer service and attention to detail was very poor

Was told about trying this place and I'm glad that i did. The burgers are really great tasting but when they arrived i didn't think that there was much there very small portions but by the time i had eaten it i was very full so it didn't really matter. A little expensive but i still really enjoyed it.

Went in at 9pm,only one other customer waiting inside.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Not your average takeaway. We were well impressed with our sweet surrender chicken burgers. Can't wait to try the hot dogs. I seriously fear for my waistline know that I know of this place.

the omg burger is the best burger I have tasted since the Burger bar in Hassel st Newcastle closed years ago nice and meaty very tasty charcoal & beef go so well together the brioch bun was lovely as well, I am a big McDonalds quarter pounder fan but I think this I a lot better so did my wife, to sum it up that hit the button, & the cheese cakes are lovely too well done OMG.

Fantastic food, friendly staff who really care about what they're doing. Went twice this week just to be sure it was as good as I thought first time around! It was!

Divine Burgers and brilliant sweat potato fries.The only negative thing I could say is that the fried onions tasted a bit burnt.

First came here not long after opening... Big fat JUICY burgers with great sauces... Returned this week and OMG what's happened??? The burgers are now Burger King thin and really really dry, if you don't drown them in sauce (ketchup from my fridge) they're pretty much inedible.. The wings before were well cooked, almost crunchy, now they're quite pale and the slimy skin is the main thing that I remember. Would be a shame to see this place disappear as its run by a real nice family... Guys, take heed, don't cut corners, you can afford not to at £8 a burger, people will see through it and they won't return.

I came in this evening and ordered a prince albert and potato fingers and it was great tasting food and the service was simply impecable I was treated in a professional manner by the staff and i will certainly recommend in the future aswell as get the word out there for this great business

I like the owner here. He's friendly and engaging and polite. And I want his business to do well. And a homemade burger is certainly to be welcomed when one looks at the sub standard stuff that people eat every day from the big chains and kebab houses. I've had about six or seven meals from here, some delivered and some collected. When I first went here the burger was excellent and I told people about this place. And I thought it was an amazing place to have locally. Since then I've been a bit disappointed if I'm honest..which makes me uncomfortable as I like the chap who runs this place. Mainly my main gripe is the burgers the last few times have been over cooked and burnt and dried out. They are simply not juicy and succulent enough. My favourite taste is a chargrilled barbecued taste but these burgers I've been getting have been overdone and not as tasty as when he opened. Also my friend and I think they are much too dry. I'm not sure if they are too thin and cooked on too much heat but they are not right. The brioche bread I have had was burnt too on a few occasions and I only want it lightly toasted and brown - not black. I don't like the sour dough baps - they are too heavy, thick and chewy. I don't think they are good at all. And the last couple of times we've ordered the chicken wings we felt the sauce wasn't very nice. I would like to see homemade fries here. That would be better than what's on offer. I don't know what the issues or answers are here but it's not quite on the right track. I hope things improve and the business is a success. My advice is to ask for the brioche buns and ask that the burgers are not too overcooked. Best of luck to all concerned.

Food was late and stone cold buger was hard and burnt then for the pleasure charged me £5 for a 5-10 mile delivery when I live 4.7 miles away £20 for a cold burger n frys What a rip off I will not be returning

I've used OMG four times now and it's wonderful! A worthy successor to the Burger Brown in Newcastle and the Super Bowl in Oakhill and well worth the wait.

This is a Takeaway with a bit of a difference.

We had a voucher from signal 1 for 4 times its value... The only thing was being able to use it?? ( no Fri / sat and close when they feel like)

After a Long day in a meeting, decided to try omg, as we were both starving hungry, and been meaning to visit..friends had been and told us how great.. We were so not disappointed , lovely friendly service, best burgers ever, we tried Mr greys, and the sweet potato fries, spot on ... ( reminded us of the old burger brown, hassle St from years ago ) Best take away in a long time, we will be returning, and a big Thank you from dave and Maria . X

OMG! fabulous food and friendly staff. We'd seen the reviews, so thought we would give a try and we were not disappointed. The food is freshly prepared in front of you, and looks and smells delicious. I cannot begin to describe how much we enjoyed eating it too. We'll be back for the Man vs Food challenge!

Visited here for the first time last week and I loved every moment of my experience.

Went to OMG for the first time today and loved it! I picked the 'Sticky Fingers' from the lunch time menu and it was delicious! Three fish fingers on a brioche bun, lettuce, cheese and their own made tartare sauce! Beautiful! And the Cajun spiced chips are just the best! :D

Just devoured 2 'mr greys' , Jamaican fries and wings which were delivered....amazing. Didn't expect much but the taste was unique. Delivery man said if you don't like you can have a refund. Can't see anyone wanting a refund. See you next week.

You'll understand why this cheeky little takeaway is called OMG within moments of biting into any of the items on their somewhat unique menu.

Really looked forward to trying omg but unfortunately i was left disappointed, my burger was overdone and at nearly £10 i was expecting perfection. The saving grace were the bbq wings absolutely beautiful perfection even. I will try a burger again but with being a family of five it won't be anytime soon as it is quite expensive.

Excellent food, excellent service, would recommend a visit, there's plenty on the menu to spoil you. They try new things all the time, you might just get to be a Guinea pig for a new menu addition!

We've been coming to OMG since it opened in February and have never been disappointed. Lovely ingredients, home made sauces, gorgeous sweet potato fries. We're working our way through the menu but my personal favourite is The Californication. Fabulous family business. Love it.

We have actually found somewhere that makes proper homemade burgers, and they're delicious! The sweet potato fries are excellent too. Service and delivery, very fast.

My friend ordered me a Tuna Sandwich from here to be delivered to me in hospital. I have to say it was amazing. The gentleman who delivered was also very nice and friendly. I will definitely be ordering again. It's a shame they don't deliver to Biddulph where I live.

I've been meaning to stop here for some time, stopped off yesterday and had the "fatboy"!. This has to be the best burger I have had for many years, after eating it , I could not eat another thing for the rest of the day.

I have been meaning to stop at this takeaway for some time , glad i did yesterday the "fatboy" burger i had was without doubt the best burger i have had for many years !!, it took 15mins to cook but that's well worth the wait , not like the burger chains where they have it cooked and warming on a automated production line !!.
