I didn’t want the sauce on the chips ! And the chips were not large at all! I opened the food and all of the chips went everywhere food was not sealed properly!!2

Cold so never got to enjoy it and ended up chucking it in the bin waste of money

Lovely food, and happy it came early, on the other hand was not happy with delivery driver. After me giving directions to where I was he was extremely rude! I ran down 2 flights of stairs for him to stand there holding the food shoved in my hands and turned away, not a thank you or anything. Poor customer service!

I won't feed my dog with the food form here

Not much salad and garlic bread was 8 inch not 10 inch

pizza was missing extras. The burgers lacked the salad requirements, and the doner kebab was definitely not chicken. extremely disappointed

Most pieces of the dinner meat was stale and burnt, pieces cut half a inch thick, the food is not fit to eat

Awful! Chicken burger had no lettuce or chilli sauce that I selected. Ordered large kebab and it was like a kids portion with like 15 chips. Popcorn chicken portion was tiny. Then waited 2 hours for delivery! Why does it take 2 hours for a chicken burger and chips and a donor kebab and chips? Will stop ordered as the last few times have been the same. No point wasting my money.

Ordered at 21:50, said 40 - 55 mins on the app. Food finally arrived at now 23:50 with items missing!! Tried ringing the restaurant 10 times throughout the delivery and it was constantly engaged!! If I’d had known it was going to take 2 hours I would have never ordered!!

My pizzas have arrived and they have been thrown about all the toppings have fallen off and are a right mess! Can’t even get through to anyone on the phone to complain

Medium chicken kebab with only 4 pieces of chicken rip off! Dry, rubbery over cooked chicken! Pizza was full of grease and chips like cardboard. Never again

Great donner meat, excellent delivery time

Not the best tbh. Ordered £15 of food and ended up paying £20 because they sent the driver with no change.. the chicken kebab was supposed to be large and there was hardly any chicken in the box. Was supposed to get 2 bottles of DIET Pepsi which is 3L and got 6 cans of normal Pepsi which won’t get drank. Couldn’t get more mugged off if I tried.

Phoned to see where food was and man on other end of phone thought it had been delivered until he asked the delivery driver who didn’t even realise they had put bag in his car, over heard them arguing whilst on hold. Restaurant has gone down hill big time used to be decent back when it first opened but now food is disappointing and sounds like you be lucky if it even arrives.

My order was freezing cold! The kebab looked half eaten. We did not touch any of the food, I have pictures of the food when it arrived. I would like a full refund for this order or I will not be ordering from here in the future. It was awful.

we did ask (and pay for) extra cheese, and lettuce but didn't receive it.

I ordered stuffed crust in the garlic bread which cost me extra and I didn’t get it and the order took two and a half hours to arrive!!

Had to wait over an hour for food and when it arrived was missing an item called the restaurant and they did send it out but was cold and dry.

10 minutes late, food was cold and order massively wrong

It’s terrible when you find skin with flakes on it. You brush it aside, thinking it was just a slip-up. But when you find it a second time, and then a third, and even a flake as tiny as a fingertip, you pause. You’re unsure of the angle, the hooves, and other unsavory things that might have an emotional impact, enough to make you view culinary art differently. It’s a shame brought upon the word ‘food,’ and a human disgrace named ‘business’ through the reckless recycling of garbage in our stomachs. The danger of food poisoning—that’s the taste my liver sensed when I extracted a chicken flake from between my teeth.

absolutely terrible service.we ordered a coupls of kebabs for customers of our pub but it came so late they left before.really dont know what happened but not happy at all with the service and would like something done about it.shocking

Food arrived early , did try to ring to say they needed to swap an item , i didn’t answer/didn’t come through and they then changed this and come and brought me back my refund in cash , lovely kebab , 10/10 x

It was half hour early but I was impressed with that and the food was nice and hot and friendly delivery guy

