Star Pizza & Kebab House in Shropshire

No communication, then get a message saying enjoy your food. What food!!!! Had to call restaraunt in the end to find out where our food was. Very late and cold food. Will not order from there again.

Hawaiian pizza didn’t have any pineapple on and delivery driver was abrupt when I was trying to help direct over the phone.

Good quality was poor - I ordered a fried vegetable wrap and paid extra for chilli’s and hummus and what I got was a mushed up vegetable burger and soggy wrap , my partners kebab had a tiny handful of chips the meat was meh, the chips I ordered were like cardboard

Awful service, ordered food at 7 and still not here at 9! We were then told the food we would be receiving was different to our order as ‘it was busy’ and they ‘didn’t have the chicken meat’. When asking for a refund they were very rude and wouldn’t give a straight answer and hung up the phone. Avoid this place

Very filling portions and fresh, delivery was as swift as could be.

delivery driver needs to look where he's supposed to be going... he called me and told me I wasn't where I was supposed to be

Waiting 3 hours for food to be delivered kept getting told it was 5 mins away but it was 1 hour away missing food aswell

ordered at 8 and arrived at 11pm . was over a hour and 40 minutes later than what it should of been.when it arrived it was freezing cold and not snag we ordered . driver explained that previous driver couldn't find the address . not the new drivers fault all he was very polite but were not happy with our order at all and would like our full money back

My order turned up missing extra chicken which I had ordered and both pizzas were different to what was ordered. Usually we have no problems ordering from here. Having said that, the pizzas were still good though 😂

Took 2.5 hours for delivery, called and food hadn’t even left. Pizza bases very doughy. Chicken strips are now tiny. Chips cold/stale. Defo changed hands and not for the better unfortunately. With the price increases you’d think it would still be decent.

It took 1 hour and 45 minutes for our order to arrive. From the moment it said it was out for delivery, to it being delivered, was almost an hour. No suprise when the food arrived it was freezing cold. To add to that, we ordered a Donner kebab and a chicken kebab. The chicken came as a mixed kebab with three pieces of chicken, as my wife doesn't like Donner meat, she had just waited 1 hr 45 minutes for 3 pieces of freezing cold chicken. The driver arrived, practically threw the bag at me and scurried off. Disgusting.

Food came 30 mins past the longest time. Food was not hot and chips were soggy. Disappointed in the entire meal.

Horrific. Gone off chicken shish and rubbery/ gelatinous chicken shawarma. Went straight in the bin. Shut this place down.

food was cold, I phoned to ask where food was they said 6 mins road busy lol roads are clear then he hung up 15 mins later food turned up. its a 8 min drive.

order never arrived, when we rang they said they tried to deliver the order. They stated they would send the order out again & it would be 5/10 mins. waited 30mins no order. Rang again & the staff member was very rude & stated they would not be delivering the order unless we reordered & paid by card. when we said no as the food should be ready they hung up. Ordered from somewhere else

Ordered my food at 5:30pm on a Sun when the roads are dead. Asked for no lettuce on my kebab and it came with lettuce so couldn't eat it as was a kebab wrap. Both Kebab and chips were cold. Will never order again from here.

I can't complain at all with the Quality and tasty bit of scran! I came back to star after trying another rival kebab shop and that was a huge mistake🤢

I ordered a meal deal which should have had two lamb kebabs but they sent two donners. All the food was cold , I rang to complain and I asked for the correct kebabs to be delivered but they never turned up ! I am very disappointed and will not order from them again.

We use to like star kebab but won’t be ordering again, last few times missing items, garlic bread was missing from our order last night and just eat refuse to refund. It can’t be hard just to receive what has been paid for, I would order else where

Ordered 2 kebabs and a portion of chips for delivery at 7pm and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. It finally arrived at 9.20pm. I told the delivery driver it was ridiculously late when it arrived and all he could say was “we’re busy”. He didn’t even say sorry until I told him what time it was ordered and that it’s getting towards 2 and a half hours later. An embarrassingly bad takeaway.

Forgot large bottle of Pepsi I ordered ,other than that good was good.

there was a lot of chips, couldn't finish them. maybe you should cut the portion size is my advice.

I am absolutely disgusted by this place I have waited well over an hour and a half for my food to be delivered. I called them and they said it was on its way and it just never arrived but took my money I will NEVER use this restaurant again and I will warn everyone I know not too. Should be ashamed of yourselves

I didn’t want the sauce on the chips ! And the chips were not large at all! I opened the food and all of the chips went everywhere food was not sealed properly!!2

Enjoy the chicken box usually when it is cooked right. Chicken and chips was overcooked and hard. Ruined the meal

I ordered a salad with my pizza didn’t get it ?

Phoned to say the food wasn't very good. Took 16 calls to answer from my phone and 8 calls from my daughters phone and all I got was I can't do anything about it but call the manager tomorrow at 5pm. I was offered a free pizza but we had ordered pizza, garlic bread, donner kebab, chips and burger. I asked why he couldn't called and had the phone hung up on me. Disgusting service, disgusting food and would not recommend. Will pursue for a refund! Avoid at all cost!. I am hoping the manager will read this and make contact out of courtesy. Just eat need to stop using them!

Brung all of the wrong pizzas we had ordered but one not impressed with this service. Has happened multiple times now.Don’t recommend having a delivery from this place.

Lovely food, and happy it came early, on the other hand was not happy with delivery driver. After me giving directions to where I was he was extremely rude! I ran down 2 flights of stairs for him to stand there holding the food shoved in my hands and turned away, not a thank you or anything. Poor customer service!
