No communication, then get a message saying enjoy your food. What food!!!! Had to call restaraunt in the end to find out where our food was. Very late and cold food. Will not order from there again.

Rang back and persisted for them to suddenly tell me thwt have my order followed by so ibstill want the food. Needles tonsay 2 hours later indidnt want the food.
Staff on the phine very rude
Online service poor.
service was great and archie the angel deserves a raise, helped me find my keys when i lost them in store and just made it an open and inviting environment.
The overall cleanliness of this garden centre is terrible. Particularly the toilets which stink and are absolutely filthy. Talking to another customer who obviously visits regularly said it doesn’t matter what time of day she visits the toilets are always this bad!!! Having visited three different garden centres today this is by far the worst. Will not be returning.
Sometimes good food and taste . Other times very bland . Prawn toast and ribs are usually tasty . Rice dishes ok but chow mein dishes are more onion than noodles. At least they seem to get the orders correct which is a bonus with Wem takeaways.
Place looks nice inside, but it looks inspired from any other independent coffee shop in Shrewsbury now.
Service is good, al happy and eager to help and to make your moment there a pleasant one.
But the food... the food is bland, no choices and very, very pricey for what it is! Rating.."Meh" 😧
Notice there haven't been any reviews here for some years. When we visited in July 2023 the menu consisted of three choices of pannini filling and some "tray bakes" that looked like they had been sitting around for a while. That was it. We ordered pannini. Although we chose to sit down to eat they arrived in a brown paper bag. Although we were the only people in the cafe it took some time for them to be microwaved and they got one order wrong. I don't think I've ever had such poor quality food. The pannini were just rolls with some lines on top and the fillings were sparce and unpleasant. And these cost us £6 each. They should either put the effort in to make this a good place to meet and eat or throw in the towel and just have a vending machine; they'd probably make more money.
I was served by a short person with glasses and a ponytail who was rude and provided shitty service. I noticed that the gloves weren’t changed( which I have a wheat allergy and got sick from it), no apron and just super rude :(