I took one bite of the burger as it looked so good as the chips were wrong and the chicken wrap was just plain and not made how wanted chips had wrong sauce on them,I reported this and then I was happy to have my burger I took a second bite as it was lovely to have a mouth full of tomato sauce on the top and bottom bun I had to get a knife to scrape it all off that just caused a feeling of heartburn it wasn’t good I managed to get a lot of it off so I was able to eat it but I’m not impressed at

Ordered the tandoori chicken pizza and it came with no tandoori chicken, quite disappointing

Kids meal was missing the chicken nuggets tried to ring the restaurant phone was off the hook/ no answer

The food was great as usual but the was one thing that was disappointing ,we ordered two wraps as part of our order and one was full of meat and the other had four small pieces and we thought we ordered chicken wraps but they came as Lamb ,but they tasted very nice and would order the Lamb again

I ordered thin crust queen pizza but they delivered deep pan and it had Donna meat on it which is not supposed to be on a queen pizza, I never want to repeat that experience again. I ordered 6 pieces of Baklava but only 3 was delivered. The delivery driver got lost despite me adding my platoon on the map with the app he called me but I could not understand him. All in all not a very pleasant experience.

Two hours it took to make two pizzas. Both very soggy. Not the best. Delivery well over an hour late. Wouldn’t bother

AVOID!! Wish I could give no stars!... No pineapple on my Hawaiian pizza 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ Everything burried under the cheese, incredibly salty! 🤮 Phoned to complain but got left on hold being ignored. They have no idea how to make a pizza. Best to stick with Domino's. No refund, no customer care, not good good at all.

Ordered 2 pizzas for collection, went in and they were sat on the heater, I was ignored completely when I walked in for about 2 minutes even though I was right in front of the guy milling behind the counter. On returning home the Hawaiian with some extras didn’t have the pineapple on it which is a key component of the pizza. When I rang to complain I couldn’t get through after 3 attempts as it rang out to answer machine. When they did answer 40 mins later I explained the situation the guy said ‘I’ll check’. I was kept on hold for 5 minutes while I could hear employees laughing and taking orders from customers in the shop. I hung up to call back but they had left the phone off the hook. Poor food. Poor customer service. Will not be ordering again and will advise others of the same.

Food was iver a hour late. Was told driver tried to call me 5 times, which is not true. Food delivered luke warm and missing my bread...not impressed with this service and will not be ordering again....give up

Very late delivery, ordered a large chicken shish and only received something smaller than a small portion! Poor quality chips, chicken was poor quality and salad very dry. Awful!

Food came very cold , the pizza crust was like charcoal it was that burnt , the chips were over cooked and rock hard. I will never order from here again and would like a refund.

Waited 2 hours for the tiniest amount of chicken kebab, wasn’t even kebab, just 3 small chicken breast pieces chucked in a box, stone cold, I use this place at least once a week and it was the worst I’ve ever seen. Absolutely awful.

We ordered food at 18.45 delivery time 19.50/20.10 It is now 20.18 and the delivery driver has said the order has been delivered yet no food!! I called the restaurant and he said driver has problems with car! Load of rubbish and that he didn't mean to submit that it had been delivered just so that we then couldn't request refund! Don't waste your time with this place shocking!!!

Very poor which is unusual - an hour late on delivery cold when arrived and missing meals? Called them to be told oh looks like your pizza went on another order, no sorry very strange not sure why they thought that information was informative!?? Asked if we wanted a replacement which they would get out when they could! Not good service at all hoping for a refund through just eat nothing offered from restaurant

Order very late and the chicken fillets were chicken leg with a very spicy taste, thrown in the bin .Not happy and will not Order again

Ordered at 10:30 and arrives at 12:15. Called to cancel order and was told driver on the way and then hung up on me. Food was hot and looked decent but didn’t get eaten because we went to bed instead. I usually leave a decent review because the food is good and usually quite quick but bad service this time round unfortunately.
